The method of simulating control resistance of steering gear is adopted to realize the control design of resistance of spinning bicycle. The design results show that controlling the resistance change of spinning with steering gear can meet the needs of users, provide users with more intelligent physical examination, and improve the fitness enthusiasm. Through simulation, the design results are basically consistent with the design theory, which proves the rationality of the steering gear in the design of the resistance control system of spinning bicycle. In this paper, a novel intelligent monitoring system for power distribution equipment based on cloud edge collaborative computing is designed to effectively improve the efficiency and intelligence of mass data processing. At the edge end, an improved intelligent data acquisition device is adopted as the edge computing node, where the original data is collected and uploaded with variable frequency, in order to enhance the value density of data and reduce the network load and cloud load. In addition, data monitoring cloud platform is designed in the cloud, where a data mining model is established by using Apriori frequent item set algorithm, to provide more accurate monitoring and diagnosis services for upper applications, and guide the edge end to conduct intelligent control of devices. The reliability and performance of the designed system are validated by the intelligent monitoring project of box substation power distribution equipment. Firstly, considering manufacturing resources allocation problem, manufacturing resource description and reasoning is realized by polychromatic set theory to satisfy manufacturing process requirement. Secondly, manufacturing resources selection evaluation system is constructed, and manufacturing resources multi-objective selection problem is resolved by grey correlation theory and analytic hierarchy process. Lastly, on the basis of manufacturing resources selection, Job shop scheduling problem for minimizing span optimization objective is solved by the particle swarm algorithm. The method is validated the effectiveness of shop scheduling by an example, which is coupling polychromatic particle swarm and grey relation theory. Aiming at the problems of uneven energy consumption and long working time in low duty cycle WSN network, a node adaptive sleep algorithm is proposed in this paper. The algorithm can schedule node sleep time slot and working time slot according to the wireless link condition, so as to ensure the minimum overall energy consumption under the condition of delay constraint. Energy sensing is added to the adaptive sleep mechanism to make no line according to adaptive adjustment of residual energy of the nodes, the energy consumption of each node is balanced and the working time of WSN network is improved. The simulation analysis shows that the algorithm can effectively reduce the working time slot and energy consumption while meeting the transmission delay, so as to improve the working period of the network.
