However, there are still many shortcomings and imperfections in today's 3D virtual scene system. For example, since interaction speed of the system is directly affected by a large number of models in virtual experiment scene, the experimental effect will be greatly reduced. Based on the virtual scene system, the data synchronization parallel operation method is used to realize multiple direction data transmission in this paper. In order to avoid the situation where that the data synchronization is not in place affects the virtual environment, the C/S architecture mode collaborative synchronization control strategy is adopted to ensure that the data received by each port is synchronized in real time. The safety level instrument control equipment shoulders the major responsibility of the safe and stable operation of the nuclear power plant and the protection of public safety. The quality appraisal of the equipment is the guarantee of its quality. Based on the degradation model of the service life design of nuclear power plant equipment, the degradation characterization index is calculated by fuzzy clustering, and the parameter correlation is eliminated, and the data of the service life of the nuclear power plant is finally obtained. The thermal conductivity of the polymer can be improved by adding boron nitride and multi walled carbon nanotubes .When the loading of BN was 50wt%, the thermal conductivity rate of ultra high mole-cular weight polyethylene reaches from 0.456W/ (M·K) to 0.9157W/ (M·K); when adding 1wt% MWCNT, the thermal conductivity coefficient of the composite further increased to 1.370W/ (M·K), more than 33% compared with single filler. It is showed that there was a significant synergistic effect between BN and MWCNT filler, which can form a good conductive pathway in the material. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis showed that the MWCNT effectively improved the interfacial bonding strength between BN fillers. Thermal gravimetric (TGA) analysis showed that the thermal stability of UHMWPE was significantly improved by adding MWCNT. Depth Digital Optical Microscopy (DDOM) confirmed that the composites formed segregated structure of “filler -polymer interface” and conductive pathways effective formation. In the retrieval of CAD 3D model, the distance of the output results for the classifier and the distance for the feature space were weighted to calculate, which not only considered the difference of between the model's content and features, at the same time, and appended classification information parameters, but also took into account the semantic classified information of model. The experimental results showed that the classification method based on neural network ensemble could effectively improve the classification accuracy of CAD 3D model as well as consider the distance between models in feature space and the distance between models at semantic classification level, so that the 3D CAD model retrieval could be greatly improved accuracy. The electromagnetic induction coil and electromagnetic coupler installed on the charging pile are used to design the electromagnetic coupling induction with the driving electric vehicle tire wire, and the electromagnetic coupling control and charging stability adjustment of the electric vehicle are carried out by using the inductive power transmission technology. The test results show that the proposed method has good control performance and can effectively realize the wireless energy transmission of 100W in 100cm, the charging efficiency and the charging safety are improved. The object function of sub-assembly recognition is transformed into the benefit of game participants, and the parameter variable is transformed into game strategy space. The steps of game analysis for sub-assembly recognition algorithm are systematically planned, and the fuzzy clustering mathematical model of sub-assembly based on game theory is given. It is beneficial to the determination of each parameter of the target function of sub-assembly recognition algorithm, and can reduce the influence of parameter weight on the result of the algorithm.
