This research aims to individually evaluate the outcomes of the program, which has carried out a set of activities related to academic education and soft skills. The program proposes to create independent and empowered individuals in order to reduce youth unemployment. Using a qualitative approach, this type of evaluative research describes the outcomes achieved based on the indicators specified by the program implementers. The evaluation is also based on the concept of empowerment in the realm of social welfare related to out- of-school students. The research was conducted in-depth to a sample of beneficiaries who have the goal of working or pursuing higher education after completing all stages of the program. This study aims to test the feasibility of teaching materials in the form of e-modules on theme 2 sub-theme 3 for third grade elementary school. This research is a development research using the ADDIE model. The stages of the ADDIE model to develop this e-module were modified into three stages, namely analysis, design and development. The data collected in this study are quantitative data and qualitative data. The methods used to collect data are: observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The subjects involved in this study were 2 design experts, 2 material experts and 2 linguists. The data analysis technique used is quantitative and qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results showed that the validation of design experts obtained an average of 92.31% in the \"Valid\" category, material experts obtained an average of 87.49% in the \"Valid\" category, and linguists obtained an average of 82.04 % with the category \"Valid\". Nilai gotong royong meliputi nilai bekerjasama, tolong menolong, sikap kerelawanan, anti diskriminasi, dan solidaritas. Nilai nasionalisme meliputi nilai rela berkorban, unggul dan berprestasi, rasa nasionalisme, taat hukum, taat aturan dan menghormati keragaman suku,budaya dan agama. Nilai mandiri meliputi nilai bekerjasama, kreatif dan berani. This study uses a qualitative research approach with data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and literature review. Character-based learning innovations at the Genius Islamic School Character Elementary School are designed, developed, and structured dynamically by the teachers by prioritizing noble character values based on local wisdom. The development of character-based learning at SD Character Genius Islamic School is carried out through various strategies, including implementing Seven Core Values or 7 (seven) pillars of character in every learning and civilizing process in the school environment, including religious pillars, discipline, empathy, respect, integrity, critical thinking, and self-regulated learning. The various learning strategies carried out by the teachers at the Character Genius Islamic School have a positive impact on students' character development. With the highest results obtained, namely Religion Belief, with an achievement of 97%. Then data source was students, teachers, parent of SD Negeri 1 Serang and people while determination of informants used purposive sampling. Data analysis technique was begun by reducing data, presenting data and verification. Research result was that cultural background in lereng Gunung Slamet built students’ characters of SD Negeri 1 Serang. This research was conducted in Karangpatihan Village, Balong District, Ponorogo Regency which has 97 mentally retarded persons in 2020. The results of this study indicate that the Karangpatihan Village government has given rights to mentally retarded persons with twenty-two types of rights in accordance with Law number 8 of 2016 on Persons with Disabilities. The results of this study indicate that literacy activities at SDN 014 Kota Bangun cannot be said to be a entrenched habit, but have been included in efforts to foster a literacy culture. Although there have been other efforts in the form of literacy development and learning in each subject as an advanced stage of the implementation of the school literacy program carried out by teachers, it has not been carried out consistently and sustainably. interest. There are supporting factors, including good cooperation between schools and parents, even parents also provide input in making reading corners. The CTL learning model is a learning model in which a conception that helps learning activities connect the content of teaching materials with students' real world situations. This study aims to find out how the teacher's role in implementing the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) model for elementary school students. This type of research is qualitative research. The research was conducted in class V of Pekanbaru Adventist Elementary School, with 3 teachers and 3 students as the subject. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and document review. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study indicate the teacher's role in using contextual teaching and learning (CTL), it can be seen that the teacher does planning such as preparing lesson plans, then the teacher carries out the learning process using the CTL model.
