This research aims to develop the Islamic Guidance and Counseling study program in the religious psycho of the elderly pilgrims of the archipelago. This type of research uses qualitative research methods. the conclusion can be drawn that First, the inner atmosphere of the archipelago elderly pilgrimage at the time ahead, the process, and post-hajj can be described as they are very happy, happy, and grateful. Second, the factors that encourage to welcome God's call as dhuyufur rohman in haromain are (1) as a form of hambba obedience to his rabb (2) Support from children. (3) The community of recitation worshipers. (4) The reward (reward) promised by Allah through the Messenger of Allah that those who hajj mabrur repay is heaven. In this study there is one independent variable and one dependent variable. The independent variable in this research is personal guidance (X), while the dependent variable is assertiveness (Y). This study is research population with total population of 58 students. The main data collection techniques such as scale, while interviewing and documentation as a complementary data. Data analysis using Product Moment correlation study from Pearson for obtained the results of hypothesis testing, with the help of SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and highly significant relationship between personal guidance and assertiveness students of class VIII MTs Negeri Yogyakarta 1 which has a correlation coefficient of 0.618 with sig. (2.tailed) = 0,000 with N = 58 at 1% significance level. From these data it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship and very significant, then the hypothesis is accepted and proved true. That is, the higher the personal guidance the higher the student's assertiveness, on the contrary if it gets lower personal guidance, the lower the student's assertiveness. This research is descriptive qualitative with case study research. The data source of this research is counselor guidance and counseling is Yuni Heru Kusumawardani, guidance and counseling teacher Mr. Ruba'i and two students of class X MAN 2 Sleman. Data collection was done by interview method, documentation and observation. The results showed that the method of individual counseling to cope with conflicts friendship between students of class X MAN 2 Sleman is a directive method and eclectic method. The directive method is given to the PPA at the first meeting until the third, whereas APE is given at the first and second meeting, the directive method is used when the counseling teacher searches the data or digs the information about the problem that is being experienced by the student, in this directive method the counseling guidance teacher can make a diagnosis related to the problems experienced by the students at that time. The result revealed teacher’s strategy in promoting the school environment sanitation were through group guiding, group counseling, orientation services, and information services. The shortcomings arose in new academic year when new students were recruited. These freshmen had to adapt to school policies, including on school environment sanitation. Desain penelitian ini ialah pre-eksperimen dengan pendekatan one-shot case study. Penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi sebagai alat pengumpulan data dengan analisis data menggunakan triangulasi yang dilakukan di Kota Samarinda. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) tingkat keterampilan sosial anak di setiap kecamatan berbeda-beda, namun data menunjukkan ada sekitar dua hingga tiga orang yang mengalami kurangnya keterampilan sosial di setiap kelas; (2) pelaksanaan kegiatan bermain peran dilaksanakan pada sekolah yang memiliki kurikulum dengan pendekatan sentra pada proses belajar. Pada sekolah dengan pendekatan kelompok, kegiatan bermain peran yang dilakukan tidak menggunakan skenario pada pelaksanaannya; dan (3) kegiatan bermain peran untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial anak dilakukan selama lima kali dengan berbagai persiapan. Anak yang belum terbiasa melakukan permain peran dengan skenario merasa canggung pada awalnya namun pada pertemuan-pertemuan selanjutnya materi yang disampaikan dengan teknik bermain peran dapat diinternalisasikan anak pada kehidupan sehari-hari. Perlakuan bermain peran dilakukan tidak setiap hari, hal ini dilakukan untuk melihat keefektifitasan kegiatan yang dilakukan. Pada akhir pertemuan, anak yang mengikuti kegiatan bermain peran mengalami berbagai perubahan pada aspek keterampilan sosial. The campus also has a desire to look for local wisdom-based counseling design models. Finally they reached a meeting point in community service with the service-learning method. The aim of this program is to excavate and formulate a pesantren-based local tradition-based counseling design model with the Ustadz Muhtasib community. Results: boarding-based counseling emphasizes balance (at-tawazun) starting from the philosophical side to praxis. Among other things, in view of humans as beings who have balance (at-tawazun) between leaders in the way of God (as embodiments of ‘abd Allah) and leaders in fighting for civilization and prosperity with the community (as embodiments of the Caliph of Allah). The purpose of counseling contains a balance (at-tawazun) between inviting goodness and preventing evil and the balance of the goodness of present life (ad-dunya hasanah) and the goodness of life later (al-akhirah hasanah). Characteristics of the counselor's personality, the existence of at-tawazun (balance) between shalahiyyah (capability) and shalih (integrity). Thus pesantren-based counseling, containing at-tawazun values; balance and harmony. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi yaitu pengecekan data dari berbagai sumber dengan berbagai cara dan waktu. Analisis data yang digunakan model interaktif yakni pengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian Pelaksanaan penilaian sikap sosial pada anak berkebutuhan khusus di SLB Negeri 2 Yogyakarta, Tahun Pelajaran 2018/ 2019 dilakukan oleh guru kelas dengan cara melakukan pengamatan secara langsung, rutin dan konsisten dengan menggunakan lembar observasi.
