This research is descriptive qualitative with case study research. The data source of this research is counselor guidance and counseling is Yuni Heru Kusumawardani, guidance and counseling teacher Mr. Ruba'i and two students of class X MAN 2 Sleman. Data collection was done by interview method, documentation and observation. The results showed that the method of individual counseling to cope with conflicts friendship between students of class X MAN 2 Sleman is a directive method and eclectic method. The directive method is given to the PPA at the first meeting until the third, whereas APE is given at the first and second meeting, the directive method is used when the counseling teacher searches the data or digs the information about the problem that is being experienced by the student, in this directive method the counseling guidance teacher can make a diagnosis related to the problems experienced by the students at that time. 摘要
本研究旨在确定辅导教师在处理学生友谊冲突时所使用的方法。本研究采用描述性定性的案例研究方法。本研究的数据来源为辅导员辅导,辅导对象为Yuni Heru Kusumawardani、辅导辅导老师Mr. Ruba’i和X MAN 2 Sleman班的两名学生。资料收集采用访谈法、文献法和观察法。结果表明,个别辅导方法处理X MAN 2 Sleman班学生之间的矛盾和友谊是一种指导性方法和折衷方法。指导方法在第一次会议至第三次会议上给予PPA,而APE在第一次和第二次会议上给予,指导方法是在咨询教师搜索数据或挖掘学生所经历的问题的信息时使用,在这种指导方法中,咨询指导教师可以对学生当时所经历的问题做出相关的诊断。此外,在第四次至第六次会议上给予PPA以选择性方法,而在第三次和第四次会议上给予APE,当咨询教师通过听取学生对该方法的陈述和决定或承诺进行检查时使用选择性方法,咨询教师的折衷式咨询可以与学生进行联合评估。关键词:个体咨询;冲突友谊
