In order for supply chain to be competitive in competition, delivery time is an important factor to manage, so that it could provide high service level value. One factor that could affects distribution or delivery is distribution center location. A strategic distribution center location would facilitate and speed up distribution process. This research discusses model for determining location of distribution center so that delivery could be made at the right amount and in the right time by analyzing of time-based using set covering model and maximal covering model. The numerical example in this research is case study on paint supply chain in Bandung which has a number of delivering clusters. Each cluster consists of a number of building material stores which are located scattered. There is one cluster that has problems in fulfilling demands and delivery times. The analysis made could be used to determine the distribution center location so that it could serve all consumer demands. Based on the calculation results, it was found that there were two distribution center locations. Two distribution centers could fulfill the objective function of cost minimization and satisfy all demands. PT. Cargill Indonesia Semarang Plant is a subsidiary under the Cargill company which is a global company serving the food, agriculture, finance and industrial sectors. The company has an external warehouse that stores both local and imported raw materials. The raw material undergoes loading and unloading process and weighing at the plant as well as 3 Metric Ton (MT) scales. However, there are differences in the two scales due to shrinkage with different factors. XYZ is Dam “X”. Based on project management data obtained from PT. XYZ, the actual project construction process experienced a significant delay from the planned schedule, with a delay duration of approximately 30 days. The delay will have an impact on the duration of the final completion of the project, including the process of delivering project results to consumers. The purpose of this study is to determine the critical path in project implementation and identify activities that do not have slack time because it will affect the duration of the overall project completion. The method used in this study is the Critical Path Method (CPM), which is a network method consisting of a series of activity components with the longest total time and showing the fastest duration of project completion. The results showed that the Manufacturing Project has a total of 11 critical activities out of 37 activities (work packages), with a total critical time of 75 days. Changes in people's lifestyles have triggered companies to switch to the right new business strategies to control their businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. The unemployment rate, which increased by 7.07 percent due to the pandemic, needs to be suppressed by opening new jobs. The Triple Layered Business Model Canvas (TLBMC) is a method that can be used by Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to collaborate with the surrounding community in improving their quality of life during the pandemic. This research was conducted to identify the development of the TLBMC method, which can be obtained from literature studies from 2016 to 2022. The method used in this study is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR). This study uses the Exponential Comparison Method (MPE) to minimize bias in assessing the quality of the selected literature. The results showed that from 27 pieces of literature, nine top-selected literature with total scores above 5019 points could support research on applying TLBMC in CSR. For this reason, a study was conducted to determine the factors influencing the purchasing intention of environmentally friendly diapers. The factors studied included attitudes, subjective norms (SN), perceptions of behavioral control (PBC), environmental awareness (PL), moral responsibility (Norm), and perceived risk (PR). These six factors will be tested to determine whether they significantly influence the intention to use cloth diapers, then their effect will be analyzed. The objects in this study are residents of the City of Yogyakarta who have and take care of infants or toddlers. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires. Data processing begins with validity and reliability testing. After testing the validity and reliability, it is followed by regression tests, model significance, significance test for the influence of each independent variable, and finally, determining the coefficient of determination. From the processing of the 406 questionnaires, it is known that three variables significantly influence: subjective norms, perceptions of behavioral control, and moral responsibility. The resulting regression equation is Intention=0.045attitude+0.288 SN+0.277PBC+0.009PL-0.020PR+0.316Norm. However, K3 at PT XYZ, especially in the production process, is still not going well according to the law, one of which is the use of PPE is considered not important by the workforce. This study aims to analyze the risks and controls in the production process. This research was conducted by identifying potential hazards by categorizing them into risk levels and determining the control of potential hazards in the production process using the HIRADC method. The results of this study indicate that there are 9 risks in the production division, with the grouping of 5 risks classified as high risk (high) which includes high risks such as bandsaw regarding sawdust, assembly, 1 moderate risk (moderate) risk, namely the raw material part, and 3 the risk is classified as low risk (low) which includes low risk such as band saw machines for chop saws. Based on the results of the risk assessment, most machines are classified as high risk, so it is necessary to improve the implementation of K3 and improve the source of danger. Of all the hazards and risks in the production division of PT XYZ, an analysis of potential hazards and their control is carried out using the HIRADC method. This research examined the connection between ISP service quality and B2B customer loyalty to business Internet services. This work employs Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square methodology for SEM data analysis (PLS-SEM). The research revealed a favourable and statistically significant correlation between BP trust and BP loyalty. Because BP believes in the quality and service of ISP providers, they are typically loyal to BP. In addition, NQ and SP have a sizeable direct association with client loyalty. Moreover, this research showed that QSTS had a good and substantial effect on BP's level of trust. SMEs know that ECO is one of the manufacturing industries engaged in food manufacturing. there are obstacles (problems) that are experienced, namely the occurrence of inequality between the production capacity of tofu that can be produced and the demand for tofu that must be met. The purpose of this study is to increase the production capacity of Tofu Eco SMEs in terms of increasing working time. The method used in this research is the dynamic system method using the PLE vensim software. The results of the study show that based on the actual system conditions, it is known that there are 25 workers with 8 working hours per day, and an average production capacity of 957 barrels per month is obtained month with an average demand of 1005 barrels /month. The results of the alternative simulation I, have an average production capacity of 1,080 barrels/month. The results of the scenario II simulation show that the average production capacity is 1,230 barrels/month. From the simulation results of alternative scenarios, it can be seen that for production demand below 1,080 barrels/month, the alternative used is to add 1 hour (60 minutes) of overtime, while for requests above 1,079 barrels/month with a maximum production demand of 1,255 barrels/month, alternative scenarios can be used. However, delivery issues are there all the time. This was experienced by a noodle culinary SME that experienced delays in the delivery of various noodle raw materials and noodle toppings which caused noodle sales activities to be disrupted. In addition, these raw materials have a lifespan (without preservatives) so they must be delivered according to a predetermined schedule and hours. This research will solve this problem by minimizing delays through finding the shortest mileage delivery route. Because each delivery location has its own schedule and time window, the Nearest Neighbor method by paying attention to the time window is used. Based on the calculation results, each distribution route with the shortest distance was obtained, as evidenced by a reduction in the middle route by 0.23 km and the northern route by 5.88 km. In addition, this proposed delivery route was able to save fuel consumption on the middle route by 3% and the northern route by 10%.
