Suggestions are given for the public sector to improve management efficiency as the Client of PPP projects. Many countries increased their installed renewable power capacity during this period. Currently, China is the world leader in terms of installed renewable power capacity. Among all renewables (except hydro), wind power is the one with the highest global installed capacity. Hence, this study focuses on the two leaders; \"China\" and \"wind power\". Considering the fact that wind turbines form the backbone of any wind power installation, the main focus is on the manufacturing and installation trends of wind turbines in China. In order to establish these trends, the wind turbine models manufactured by most of the well-known Chinese wind turbine manufacturers have been analyzed, along with 414 wind farm part installations. The results show that the most popular wind turbine model, both for manufacturing purposes and for installations, is 1500 kW (1.5 MW). The analyses also reveal that the preferred wind turbine capacities and rotor diameter sizes are increasing by time. Association rules technique is a technique to uncover relationships between data variables which have been applied to various problems both in manufacturing industry and services. In this paper, FP-Growth (frequent-pattern growth) algorithm has been applied to a large manufacturer of stainless steel wire mesh in Thailand. The company is experiencing a defects problem that the cause remains unknown. Defect data are available but there has not been analyzed properly. There are in total 19 types of defects. 2,281 records of defect data on mesh 0.8mm grade 316 products were collected and used for association rule mining. The result showed some relationship between three main types of defects which are HP (hard warp) defect, OM (open mesh) defect and OF (open mesh full) defect with difference confidence level. Moreover, if HP defect occur it is possible that OM defect will also occur at 96.3 percent confidence. On the other hand if OM defect occur it is possible that HP defect will also at 99.9 percent confidence. Our approach allows us to manage XML schema by modeling and implementing temporal data in XML document, for the purpose of tracking historical information and exchange data over the web with an efficient manner. Therefore, this study introduces methods that can extract various functions from an XML schema which based on management varying time data. To do that, we will enhance a representation of XML document structure in order to make hidden semantic explicit. We are going to take an existing XML schema with bitemporal period features as input, enrich its metadata representation in order to provide Temporal XML schema data Model (TXSDM) which conserve all type of relationships such as association, composition, aggregation and inheritance. In the last, we will generate a temporal ORDB Model which captures essential characteristics of temporal databases for migration. A chemical substance reporting system is required to ensure compliance by identifying the chemical substances used within a product, which can then be compared against regulated chemical substance lists to identify potential business risks, as well as providing safety data to consumers. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the framework of CDIO-based project teaching method, which is centered on the project, based on CDIO as a specific operation mode, and relied on three elements — teachers, students, and CDIO evaluation criteria. Hence, the companies can advertise their products as long as keeping in touch with their customers on Facebook. The issue in this study is the young consumer's attitude towards advertising and the trust in e-commerce as the advertisement publisher and Facebook itself. This study used a purposive sampling method and selected 300 respondents to respond the questionnaires. Pearson Correlation measured the strength and relation between demographic factors (gender, age and education) and dependent variable. A multiple regression analysis examined the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The result showed that gender and age had a positive correlation with the attitude towards F-commerce advertising. The variable of entertainment, irritation, trust in Facebook, and trust in e-commerce on Facebook had the significant impact on attitude towards F-commerce advertising.
