Research on the innovation of liaoning public safety and security emergency management system from the perspective of smart city

This paper studies innovating Liaoning's Public Safety and Security emergency management system, and improving Liaoning' s emergency management capabilities comprehensively in five major aspects, namely the upgrading of philosophy, the management coordination, the application of technology, the linkage on links, and the guarantee of resources, with the aid of a new generation of information technology tools such as the Internet of Things and cloud computing, and with the help of the operational mode of full perception, deep integration and intelligent collaboration.
