Thus, the taste and process of alcohol during fermentation have become highly evocative to producers today. In this way, this article focuses on the effect of free sulfur dioxide on the concentration of fixed and volatile acids since fixed and volatile acids have a high impact on the taste of red and white wine, according to scientific research. This article also focuses on the PH value of both wines to investigate whether the free sulphate dioxide has a positive effect on the PH acidity of red and white wine. By paying attention to the acidity, the producers can further investigate the health impact of both wines and provide better choices and plans for the consumers. Using Cortezs data, this article matches the linear regression model to compare the fixed and volatile groups between red and white wine. PH values of both wines are also laid out in the final linear regression model group. The linear regression model tests the difference between free sulfur dioxides effects on the two wine categories. Lastly, the RMSE value has been used to test whether the result is reliable.","PeriodicalId":341023,"journal":{"name":"Theoretical and Natural Science","volume":"3 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141801794","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The core objective of this paper is to investigate the intricate interplay between APOE4, HSV-1, A, and AD progression. Methodology involves assessing A Levels, Spatial Recognition Memory, and Exploratory Behavior in HSV-1-infected Fx5AD Mice with APOE4, alongside monitoring specific biomarkers to confirm HSV-1 activation status. Our expected experimental outcomes suggest that APOE4 accelerates latent HSV-1 activation, leading to heightened A aggregation. Thus, we hypothesize that APOE4 may expedite latent HSV-1 activation, thereby facilitating A accumulation and AD advancement. The investigation of relationship between APOE4, HSV-1, A, and AD progression could give valuable insights into further experiments and treatments of AD.","PeriodicalId":341023,"journal":{"name":"Theoretical and Natural Science","volume":"121 7","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141801815","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Due to bidireactional and multitargeting capability and the small side effects of TCM, it has been used in cancer treatment in China and has been studied a lot in other countries. In the early research, two possible anti-tumor mechanisms of TCM have been proposed, first is directly affecting cancer cells by regulating the signaling pathway, the second is indirectly affecting cancer cells by regulating the immune system and tumor microenvironment. Herein we want to discuss systematically how these anti-tumor mechanisms of TCM work together to influence carcinoma treatment. This review will include several kinds of active extracts of TCM, such as ginsenoside, baicalein, baicalin, astraglan, berberine and ferulic, and several pathways influenced by TCM in the pathogenesis of cancer, such as Fas/FasL pathway, PI3K/Akt pathway, TGF-/Smad pathway and the regulation of tumor microenvironment, such as repolarization of tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) and PD1/PD-L1 interactions.","PeriodicalId":341023,"journal":{"name":"Theoretical and Natural Science","volume":"114 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141801948","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Both alcohol use disorders (AUD) and depression increase susceptibility to disability and mortality, and their symptoms are closely linked to the brains reward circuits. While the pathogenesis of AUD and depression is well-researched, the mechanism of comorbidities remains a challenge. Individuals with depression may use alcohol for self-medication, leading to the formation of AUD over time. Abrupt cessation of alcohol consumption in individuals with long-term AUD can result in neurotransmitter abnormalities and an elevated risk of depression or relapse. This review primarily focuses on basic research and summarizes neurotransmitters such as GABA, glutamate, dopamine, norepinephrine, and 5-HT in relation to Major Depressive Disorder and AUD. Currently, the effectiveness of treatment for comorbidities is not clearly evident. Our goal is to comprehensively explore the cellular attributes associated with these comorbidities in order to identify new avenues for therapeutic interventions.","PeriodicalId":341023,"journal":{"name":"Theoretical and Natural Science","volume":"111 12","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141802157","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) is a linear algebraic technique that reduces the original datas complexity and scale by breaking down the matrices and extracting the important information. With the power of decomposition which utilizes the non-local self-similarity property of an image to achieve satisfactory denoising performance, SVD denoising has become a potent tool in image processing. In this paper, SVD is outlined and its working, applications, and challenges as a denoising technique in image denoising are discussed. The author discovered that Singular Value Decomposition can be a significant factor in image denoising by applying it to the image. As a result, Singular Value Decomposition could be thought as a helpful image denoising approach in the image processing sequence that will raise the images Peak Signal-to-Noise Ration (PSNR) and improve the quality of the image.","PeriodicalId":341023,"journal":{"name":"Theoretical and Natural Science","volume":"56 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141798810","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

And understanding the PD-1L receptor on the surface of tumor cells can help tumor cells to achieve immune escape, which is not easy to be recognized and killed by the PD-1 receptor on the surface of immune cells. After understanding this process, researchers have developed PD-1/PD-L1 receptor inhibitors to help cure cancer by targeting this mechanism, which is also part of immunotherapy. Among the drugs on the market today, it has been confirmed that PD-1/PD-L1 is effective in the treatment of non-solid tumors and a small number of solid tumors. However, because of the characteristics of most solid tumors, PD-1/PD-L1 is limited to play a role, so researchers try to develop PD-1/PD-L1 combined with other drugs to treat more solid tumors. In the literature cited in this article, it can be seen that the combination of PD-1/PD-L1 with other drugs is effective, but the adverse reactions will also increase. This article will discuss the effectiveness of PD-1/PD-L1 combined with other drugs in detail.","PeriodicalId":341023,"journal":{"name":"Theoretical and Natural Science","volume":"13 10","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141799078","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Cayley graphs serve as a visualization tool for groups, as they are capable of illustrating certain structures and properties of groups geometrically. In particular, each element in a group is assigned to a vertex in Cayley graphs. By the group action of left-multiplication, distinct elements in the generating sets can act on each element to create varied directed edges (Meier[1]). By contrast, the presence of a Hamiltonian cycles within a graph demonstrates its level of connectivity. In this research paper, utilizing directed Cayley graphs, we present a series of conjectures and theorems regarding the number and existence of Hamiltonian cycles within Dihedral groups, Symmetric groups of Platonic solids and Symmetric groups. By exploring the relationship between Abstract groups and Hamiltonian graphs, this work contributes to the broader field of research pertaining to Groups of Symmetry and Geometric Group Theory.","PeriodicalId":341023,"journal":{"name":"Theoretical and Natural Science","volume":"9 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141799157","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Although great progress has been made in cosmic observation, we are still unable to determine what the constituent particles of dark matter are.There are the following speculations about what particles dark matter is composed of: baryon dark matter, such as MACHOs, rogue planets, and other possibilities; Non-baryonic dark matter: Weakly Interacting Massive Particles (WIMPs); Axion; Neutrino, etc.","PeriodicalId":341023,"journal":{"name":"Theoretical and Natural Science","volume":"49 41","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141799550","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With a mortality of about ten million deaths each year, cancer is responsible for one in six deaths which makes it one of the leading health problems worldwide. Because of this it is necessary for scientists to research cancer thoroughly to stop this problem as soon as possible. Cellular signaling pathways regulate cell proliferation, depending on the ligand that binds to cells it can lead to cell growth or apoptosis. So if a mutation happens in one of these pathways it can lead to serious problems such as the constant activation of the pathway causing uncontrolled cell growth and thus, cancer. In this review, I will focus on the aberrant kinases and phosphatases describing their pathways with detail and seeing how to target these mutations using combinatorial therapy with signal-transduction inhibitors to try to stop the pathogenesis of cancer. So far, there is no known cure for cancer and only some treatments in phase III are available. Trying to cure cancer is very complex, especially in cancer treatment as each patient may have genetic variations, the molecular profile of the tumor, and other unique biological characteristics, herein, personalized therapy based on different patients situation to increase treatment effectiveness while minimizing side effects. In this review, we intend to elucidate the significance of targeting aberrant kinases and phosphatases in the pathogenesis of cancer.","PeriodicalId":341023,"journal":{"name":"Theoretical and Natural Science","volume":"56 22","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141799885","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
