Based on the simplified space motion equation of the launch vehicle, the relationship between thrust and overload acceleration information is established. Then the engine thrust is identified by the least squares method of forgetting factor, and the relationship between the identified thrust and the true thrust is linearly fitted to realizes the online diagnosis of thrust drop faults. Combined with overload location strategy, the fault location of four engines was realized. This algorithm is different from traditional optimization algorithms. It is actually a new type of group optimization algorithm. Its main advantages are simple structure, few parameters, fast particle convergence and strong optimization ability. With the rise of cloud computing technology, software development, delivery, development and usage models have undergone tremendous changes. Software developers no longer use traditional design and development models, and software development models based on service composition technology have become a new trend. Developers do not need to be interested in implementing many basic network application technologies when delivering software, but should only focus on implementing business logic. Delivering the business logic of the application to the cloud-based network support platform with the idea of platform as a service can make it an expanding network application for large-scale users. We call this platform PaaS cloud computing platform. Scalability and low rental costs allow software providers to easily implement applications, thereby greatly reducing workload and maintenance. Users no longer need to purchase or develop applications, but can customize and use the software as a service model. Use software delivered to the platform to meet individual needs. Although the research on collaborative 5G PaaS platform management and control platform technology is constantly evolving, Cui still has many shortcomings. In order to solve the problem of the lack of a unified standard platform in the cloud computing environment, this paper uses the particle weight method and the discrete particle algorithm to study the collaborative 5G PaaS collaborative management control platform. The state of the core can be obtained by analyzing the vibration signal. Vibration analysis method has been used in transformer condition monitoring and fault diagnosis for many years, while different methods produce different results. In order to select the correct method in engineering application, five kinds of joint time-frequency analysis methods, such as short-time Fourier transform, Wigner-Ville distribution, S transform, wavelet transform and empirical mode decomposition are compared, and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods for dealing with the vibration signal of transformer core are analyzed in this paper. It indicates that wavelet transform and empirical mode decomposition have more advantages in the diagnosis of core looseness fault. EEG has a large amount of applications covering wide areas, including adjuvant therapy, cognitive processes, brain disease diagnosis, rehabilitation medicine and military fields. With the improvement of signal process technology and integrated circuit design, the project acquiring EEG signal to analyze drain’s information has been widely researched. This paper invented a low-cost circuit to detect EEG signal in BCI (brain computer interface) system. The low-cost circuit adopts the resistance capacitance coupled circuit, active shield driver and floating power supply, which has strong anti-interference ability and simple structure. This circuit is able to amplify the weak EEG signal precisely and filter the noise effectively. In recent years, the problem of stealing electricity has become more and more apparent in hindering the development of China's power industry, which has attracted the attention of relevant enterprises, industries and departments. The purpose of this article is to greatly reduce the success rate of power theft through the improvement of power theft current detection technology, and further promote the healthy development of China's power industry. Through analysis, it is found that the traditional methods have great limitations, and the new detection technology of electric power theft and leakage current combining with the Internet of Things and other new technologies has high intelligence degree, fast speed and outstanding effect. In this paper, the application of voltage loss meter and anti-tampering devices can strengthen the power monitoring anti-theft technology. Spark mechanism is introduced into the power theft and leakage current detection model designed in this paper to build an algorithm, calculate the stolen power intelligently, and determine the evaluation index. This model can effectively monitor the user's power consumption behavior and record the illegal power consumption behavior. It can enter the instrument in real time and remotely monitor the current, voltage and power changes of the electricity meter, so as to achieve the purpose of antitheft. Aiming at the problems of large delay, large frequency offset, and multipath effect in the high-speed link of satellite ground fusion, this paper proposes a hardware acceleration architecture based on a standard processing platform and FPGA. The symbol level high-capacity data processing is implemented in FPGA and the upper data receiving function is implemented on DSP.
