摘要

研究了运载火箭四个发动机单个推力下降故障的在线诊断方法。基于简化的运载火箭空间运动方程,建立了推力与过载加速度信息之间的关系。然后采用遗忘因子最小二乘法对发动机推力进行识别,并将识别出的推力与真实推力之间的关系线性拟合,实现推力下降故障的在线诊断。结合过载定位策略,实现了4台发动机的故障定位。数字仿真结果表明,该方法能够准确、快速地诊断发动机推力损失故障,并验证了该方法在风干扰下的有效性。
