This paper proposes an expanded load flow calculation method for a multi-energy flow supply network containing electricity, gas and heat. First, the steady-state mathematical model is established for power, heat, and natural gas networks. Then, based on the general energy bus model, mathematical expression of the energy coupling link is established. On this basis, the Newton-Raphson method is taken for decoupling calculation of the multi-energy load flow model. Based on the kernel ELM, and at the same time integrating the idea of one-class detection, the constraint optimization problem of KELM is realized under the constraint of lp-norm, and the output function expression of a unified one-class KELM classifier is derived; for the convenience of fault detection Implementation, based on BB-OCKELM to define the statistical inspection volume and detection threshold. The proposed method is applied to four common data sets commonly used in the field of machine learning and the fault detection application of a certain type of equipment. In this paper, a novel hardware structure for ray tracing is proposed, and implemented in single Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) with Hard Processor System (HPS). Control rendering algorithm is arranged on HPS side. The loop unrolling and pipelining design on FPGA side accelerates the numerical differentiation methods and the ray-object intersection algorithm. The design is simplified and implemented on an Intel Cyclone V device, which can quickly complete algorithm expansion and verification with Open Computing Language (OpenCL). Regarding the choice of connecting the solar farm to Bus, this paper respectively gives the analysis of Bus5, Bus6 and Bus8, and draws the conclusion that connecting Bus5 is the best choice. When designing the transmission line, this paper gives the shortcomings of tower type B and tower type C, analyzes the reasons for choosing tower type A, and analyzes the various parameters of 5 different conductors. The best conductor choice is 16.33 mm wire, the best conductor bundling option is bundling spacer – 2 conductors. Then, this paper used PowerWorld to simulate the circuit diagram of the IEEE 9 bus system, and carried out power flow analysis and system safety analysis on the power system. It is recommended to connect the transmission line in parallel between Bus5 and Bus7 and between Bus4 and Bus5 to enhance the safety and stability of the system. When any one of the transmission lines is disconnected, the remaining transmission lines will not overcurrent and can work safely. In this paper, a remote upgrade scheme of T-box terminal based on GPRS network is proposed, and the remote upgrade system is designed and implemented. The remote upgrade system adopts passive mode that is once the T-box terminal receives the firmware upgrade command, it will download the latest version firmware from the server and does the MD5 verification. The MD5 algorithm is used to ensure the authenticity and integrity of firmware updates. If the MD5 value is the same to the value that received from the upgrade command, the firmware will be written to the internal flash area by the application programming technology IAP of MCU. This scheme is suitable for the firmware remote upgrade of all MCU that based on flash. It is proved to work steadily in several field experimentation and to meet satisfactorily the design request. In this paper, for the problem of large amount of initial calculation for the segmentation model of multiple targets, a clustering algorithm is proposed to segment the image, and finally the model is established, the function data set is initialized, and the method of multiphase image segmentation is easier to segment idealized goal. This method can reduce the sensitivity of the clustering algorithm in the initialization, making the multiphase image segmentation model under the clustering algorithm easier to segment the ideal image. At the same time, the image segmentation model can quickly get the minimum value, reduce the amount of calculation, fully and effectively improve the efficiency. The M-level set implicit surface of multi-level set function is used to divide the image into m regions. The maximum value of level setting function is calculated to realize fast segmentation and reconstruction of constant value of multiphase segmentation. Experimental results show that the algorithm can greatly improve the contrast and clarity of images, and bring the best visual experience to people.
