Abstract

Aimed at the characteristics for the existing laser speckle measurement technology can only detect Quasi-static displacement, this system based on laser speckle interferometry principle, designed a combination of the optical system of image processing methods and intensity of vibration measurement methods, and pushed to the relevant measurement principle. It chooses the high sensitivity photoelectric detection device, constructed a compensation optical system and improved the detection range and sensitivity of the system; To achieve synchronization of the system of visual collimation and measurement collimation, the optical structure that combination of CCD and detector was put forward.
