This scheme is suitable for the firmware remote upgrade of all MCU that based on flash. It is proved to work steadily in several field experimentation and to meet satisfactorily the design request. Abstract

The function of vehicle telematics box(T-BOX) changes with the change of user’s demand. 基于GPRS的车载终端远程升级系统的设计与实现
车载信息处理箱(T-BOX)的功能随着用户需求的变化而变化。为了适应同一终端在不同阶段的新需求和变化,远程信息处理箱应该能够动态调整自己,或者供应商可以远程升级远程信息处理箱。本文提出了一种基于GPRS网络的t盒终端远程升级方案,设计并实现了远程升级系统。远程升级系统采用被动升级方式,即T-box终端收到固件升级命令后,直接从服务器下载最新版本的固件并进行MD5验证。MD5算法用于保证固件更新的真实性和完整性。如果MD5值与升级命令接收到的值相同,则通过MCU的应用编程技术IAP将固件写入内部flash区。该方案适用于所有基于flash的单片机的固件远程升级。经多次现场试验证明,该系统工作稳定,能较好地满足设计要求。远程升级系统先进、安全、可靠。
