Based on the observations of researchers at SMA Negeri 2 Padang Panjang and interviews with biology teachers, information was obtained that the biology learning media used were Powerpoint, modules, supporting books such as encyclopedias, learning videos from Youtube, and Student Worksheets (LKPD). From the results of the interview, it was revealed that the students had difficulty in understanding the protist material. This type of research is development research using the Instructional Development Institute (IDI) model. The research subjects were two biology lecturers, FMIPA UNP, one teacher and 30 students of class X SMAN 2 Padang Panjang. The object of this research is learning media using the emaze application about protist material for class X students. The research data is the validity data obtained directly through the provision of validity questionnaires to the research subjects. The results showed that the learning media using the emaze application about protist material for class X high school students was very valid with an average validity value of 90.23%. PAI Learning Strategy with Problem Based Learning model or Problem Based Learning (PBM) is a learning method that teaches students to solve problems and reflect on their experiences, making it possible to grow and develop thinking skills with reasoning, communicative, and connections in problem solving that has meaning. , relevant and contextual. The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of problem based learning strategies through methods, procedures and strategies in developing Islamic Religious Education learning at PTKIN. This research is a qualitative research with library research. The results of this study indicate that the Problem Based Learning learning model is relevant in its application to the PAI Learning Strategy so that it can be collaborated with other conventional models in order to achieve optimal learning outcomes. One of the learning problems found was the lack of student interest in learning social studies because the methods and media used were not appropriate. Social studies learning has a lot of material descriptions and contains abstract things if delivered using methods that cannot involve students in learning and media that are less attractive, it will make students less enthusiastic to learn. Therefore, this development research aims to produce an animated video product on the inquiry method for social studies learning for Class IX SMP that is valid, practical and feasible. This research uses a type of development research or also known as Research and Development (R&D). The development model used is the ADDIE model. The ADDIE model consists of five stages of development, namely: (1) Analysis (Analysis), (2) Design (design), (3) Development (development), (4) Implementation (application), (5) Evaluation (evaluation). Products in the form of animated video media will be tested for the validity of the media by two validators and the validity of the material will be tested by one validator. Practicality test was conducted on 21 students of class IX. 4 at SMPN 1 Tanjung Raya. Based on the results of the product validity test, it shows that the media is said to be very valid with a proportion of 92.06%, according to the proportion of experts who are right at 90%. In the final results of the practicality test of learning media products, it is categorized as very valid with a percentage of 92.38%. This research is intended to facilitate students' communication skills as a provision for future careers. The participants who fulfilled the invitation were 28 3rd and 4th year students. The training focused on 3 main aspects of communication skills such as listening, speaking and writing. Evaluation is carried out in three stages, namely: pre-test, during the process and post-test. Research shows that training can improve participants' communication skills, especially listening and speaking skills. Capturing information that is heard correctly is very important in effective communication activities, where almost 50% of activities that occur in communication are listening. The ability to speak improved better when the participants had sufficient understanding of the material and the topic, and the main problem in this speaking ability lies in the participants' low self-confidence and courage, but this can be improved with continuous practice. One of the key to the success of a educational institution today is the management and policies implemented by the principal as a leader. The purpose of this study is to find out the Management of Female Principal Leadership in Optimizing Teacher Performance During the Covid-19 Pandemic. This type of research is a field research with descriptive-qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation. This research was conducted at PAUD Wadas Kelir with the subject of the research, namely the Principal of PAUD Wadas Kelir. The results of this study show that: First, Head of PAUD Wadas Kelir Purwokerto developed a teacher performance optimization policy program during the covid-19 pandemic, in the form of the obligation to implement health protocols in the school environment, learning activities conducted from home and a combination of online-offline learning, as well as policies in learning innovations during the pandemic. Second, the headmaster's leadership style in optimizing the performance of PAUD Wadas Kelir Purwokerto teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic applies a democratic, consultative, and transformational leadership style. The population of this research were taken from 2018 collague student who entering the Islamic Education Study Program, totaling 170 student, and the sample used was 105 students. The research data was gained from the results of questionnaire that had fulfilled the validity and reliability requirements. Data were interpreted by a simple linear regression technique that composing by T-test, F-test, and Coefficient of Determination. Before testing the hypothesis, the data must go through normality and linearity tests as prerequisite tests. From the proceed of the f-test analysis, it was obtained f count = 52.252 ≥ f table = 3.92, which mean is the learning motivation has an influence to the learning difficulties. Then in the test output from coefficient of determination obtained r2 = 33.7% which indicates learning difficulties are influenced by learning motivation of 33.7% and 62.3% is affected by the other factors. Then the T-test results gained t count = -7.229 <T table = -1.980, meaning that motivation has a significant effect on learning difficulties. The simple linear regression similarity gained is Y = 97,796 – 0,580X which indicates that each learning motivation has increased one value, also learning difficulty reduce by 0.580. Negative sign indicates the existence of a form of influence in the opposite direction. So if learning motivation decreases, learning difficulties will increase. This research is a research using qualitative methods, with a case study approach. Sources of data from this study were three informants through interviews consisting of PAI teachers, BK teachers, and students at SMP Negeri 22 Padang. The data collection techniques of this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The data validation technique is by using source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the efforts of PAI teachers in improving social deviant behavior at SMP Negeri 22 Padang are: First: related to the form of social deviant behavior of students at SMP Negeri 22 Padang, namely: a) being rude to teachers, b) saying rudely, c) carrying cellphones going to school, d) not collecting PAI assignments, e) skipping school. Second, there are three factors that cause students' social deviant behavior, namely: a) family factors, b) friend factors. c) community environmental factors. The activities carried out include the Salimah Multi-Business Cooperative (Kossuma), Communities (Sabil@, KEP, KPSPL, KOB), Forum Silatururahim Majlis Taklim (Forsil MT), Association of Muballighoh Salimah Indonesia (IMSI), Salimah Education House, (Sister, Serasi, PAUD, TKIT, BSQ Senior School), Disaster and Disaster Management Post (P2MB), Salimah Management Leadership Training (PKPS),BQS Program (Baitul Al-Qur'an Salimah), Moral Education (special parenting for women), the Elderly School Program, and the Orphans and Duafha Development Program (P2AYD).
