Pulp, paper and board classification is a guide that contains identification of types of pulp, paper and board both according to the community and according to SNI against the HS code (Harmonized System). This classification is a new approach to facilitate the SNI user community in classifying the types of pulp, paper and cardboard in the nomenclature system. Pulp, paper and board are divided into 12 grades. Accreditation increasing quality internal laboratory directly because various aspects such as personnel, methods, material and environment is asses in accreditation. Besides, accreditation in dosimetry laboratory is also used to get reference dosimetry laboratory by Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency of Indonesia (Bapeten). Methods that used to asses quality standard implementation by observation number of surveillance incompatibility trends from 2017 and 2019 also reaccreditation 2020 that compared with customers satisfaction through public satisfaction index (IKM) scores, the number of customer complaint and number of customers analysis from 2017 until 2020. The implementation of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 expected to increase laboratory quality and customer quantity each year. It can also increase laboratory credibility. In 2017, there are 1783 customers and it increased in 2020 up to 2201 customers. As a non-ministerial government institution, BATAN has measured the level of community satisfaction of public services implementation through the assessment of the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) based on the application of SNI ISO 9001:2015 on Quality Management Systems. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the quality of R&D services produced and provided by BATAN to the community following the SNI ISO 9001:2015 implementation to provide a more excellent and sustainable service improvement. The research used quantitative method, based on previous literature studies on the BATAN Performance Report and results of BATAN's Management System audit. The results show that the value of IKM BATAN tends to increases every year from 2018 to 2020 with a value of IKM consecutively by 3,35; 3,36 and 3,40. The National Standardization Agency (BSN) has established the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) for masks with the goal of lowering the transmission rate. Several scholarly publications were published during the pandemic time that discussed the masks that the population wore. Through a literature review, this study attempts to examine the impact of mask standards on a number of research publications connected to the public's mask selection during the Covid-19 epidemic. The literature review and descriptive analysis methods were used in this investigation. The publications in this study were found using a Google Scholar database with a period span of March 2020 to August 2021. Covid-19, cloth masks, disposable masks, medical masks, and non-medical masks were among the search terms used to find the article. pertinentIt is well recognized that a literature review cannot conclusively determine the role of standards in community mask selection. The unauthorized movement of nuclear and radioactive materials is a very important issue. The need for a nuclear material safety system in Indonesia has been initiated by the Radiation Monitoring System Development program for Safety and Security (SPRKK). One of the outputs of the SPRKK is the prototype design, standardization and certification of the Radiation Monitor Portal (PMR). In order to obtain PMR that has good quality and is able to compete with products from outside, it is necessary to build a quality infrastructure including standard formulation, testing, metrology, certification and accreditation. The appropriate standard for PMR is IEC 62244:2019 so it needs to be formulated to revise SNI IEC 62244:2016 which was the previous reference. After the standards are compiled, then testing is carried out using standard sources and assessing the conformity of PMR to the standards that have been formulated and preparing a test laboratory for certification. The method used in this paper is a literature study and a non-interactive qualitative method with a concept analysis approach. In the global era, personnel certification has become a trend of needs, demands, and requirements. Personnel certification activities are divided into initial, renewal, and recertification, which are carried out through a series of exams (general, specific, and practical) and are carried out face-to-face at the exam location. During the pandemic, there are limitations in the implementation of certification exams, where face-to-face exams can increase the risk of transmission of the COVID-19 virus due to gathering many people, and the mobility of participants to the exam location. It is hoped that the certification exam can be remote to avoid the potential spread of COVID-19. However it must be ensured that other risks are not compromised, so it is necessary to conduct a risk analysis of conducting remote certification exams in COVID-19 conditions using the \"what-if analysis\" method. From the risk analysis, the renewal certification can be remote. But initial and recertification must be face-to-face because there are written and practical exams that have risks related to data radiation safety, security, and confidentiality. These geological conditions result in frequent earthquakes and tsunamis that can damage infrastructure, especially those that use electricity. One of the efforts to deal with it is the use of Renewable Energi (RE). This study discusses the role of RE sourced from the sun with its energi storage system as an initial response in earthquake and tsunami disaster management through a descriptive qualitative approach. Among other renewable energies, solar energi has the greatest potential, which is 207.8 GWp. Solar energi is stored in a portable storage system, namely batteries. The battery can be used as an early response system to meet electricity needs due to disasters. As an effort to deal with disasters, 10 Indonesian National Standards (SNI) related to earthquake disasters have been issued, six standards are still in effect and four standards have been abolished. There are five standards regarding tsunami disasters and all of them are still valid today. Due to the certification process, RPM was tested based on SNI IEC 62244:2016. This standard requires radiological tests in the form of gamma radiation detection tests by measuring radioactive statically or dynamically that are conducted by varying sources and distances. For calculating the variation of activity was using inverse-square law. This research was carried out in Serpong Nuclear Area – BRIN PUSPIPTEK. Three standards of radionuclide were used namely Am-241, Cs-137, and Co-60. In the static condition, the radionuclide source was placed in the midpoint of a distance of 2,4 m from each portal. In the dynamic condition, the source was moved through the detection area for the rate of passer-by (10 – 20 km/h). In both static and dynamic conditions, from 50 tests, a minimum of 49 alarms was triggered, the assuredness level was more than 95%. The counting results without using inverse-square law decrease with non-linear distance variations. It’s because the detector collimator opens only straight ahead causing an active area of the detector that received radiation to be smaller. The thickness of RPM’s housing frame also has a role in reducing the count value. The farther the measuring distance, the more did holder of the source blocking radiations received by the detector.
