The Directorate of Water Resources (SDA) Central Sumatra River Basin VIII has implemented a network to support the performance of the Directorate of Water Resources (SDA), but still has problems where the network often experiences disconnections due to damage, interference with switches, damage to cables and network connectors. and Hang routers. To meet the internet needs at the Directorate of Water Resources (SDA) Central Sumatra VIII River Basin, stable internet is needed, therefore a failover method is needed. The problem in this research is that there are frequent disturbances in the internet network. The transfer of the main internet line to the backup path is done manually. Given how important the network is to support performance at the Directorate of Water Resources (SDA), the authors suggest to create a failover backup system for Mikrotik routers in the Directorate of Water Resources (SDA). This research uses the Action Research development method, which consists of Diagnostic, Action planning, action taking, evaluating and e-learning. With this application, it is hoped that if there is a problem with the router device, it will not interfere with the use of the existing network. One of the developments in information technology, namely social media such as Twitter, Facebook, and Youtube, are some of the most popular communication media in today's society. Twitter is often used to express emotions about something, either praising or criticizing in the form of emotion. Human emotions can be categorized into five basic emotions, namely love, joy, sadness, anger, and fear. Twitter users' emotional tweets can be known as opinion or sentiment analysis (opinion analysis or sentiment analysis). Sentiment analysis is also carried out to see opinions or tendencies towards a problem or policy, whether they tend to have negative or positive opinions. The COVID-19 vaccine has become one of the discussions with a fairly high intensity on social media. Vaccine-related tweets have increased as government policies evolve. The responses of netizens also varied, ranging from clinical trials of vaccines, free vaccines, vaccine effectiveness, halal vaccines, to the implementation of vaccinations. This research produces a system that can analyze tweet sentiment related to the covid 19 vaccine in Indonesia where the tweet is obtained using the Twitter API. One of the uses of this social media is to use it as a means of conveying digital aspirations, such as some slogans that are used as hashtags, namely #dirumahaja #lockdown, #usemasker, #protocol, #imun, #vaccine. From the slogan used as a hashtag, researchers are interested in conducting research on how much negative sentiment and positive sentiment there are, using the Naïve Bayes Classifier method, which is a machine learning method that uses probability calculations. E-Commerce is a form of changing patterns of interaction between sellers and buyers from direct physical contact and face-to-face to internet-based. With the stages of the User Centered Design method In this paper, the author uses the UML modeling language (Unifield Modeling Language) as a system design tool. From the system testing that has been done, the results displayed by the system when executed are in accordance with the design of the proposed system and interface system. with that stated the sales system has been successfully created in order to be able to help the Shop and Consumers to make the process of buying and selling online. The results of the study show that by identifying business needs, E-Commerce-based sales systems can provide more interesting information features that can meet customer satisfaction. These features include search products, account information, shipping and payment confirmation. Another important factor is trust. In this process trust is the main capital. There are many models of using e-learning, one of which is the use of e-learning at Bina Darma University during the COVID-19 pandemic, where more use of e-learning and online learning systems during the pandemic period, for this reason the quality of e-learning services can be measured using Webqual. Webqual is a method used to measure website quality based on end users. Webqual is structured in research on 3 dimensions, namely Usability, information, and service interaction. This study aims to determine the quality of the e-learning website of Bina Darma University as student learning taken by 101 students and to find out the most influential indicators in the quality of e-learning. If the alpha value is greater than the R table, then the consistency of the R table is declared valid.
