Both internally and externally there has never been an evaluation, either at the time of design, manufacture or implementation. This research was conducted with the title \"Usability Analysis of the Palembang Integrated Hajj Computerized System Using the System Usability Scale (SUS) Method\". Aims to measure the level of usefulness of the Palembang Siskohat Application and test the validity and reliability using SPSS 24. System Usability Scale (SUS) With 16 questions as a benchmark for assessing the application. 30 respondents were selected among the administrative staff of the Hajj and Umrah pilgrims in Palembang. Bukit Asam Tbk. PT. Bukit Energi Servis Terpadu (BEST) already has a computer network in the form of adequate wired and wireless networks and has been connected to the internet. The bandwidth used for the scope of the office uses a bandwidth of 30 Mbps, but the problem of internet speed is not maximized where there is download activity and video streaming which causes the internet bandwidth in the office to be slow, thus affecting the activities of employees who are accessing the internet in the office either through wired networks and wireless internet hotspots. The results of the measurement of packet loss parameters (%) after Bandwidth Management with HTB is better, namely 0.12 % while before Bandwidth Management with HTB is carried out with a value of 0.52 %. The results of measuring the throughput parameters before using Bandwidth Management with HTB where the use of throughput after using Management Bandwidth with HTB obtained results of 624.9 kbps while the throughput before Bandwidth Management was carried out was 624.4 kbps. Lemkari Kota Prabumulih is a sports organization located in Prabumulih City which is engaged in the sport of karate. The system applied in several lemkari karate training locations in Prabumulih is still done manually. If a payment transaction occurs, management records the payment into a manual written ledger and only recapitulates the records in Microsoft Office Excel. So that sometimes there are often errors in recording data, errors in recording data for those who have made payments because the participants are mostly small children, the time is reduced due to slow manual data recording so that it is not effective in training due to the slow service of trainers to participants who make payments. Therefore, it is necessary to have a website-based system for every administrative service in order to facilitate the process of good data management and data transparency for trainers, participants, and participants' parents.
