Registration for a comprehensive exam is a requirement that must be done by students to conduct a comprehensive trial. The problems of this research are (1) How to design a comprehensive online registration information system based on Android? The objectives of this study are (1) to produce a comprehensive online registration information system design (2) to produce an android-based comprehensive registration information system application. A website-based comprehensive exam registration verification and validation information system to improve services in comprehensive registration. This system is built using the Model Prototype methodology, modeling Unified Modeling Language, Java programming language, Android Studio framework, and SMBD MySQL. Classify the level of sales of drugs sold using the C4.5 method. based on particle swarm optimization, to find out whether the C4.5 method based on particle swarm optimization (PSO) can optimize drug sales in the future. This research method uses a descriptive method, namely by conducting case study research by studying activities in the field, observing and interviewing stakeholders. in the initial step of this research is the determination of the attributes that will be processed into data mining with the help of rapidminer tools, this study the author uses the KDD model as a standardization in the data mining process. at the pharmacy. The data will later be processed using the c4.5 algorithm based on Particle Swarm Optimization to find the accuracy results of the prediction of the data. The data sample used is the number of 65 drug transaction records at the Bunda Azka Pharmacy. In the test results, the accuracy of Particle Swarm Optimization was 78.10%, for class recall drug sales was 72.50% and after using Particle Swarm Optimization increased to 78.33%, while precision had an accuracy of 77.92% and after using Particle Swarm Optimization increased to 80.33%. To benefit from the use of IT equipment, the management of the Palembang Port Hospital must have knowledge of how the device is planned properly so that the results obtained are as expected. Otherwise it will cause a mismatch between the current device / application and the application needed in the future. Based on this, a strategic planning is required so that IT development runs directed and in accordance with the expected values of hospital management. The preparation of this strategic plan uses the Anita Cassidy framework in 4 phases, namely (1) Visioning Phase discusses current business conditions, (2) Analysis Phase discusses current IT conditions, (3) Direction Phase contains IT planning stages and (4) Recommendation Phase is the final result of the preparation of a strategic plan in the form of a final roadmap. In the preparation of the strategic plan for the Palembang Port Hospital, 9 projects were identified, namely 3 projects related to applications, 4 projects related to network infrastructure development, 2 documentation projects and IT training.
