We understand media competence as a set of knowledge, skills, abilities that contribute to the search, selection, interpretation, use, evaluation, critical analysis, creation and transmission of media information. The media competence of future doctors we consider as their competence in the application of media technologies in their professional activities. Media competence includes competence of information, competence of communication, informational and communicative competences. Media competence is formed through media literacy, which, in turn, is achieved in the process of media education. It helps individuals to think critically, which helps to form a certain understanding and make competent decisions in response to media information. We define media literacy as a process of personal development through the media and in order to form media culture, develop communicative and creative abilities, critical thinking, skills of finding, interpreting, evaluating and analyzing media information with the help of media technologies. The choice of research methods is determined by the purpose of the article and the subject of research, in particular, a systematic approach to the analysis of works on virtualization of education, general scientific and empirical techniques based on a systematic approach, and general research methods such as generalization and comparison. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the review of VR-systems and applications used today in the educational process, in particular in Ukraine, focusing on the problems and prospects for their further use for educational purposes. The article describes the possibilities and advantages of using virtual reality technologies in modern education. It is noted that today there are already several thousand different applications for the use of virtual reality in education, and their number is increasing daily – in the European market alone there are more than 300 companies engaged in the development of these technologies. Thanks to new challenges and virtual reality technologies, the education sector is on the threshold of a new stage of technological and effective development. New curricula will appear in the near future, and virtual reality technology will be improved and implemented in an increasing number of educational processes. It is emphasized that a significant prerequisite for the development of the education sector is the intensive spread of virtual reality technologies, while the development of VR programs is still expensive and time-consuming, labour-intensive, and not all learning materials can be transferred to VR. Effective use of VR-technologies requires a significant change in curricula at the state level, so the introduction of VR-technologies in the education sector is at the level of experiments.","PeriodicalId":33834,"journal":{"name":"Neperervna profesiina osvita teoriia ta praktika","volume":"13 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87246698","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is shown that such training, which was first introduced in Poland in 2018, has a practice-oriented nature and is aimed at systematic training of bachelors to implement the tasks of the circular economy. The structure of the curriculum, the number of hours devoted to the study of individual subjects and modules of choice, the sequence of study of subjects, types of practical training, project activities of students, forms of study and their ratio are analyzed. The «step» structure of the curriculum complexity of subjects, their professional orientation and study in separate semesters; a significant amount of hours devoted to learning English, the availability of internships with the implementation of the production project. Analysis of curricula for specialists in circular economics at the bachelor's level shows that the professional training of bachelors is practice-oriented using modern learning technologies, in particular the implementation of both training projects and projects in specific industries (production projects). It is concluded that the study of the experience of the Republic of Poland, in particular the analysis of curricula for the training of specialists in circular economics, allows us to use the experience of our neighbors to create, if not a holistic system of training such specialists then at least separate training courses for the implementation of the ideas of a green economy in Ukraine.","PeriodicalId":33834,"journal":{"name":"Neperervna profesiina osvita teoriia ta praktika","volume":"136 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"76384296","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A comparison is made of the organization of teaching these natural disciplines (in particular, the volume of classroom hours) at the Bogomolets National Medical University and other European medical universities for the specialty «Medicine». It was found that in the absolute majority of 8 out of 9 European universities (medical faculties) more classroom hours are allocated for the study of obligatory physical disciplines (for some universities 2–3 times more) than at the Bogomolets National Medical University. The discipline «Medical Informatics and Foundations of Scientific Research» is approved in the working curriculum of the Bogomolets National Medical University for the 2021-2022 academic year not as obligatory, but as a variable discipline which students of the 1st year of study can choose with a prior probability that is equal to 0.5. The importance of teaching the disciplines «Medical and biological physics» and «Medical informatics» as an integral part of the medical industry and medical education is emphasized. It is these directions of science and technology as well as academic disciplines (together with biomedical engineering) that provided a reliable basis to create precision and high-tech medical equipment for diagnostics and treatment, ranging from X-ray and cardiography devices and ending at the moment with the Da Vinci surgical robotic system for minimally invasive interventions, as well as medical imaging system using combined positron emission tomography and magnetic resonance imaging.","PeriodicalId":33834,"journal":{"name":"Neperervna profesiina osvita teoriia ta praktika","volume":"10 6 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"83916504","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
