Consumers make decisions on things or other people in just 90 seconds. A product's or person's evaluation is based only on colours between 62 and 90% of the time. Thus, a colour is used to distinguish your goods from those of competitors as well as to alter the emotions and moods of specific customers, thereby influencing their attitudes about a given product. Given that a person’s feelings and mood might change over time, marketing executives must recognise the value of colour and use it to their advantage when designing products or packaging. The written word relating to colour psychology is evaluated in this study. According to the study, colours are crucial to marketing. Managers should pay close attention to the colours of their brands and products in order to draw in a broad audience. The medical team of Hospital Selayang had been activated and responded to the site. A campsite with visitors from a local school including families and children who were hit by a landslide was reported missing and trapped in the area. Of the 92 victims, and survivors were 61, the number of deaths was 31. The search and rescue team used equipment such as excavators as well as the help of the K9 unit to help locate the victims in the landslide. The media was present at the cold zone or green zone and had 24-hour coverage of the scene to spread the necessary and accurate information to the public. Although the coverage of JKN participation is increasing, it has not yet reached the Universal Health Coverage (UHC) target in the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN), which is 98% of the Indonesian population. So, this impacts the high nutritional issues of children under five in Indonesia, especially the suffering of stunting. Objective: The purpose of this study was to describe the ownership and utilization of JKN on stunting in West Sulawesi Province. Methods: The method in this study was a descriptive research design using SSGI 2021 secondary data in West Sulawesi Province. Result: The results showed that the percentage of JKN ownership for stunting toddlers was 36.2%, while the utilization of JKN for stunting toddlers was 26%. By adopting big data analytics, publishers are able to leverage on user-generated data (UGD) for product development and online marketing. However, the adoption of big data in the Nigerian book publishing industry remains an uncharted pathway to development. This study explores big data adoption in the Nigerian book publishing industry through a literature review of studies on technology innovation adoption in the context of book publishing, with a focus on big data. A literature search was conducted in Google Scholar, and relevant studies selected for review and analysis. Findings reveal the use of big data for publishing development in a number of developed nations, including the use of big data analytics in publishing houses' book development processes. Big data analytics also give book publishers the boost they need for distribution, sales, and advertising as well as price optimization. However, there is no clear proof that Nigeria's publishing sector has adopted big data for book publishing processes, although results show that big data analytics can help publishers increase the effectiveness of their book publishing operations. It is necessary to provide a protective umbrella under which all labour laws may operate to preserve workers' rights when reform measures are implemented. The current study is a mixture of doctrinal and non-doctrinal research. The Chi-Square Test is used to test seventeen variables selected from the previous literature research and current legislative provisions against alternative hypotheses. Various case studies are examined to verify the test results. It has been shown that militancy in the actions of trade unions emerges when employees are proactive and have a propensity towards protectionism on behalf of their members. In the majority of instances, there are no substantial differences amongst union members regardless of their political membership. In several cases, INTUC members and non-members have divergent opinions. Members of trade unions, regardless of their affiliation, are strongly opposed to any effort to change current legislative rules. However, due to the subject's sensitivity, few studies on this topic have been conducted in Malaysia. As a result, the focus of this study was on parenting practices and parents' attitudes toward a child's gender nonconformity, with parental educational levels serving as a moderating factor. This study sought to educate and inform parents by providing them with a greater understanding of the techniques they choose as their parenting styles and attitudes, as well as how those styles and attitudes affect how they know, reflect on, and interpret their children's gender behaviors. This study included 300 parents from Klang Valley, Malaysia. As instruments, the Attitude Toward Woman Scale (AWS), Personal Attributes Questionnaire (PAQ), and Gender Identity Questionnaire (GIQC) were used. According to the findings of this study, attitude plays a substantial role on children's gender nonconformity. Furthermore, the study's findings demonstrated that parental education considerably moderates the relation between parents' attitudes and authoritative parenting style and children's gender nonconformity. Finally, higher degrees of education minimize gender nonconformity in children with the same level of parental attitude. Higher levels of education, on the other hand, increase children's non-conformity among children with the same amount of authoritative parenting style. The study followed three main objectives, each requiring the consideration of three hypotheses. In connection with the first objective, the study concluded that there is a significant and positive association between dividends and earnings per share. Secondly, the study explains that with the connection of statistical data analysis in considering the sample data, there is a significant and positive association between dividend and return on equity. The third objective of the study also focused on the fact that there is a significant and positive association between return on equity and dividend. All the empirical studies also support the past study, which is related to dividend payout and corporate performance, and consider the literature review of the study.
