Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analisys, Desaign, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation). Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang memaparkan hasil pengembangan produk bahan ajar. Data yang diperoleh melalui instrumen ujicoba dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil validasi ahli materi dari 3 validator menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan produk memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,3 dan Hasil validasi ahli media memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,6 sedangkan hasil validasi ahli bahasa memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,3. Sementara hasil uji coba kelompok kecil dari 15 peserta didik Mts Darul A’mal Metro diperoleh hasil kemenarikan bahan ajar dengan nilai rata-rata 3,3. sedangkan uji coba kelompok besar yang dikalkukan di SMPN 3 Tanjung Raja Lampung Utara memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,5. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan bahan ajar gamifikasi berbasis contextual teaching learning (CTL) pada kriteria sangat layak dan menarik.Kata Kunci: Gamifikasi, Contextual Teachung Learning (CTL), peluang AbstractThe purpose of this research is to develop the teaching material of Gamification based on Contxtual Teaching Lerning (CTL) which is feasible and interesting for learners use in junior high school / Mts. This research uses ADDIE development model (Analisys, Desaign, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). Data analysis techniques in this study using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques that describe the results of product development teaching materials. Data obtained through test instruments were analyzed using qualitative descriptive statistics. Expert material validation result from 3 validator indicate that overall product get average value equal to 3,3 and result of validation of media expert get average value equal to 3,6 while result of validation of linguist get average value equal to 3,3. While the results of small group trial of 15 students Mts Darul A'mal Metro obtained the results of attractiveness of teaching materials with an average value of 3.3. while the large group trial that was admitted in SMPN 3 Tanjung Raja Lampung Utara got an average value of 3.5. Model regresi dibentuk pada data penjualan produk yang mengalami underreporting counts, akibat keterlambatan input data ke aplikasi penjualan produk (sales cycle). Pada penelitian sebelumnya, model yang digunakan merupakan gabungan antara distribusi Binomial dan distribusi Poisson. Parameter model regresi ditaksir menggunakan pendekatan Bayes dan simulasi Markov Chain Monte Carlo melalui Algoritma Gibbs Sampling. Hasil penaksiran menunjukkan adanya perbedaan antara banyaknya penjualan yang dilaporkan dengan banyaknya penjualan produk yang sebenarnya. Besar perbedaan tersebut merupakan banyaknya penjualan produk yang tidak terlaporkan. Pada penelitian lanjutan ini, model yang digunakan adalah Model Regresi Negatif Binomial. Parameter regresi ditaksir menggunakan metode Iterasi Newton Rapson. Hasil penaksiran menunjukkan selisih yang cukup besar dimana model Poisson untuk underreported counts lebih robust sesuai dengan komponen musiman yang ada.Kata Kunci: underreported, generalized poisson, negative binomial AbstractThe goal of study is to compare the parameters of the negative Binomial regression model and the Poisson Model for underreported counts in the previous study. A model is a regression model for the number of product sales that run ito underreporting counts, caused by a delay on input process to the product sales applications (called sales cycle). The model used in the previous study is a mixture of the poisson and the binomial distributions developed by Winkelmann (1996). The regression parameters are estimated by a Bayesian approach and Markov Chain Monte Carlo simulation using Gibbs sampling algorithm. The results show the difference between the actual number and the reported number. This difference is the number of unreported product sales. In this study, the model used is the negative binomial regression model. The regression parameters are estimated using Newton Rapson iteration method. The results show a big gap from the previous study. Lembar kegatan siswa disusun agar dapat membantu siswa dalam membangun konsep dan mengembangkannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dengan pendekatan santifik pada pokok bahasan polinom. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian dan pengembangan yaitu research and Development. Dari hasil penelitian guru dan siswa terhadap lembar kegiatan siswa berbasis pendekatan saintifik pada pokok bahasan polinom, diperoleh persentase pada aspek kesesuaian isi 80,7%, keterbacaan 83,2%, dan konstruksi 82,4%., yang semuanya dapat dikategorikan sangat tinggi. Hasil tanggapan siswa terhadapa kemenarikan yakni 73,5%, dan keterbacaan 86,3%, dapat dikategorikan sangat tinggi.Kata Kunci: Lembar Kegiatan Siswa, Pendekatan Saintifik, Polinom AbstractOne of the teaching materials that can be developed to make learning active and meaningful is to use the Student Activity Sheet. Sheets of student entrapment are structured to assist students in building concepts and developing them. This study aims to develop with a santifik approach on the subject of the polynomial. The method used in research and development is research and development. From the result of the research of the teacher and the student to the student activity sheet based on the scientific approach on the subject of polynomial, the percentage of content conformity is 80,7%, the readability 83,2%, and the construction 82,4%, all of which can be categorized as very high. Keberhasilan proses pembelajaran merupakan hal utama yang didambakan dalam melaksanakan pendidikan di sekolah sebagai upaya meningkatkan keberhasilan dalam pembelajaran matematika. Kemampuan menguasai materi dan strategi pembelajaran merupakan dua hal kemampuan guru yang tidak dapat ditawar lagi. Melalui penguasaan materi pelajaran akan menghasikan pemahaman dan penguasaan kognitif siswa dengan baik, siswa memahami dan memaknai belajar matematika dengan bermakna dan menyenangkan. Pada pembelajaran siswa merasa nyaman dan tertantang, mereka asyik dan enjoy dalam belajar dikarenakan ketepatan strategi, model, dan metode mengajar yang tepat dan baik. Hal ini dapat terwujud salah satunya apabila guru menyiapkan standar proses pembelajaran dengan tepat, baik dan terukur. Diharapkan alumni pendidikan matematika terampil dan mampu melaksanakan standar proses pembelajaran dan menerapakn ilmu yang telah diperoleh waktu perkuliahan, sebagai feed back juga untuk peningkatan kualitas prodi pendidikan matematika. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa umumnya guru matematika (alumni prodi pendidikan matematika) mampu membuat RPP namun belum mampu mengembangkan pada kegiatan inti pembelajaran, penerapan model yang tercantum RPP belum sepenuhnya dilakukan bahkan belum sampai pada evaluasi dan guru kurang menekankan aspek pengembangan karakter atau akhlak mulia. Kata Kunci: analisis impelementasi, standar proses, matematika AbstractThe purpose of the study was to determine the suitability of the implementation of mathematics learning in mathematics education study programs with the ability of alumni teachers of mathematics education study programs in implementing the standard learning process. The success of the learning process is the main thing that is coveted in implementing education in schools as an effort to increase success in mathematics learning. The ability to master the material and learning strategies are two things that the teacher's abilities are not negotiable anymore. Through mastering the subject matter will produce students' cognitive understanding and mastery well, students understand and interpret learning mathematics meaningfully and pleasantly. In learning students feel comfortable and challenged, they are absorbed and enjoy learning because of the precision of strategies and models, and the right and good teaching methods. This can be realized, one of which is if the teacher prepares the standard learning process appropriately, well and measurably. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) yang meliputi studi pendahuluan, pengembangan draft, uji coba dan pengembangan produk akhir. Draft dikembangkan dengan cara desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk dan revisi produk. Draft divalidasi oleh dua ahli ahli pendidikan dan ahli matematika. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan terhadap 8 orang siswa kelas VII dan kelas VIII siswa SMPN 4 Pandeglang. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari hasil uji coba skala kecil yaitu mendapat respon yang positif dari siswa dengan total persentase akhir angket sebesar 90%. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli dan uji coba terbatas didapatkan hasil bahwa bahan ajar dengan pendekatan realistik layak digunakan untuk membantu kegiatan belajar mengajar.Kata Kunci: Bahan Ajar, Perbandingan, Pendekatan Realistik. AbstractThis study aims to produce teaching materials with a realistic approach that can be used independently by students. This study used the Research and Development (R & D) method which included preliminary studies, draft development, trials and final product development. The draft was developed by means of product design, design validation, design revision, product testing and product revision. The draft was validated by two experts in education and mathematicians. Small-scale trials were carried out on 8 students of 7th and 8th grade of SMP 4 Pandeglang. The conclusion obtained from the results of those trials shows that the approach gets positive responses from students with a final total percentage of 90% from the questionnaires. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dimodifikasi menjadi ADD yang terdiri dari tiga tahap yakni Analysis, Design, dan Development. Teknik analisis data pada uji valid dan uji praktikalitas menggunakan skala Likert dengan menggunakan lembar validasi, lembar praktilalisasi dan lembar angket. Adapun teknik pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus valid dan praktis, kemudian memberikan kriteria valid serta praktis mengacu pada kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil validasi dilakukan oleh 3 orang validator menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan LKS memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 84,7%. Sementara hasil praktikalitas pengguna LKS dari 5 orang siswa kelas VII SMPN 1 Kasihan diperoleh rata-rata kepraktisan LKS sebesar 75%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan LKS berbasis pendekatan Open-Ended untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa yang dikembangkan, berada pada kriteria sangat valid dan sangat praktis.Kata Kunci: pengembangan LKS, Open-Ended, Berpikir Kreatif AbstractThe purpose of this research is to find develop LKS based approach open-ended to improve the capacity to think creative students valid and known the result test practicality users on LKS. This research used the model development addie was modified into add consists of three stages the analysis, design, and development. Technique data analysis on test valid and the practicality use likert scale by using validation sheet, practitioner lember and questionnaire. Model Treffinger menuntut kemampuan guru untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa yang terdapat tiga langkah, yaitu guru memberikan pertanyaan yang berhubungan dengan materi, siswa diberikan waktu untuk berdiskusi guna mengisi lembar kerja siswa (LKS) dan mencari alternatif penyelesaian, tahap akhir siswa diberikan masalah yang terdapat dalam kehidupan nyata. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, obeservasi hingga refleksi yang dilakukan kepada siswa kelas VIII SMP Plus Assa'adah Serang dengan dua siklus. Setiap siklusnya terdiri dari tiga pertemuan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa. Berdasarkan penelitian, kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa meningkat. Pada siklus I, nilai rata-rata tes siswa sebesar 58,39 yang dikategorikan 11,54% rendah dan 88,46% sedang. Pada siklus II, nilai rata-rata tes siswa sebesar 78,46 yang dikategorikan 52,17% sedang dan 47,93% tinggi, tidak terdapat siswa dengam kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis yang rendah.Kata kunci: kemampuan berpikir kreatif, model Treffinger AbstactThis research is based on the low ability of students to think creatively mathematically caused the learning model used by the teacher has not been able to improve students' mathematical creative thinking skills, a conventional approach so that learning is still focused on the teacher which makes students passive in the lesson. Treffinger's model demands the ability of the teacher to improve students' creative thinking skills in three steps, namely the teacher gives questions related to the material, students are given time to discuss in order to fill student worksheets (LKS) and look for alternative solutions, the final stage students are given problems that there is in real life. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) with the Kemmis and Mc Taggart models which includes planning, implementing actions, observing to reflections made to eighth grade students of SMP Plus Assa'adah Serang with two cycles. Each cycle consists of three meetings which aim to improve students' creative thinking skills. Based on research, students' mathematical creative thinking skills increase. In cycle I, the average test score of students was 58.39 which was categorized as 11.54% low and 88.46% moderate. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu dengan melakukan obeservasi, angket, tes soal, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya belajar interpersonal pada siswa berada dalam kategori tinggi dan sedang. Dalam kategori ini siswa tersebut memiliki tingkat gaya belajar interpersonal yang berbeda. Penelitian mengambil 6 sampel yang akan diuji yaitu 3 siswa dengan tingkat gaya belajar interpersonal tinggi yaitu AD, AN, IS dan 3 siswa dengan tingkat gaya belajar interpersonal sedanga yaitu SA, PRS dan TLV. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 10 Tangerang. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah data uji kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika seperti tes tulis dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan berdasarkan hasil uji tulis dan wawancara, kemudian dilakukan teknik triangulasi untuk mendapatkan data penelitian yang valid. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang memiliki kemampuan tinggi, baik laki-laki maupun perempuan mampu memahami masalahnya dengan baik, memiliki rencana pemecahan dan dapat menyelesaikan penyelesaian masalah sesuai dengan rencana dan dapat melakukan pengecekan ulang. Sedangkan siswa yang memiliki kemampuan menengah, baik laki-laki maupun perempuan hampir memiliki kemampuan yang sama dengan siswa yang memiliki kemampuan tinggi, bedanya hanya pada langkah-langkah untuk memecahkan masalah dan pengecekan ulang. Siswa yang memiliki kemampuan menengah kurang memahami perhitungan dalam jumlah operasi, jadi ada kesalahan dalam proses perhitungan yang hasilnya tidak benar dan dalam aspek pengecekan, siswa yang memiliki kemampuan menengah hanya memeriksa sebagian saja. Lain kasus siswa yang memiliki kemampuan rendah. Siswa yang memiliki kemampuan rendah, baik laki-laki maupun perempuan tidak bisa menyelesaikan masalah secara tuntas, karena belum mengetahui rencana penyelesaian yang belum matang, jadi tidak ada hasilnya.
