The author focuses on various forms of professional development of teachers of foreign languages, implemented by the State Educational Institution “Institute of Education Development of Transbaikal Region”, aimed at personal growth and self-realization of the teacher, as well as significant in the certification of the qualification category. Professional continuing education of teachers is considered by the author in specific types of activities, as well as components of the system of continuous professional development of teachers. The author of the article analyzes the leading trends and promising directions for the development of continuing education, the set of psychological and pedagogical competencies developed in the process of professional development and retraining, as well as in the course of innovation activities, the implementation of creative projects, and other inter-course activities. Special attention is paid to the need to organize language-oriented courses for the development of language competence of foreign language teachers. The methodological basis for studying the problem of environmental education and the formation of environmental culture of university students is represented by the works of E. V. Girusov, S. N. Glazachev, A. N. Zakhlebny, I. D. Zverev, A. N. Leontyev, N. N. Marfenin, S. L. Rubinshtein, A. D. Ursula, V. A. Yasvin and others. The research methods are: analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization of scientific literature on the research problem, psychological and diagnostic testing. In the course of the study ascertaining stage implementation, the diagnostics of the level of the ecological culture formation of university students has been carried out. The results have showed the presence of a problem – an insufficient (average) level of ecological culture formation, which indicated the need for work aimed at its further formation. The formative stage has been aimed at attracting volunteer students to participate in the project, through the organization and conduct of environmental campaigns, creative contests, events for environmental education and education of the target group, helping to form their understanding of the importance of separate collection and recycling of waste. At the same time, it remains relevant to study the issues of organizing the education of children traveling with their parents in the tundra and taiga. The purpose and objectives of the study are related to the hypothesis of the transformation of educational activities and the creation of new models of education in the nomadic region. Within the framework of the study, the level of education of parents from among representatives of indigenous small numbered peoples engaged in reindeer husbandry, the possibility of expanding the family form of education and increasing the availability of all levels of education in remote form was monitored. The monitoring was attended by representatives of the Amur, Arkhangelsk, Magadan regions, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Khanty-Mansiysk, Yamalo-Nenets, Chukotka Autonomous district, Taimyr Dolgan-Nenets Municipal District of the Krasnoyarsk Territory of the Russian Federation. In addition, cases of pilot family nomadic preschool and school groups have been collected and analyzed. As a result, the need for providing affordable secondary general education, secondary professional pedagogical education in correspondence form, using distance technologies has been identified. Strategies for the further development of nomadic education are proposed. Based on the analysis of empirical material obtained during field research in 2019–2020 and interregional round tables on the topic of nomadic education (March, April 2021), prospect models for organizing the education of the nomadic population in the conditions of digitalization have been developed. The article will be useful for the organizers of indigenous peoples’ education in order to improve the system of nomadic education in Russia. To achieve the goal, the following research methods were used: literature analysis on the problem under study, express survey and testing, comparative analysis of the results. This problem is considered taking into account the increasing importance of electronic resources in the context of digitalization of modern society. The characteristics of the main concepts of the problem under study are given: socialization, student youth, the Internet, etc. The approaches to defining the place of the Internet as the main means of communication and information for young people are reflected. The authors present the results of a comprehensive monitoring study conducted in recent years among the students of the Dorzhi Banzarov Buryat State University. On the basis of the primary data of the study the actual characteristics of the problem under study are highlighted: the goals and reasons for visiting the Internet (communication in social networks, information search, entertainment, studies), the respondents’ evaluation of the impact of the Internet as more positive than negative. The study of the value orientations of modern student youth showed that the respondents choose the main traditional values: family, health, love, self-development. Thus, the peculiarities of the influence of the Internet on the socialization of student youth are presented as follows: the main purpose of visiting the Internet is to communicate in social networks; young people are quite aware of the role of Internet influence; the main life values of the young generation retain a traditional character; a significant proportion of respondents have formed and stable Internet addictive behavior. The analysis of the results obtained shows that the use of the Internet as the main means of communication and information does not, in general, have a negative impact on the formation of values and attitudes of student youth, but contributes to the development of Internet-dependent behavior. A comparative analysis of the change in environmental education paradigms made it possible to conclude that they evolved in accordance with the change in cognitive models and value-target guidelines: environmental education, environmental education and environmental education for sustainable development. On the basis of a generalization of philosophical, scientific, psychological and pedagogical research, the statement is substantiated that in the modern conditions of the global environmental crisis, the relevance and importance of developing the methodological foundations of environmental education based on a co-evolutionary strategy, which ensures the transition of mankind to the path of sustainable development, is obvious. The article reveals the methodological foundations of the co-evolutionary strategy of environmental education for sustainable development, which reflects the cognitive model, value co-evolutionary relations and the constructive coherent-creative orientation of nature-friendly activity. The co-evolutionary paradigm of environmental education for sustainable development, based on the ideas of synergy, reflects the picture of the world of a post-industrial society. The essence of co-evolutionary subject-activity, transdisciplinary, integrative and integrative-situational, cultural-ecological coherent-creative approaches is revealed. The conclusion is made about the semantic and value-worldview conjugation of these approaches, which ensures the integrity of the methodological foundations of the co-evolutionary paradigm of environmental education for sustainable development. The experience of the Nizhny Novgorod scientific school of environmental education in the implementation of the considered methodological approaches in environmental education for sustainable development is presented. The promising directions of research on this problem are formulated, related to the determination of the functional completeness of the methodological foundations and the development of methods for their implementation in educational practice. The analysis shows that one of the reasons for the decline in the pace of innovative development is the insufficient economic and organizational and managerial training of future engineers. This prevents engineers from making a business case for new technology solutions and identifying their potential commercial and social impact at the initial design stage. The author points out that, regulated as a mandatory, organizational and managerial type of engineering activity, the requirements of educational standards are reflected in an aspect, which leads to the imperfection of organizational and managerial training of future engineers. At the same time, the tasks of innovation of the engineer in terms of economy and management are much wider than the content of organizational and management activities. This makes it necessary to expand the requirements of educational standards for the economic and management activities of an engineer and introduce this type of activity instead of organizational and managerial. This proposal is based on the domestic traditions of integrated and interdisciplinary engineering training, which today need to be rethought taking into account accelerated scientific and technological progress and effective foreign practice of preparing future engineers for innovation. Based on the analysis and the identified economic and management actions of the engineer in the process of innovation implementation, the author's understanding of the essence of innovative economic and management activities of the engineer as a result of his indepth economic training is proposed. Internal threading operations are associated with the mechanism of plastic deformation, and, accordingly, with high values of forces and torques. This reduces the reliability of the process and requires additional measures to reduce power ten-sion. The use of the energy of short stimulating current pulses makes it possible to solve such problems due to the so-called electro-plastic effect (EPE). It is manifested due to additional stresses that cause an increase in the plasticity of metals in the presence of an electric potential and a temperature field in the de-formation center. At present, there is still no clear understanding of the phys-ical processes that determine the change in the VAT of a metal when an electric current is passed. The article presents an analysis of information in this area, which allows us to establish a number of physical phenomena, which are formed into three theories that explain the essence of EPE in metals: electron-dislocation interaction, joule heating, and magnetoplasticity. A description of experiments and equipment for electro-pulse stimulation of the threading operation is presented. The measurements were carried out on the ice cover of the lake. Arakhley (Transbaikal region) at a distance of 120 m from the coast in March 2021. We also measured the external parameters of the studied environment, namely, the temperature of the ice cover, meteorological parameters (wind speed, air temperature, pressure). The distance between the generator and the receiver of electromagnetic radiation was 40 meters. The orientation of the instruments is West-East. As a result, variations in the power of the transmitted microwave radiation were detected. These variations are related to the temperature deformations of the ice cover, which were recorded using a deformation sensor installed in the ice cover. Also revealed a feature that was observed earlier in the spring. This is a different temporal behavior of the first Stokes parameter, which is determined by the sum of the powers of two orthogonal polarizations, namely, the sum of the received signals at the vertical and horizontal polarizations, and the sum of the received signals of the two polarizations rotated at an angle of +45 and -45. This difference is also associated with temperature deformations of the fresh ice cover in the spring. The anisotropy ellipses are arbitrary (in magnitude and direction) and are the same at all points of the plane. Using the method of convolution of Fourier expansions, the solution of the problem is expressed in single quadratures through the well-known solution of the classical Cauchy problem on an isotropic plane without a film. The mathematical apparatus and computational algorithms, which allow, based on accumulated geological and field information, to calculate the long-term dynamics of the flow rates of gas producing wells under the conditions of using potentially possible operating modes are considered. Prediction of long-term dynamics of gas production well rates in practice is necessary for long-term planning of gas production, optimal distribution of productivity between the gas processing unit in the gas gathering network of the enterprise, and the formation of pre-design options for the development of gas deposits.
