The author notes that the process of developing this competence will be effective if a set of conditions is implemented when training under additional professional training programs. In the course of the study, organizational and pedagogical conditions were identified that contribute to the development of information and communication competence of teaching staff. Special attention is paid to one of the conditions, the basis of which is the implementation of a didactic complex of support for the development of information and communication competence of teachers of secondary vocational education. According to the author it is necessary to apply competence-based, technological, as well as systemic approaches for the successful implementation of this process. In order to confirm the hypothesis of the study, a pedagogical experiment has been organized, in which pedagogical workers of secondary vocational education took part. Belgorod and Belgorod region. The main element of the information and communication competence development is the didactic complex, which includes: applied software pedagogical products, knowledge and data bases, information, didactic and methodological tools, audio-video materials; an additional professional training program “Information and communication competence of a teacher”. Control and experimental groups consisted of the pedagogical experiment participants. Special organizational and pedagogical conditions have been created for the participants of the experimental group, while in the control group training took place in the usual standard mode. The author cites the results of the conducted pedagogical experiment, which indicate that the experimental work carried out contributed to an increase in the level of development of this competence. The author proves the need to detail the structural components of personal readiness for the formation of professional competencies of students in a technical university. The concept of personal readiness of students of a technical university to master professional actions is presented. The ability of a future specialist to competently solve technical problems related to the high-quality operation of railway transport, ensuring the safety of goods and passengers is understood as the ability to self-regulate their own emotional state. The article presents a structural model of the personal readiness of future railway engineers. The structural elements of a student’s personal readiness include cognitive-personal, motivational, emotional and volitional components. The purpose of the study is to comprehend the phenomenon of personal readiness of students of a technical university to master professional actions with the definition of a dominant link in each structural element, which in the future will be the basic factor in the effective implementation of engineering and technical tasks. To conduct a deeper analysis of the phenomenon of personal readiness and establish functional relationships between its elements, the study is turned to the provisions of the competency-based approach. The author concluded that the formation of production competencies of future railway specialists directly depends on the successful formation of the elements of personal readiness among students of a technical university. One of which is the demand for primary school teachers who have the necessary skills to work in a digital educational environment and the urgent need that arises against this background to prepare students and undergraduates for professional activities in accordance with modern educational trends. Thus, the article presents an analysis of the problem of preparing modern undergraduates in the direction “Pedagogical education”, profile “Primary education” for the implementation of their professional activities in the context of creating a unified digital educational environment of elementary school. A study developed on the basis of the methods of K. Zamfir (modified by A. A. Rean), V. I. Andreeva, studies by S. A. Zaitseva, where undergraduates were asked to complete tasks and answer questions related to the organization of a unified digital educational environment in elementary school. The study has made it possible to identify the level of their readiness to use digital technologies in their professional activities that contribute to the creation of a digital educational environment in elementary school. The task of the study was also to identify “gaps” in the process of developing the digital competence of undergraduates and further work to eliminate them, in order to prepare highly qualified specialists with skills that will allow them to independently develop and improve their digital competence and maintain professional mobility. The author of the article offers practical tasks that will improve the level of digital knowledge and skills of undergraduates: knowledge about digital technologies, understanding the possibilities of their use, understanding the essence of the digital transformation of the educational process, the skill of working with information, the ability to work in a unified digital educational environment of elementary school, etc. The research materials can be useful for teachers of universities, secondary vocational education, as well as additional education in organizing the process of professional training of primary school teachers. The authors of the textbook are teachers of the Department of Literature of ZabGU. The relevance of writing the presented methodological article is explained, firstly, by the increased interest in regional literature, and, secondly, by the rejection of the old Soviet traditional methodology, which is still characteristic of many regional historical and local history publications, and the presentation of other methodological approaches, in particular structural-functional and axiological, to educational literature. The object of the study was the textbook “Folklore of the Transbaikal Territory”, “Literature of the Transbaikal Territory”, and the subject of the study was the methodological approaches used in the formation of this textbook and their functioning in school lessons and in independent home reading through a system of questions, tasks, projects for schoolchildren. The purpose of the study of methodological approaches in compiling the textbook was to identify a new view of the regional world, the functioning of its values in the socio-cultural space of the Transbaikal Territory and Russia as a whole. The novelty of the study lies in the identification of a new view of the regional world through a new selection of texts in the textbook and a new look at the Transbaikal text through a system of questions and tasks, projects and independent studies involving the formulation of hypotheses, the formulation of generalizing conclusions, the use of design technologies, in general, the study semiospheres of the Transbaikalian text, which will be of interest to both the teacher and the student. The scope of this study is the school education of the Transbaikal Territory. The manual is a serious methodological aid to the language teacher for organizing the literary education of schoolchildren and choosing methodological approaches to the study of the material presented. In different years, L. A. Bordonskaya was the dean of the Faculty of Physics of the Chita State Pedagogical Institute named after I. I. N. G. Chernyshevsky (1983–1987), head of the Department of Physics, Theory and Methods of Teaching Physics (1997–2004), director of the Research Institute for the Development of Education (2003–2008). Also for many years she was a member of the faculty council, secretary of the Academic Council of the University, since 2009 she worked as deputy chairman of the Editorial Board of the journal “Scientific Notes of the Transbaikal State Humanitarian and Pedagogical University named after I. Registered low level of physical activity leads to various diseases and a decrease in the quality of life of students. The purpose of our study is to improve approaches to optimizing physical education classes with students with disabilities based on the assessment and analysis of the motivational aspects of their involvement in table sports. The study is carried out within the framework of the annual sports tournament “Without barriers to success” among the youth of Chita (2022) has made it possible to identify areas for improving approaches to physical education and adaptive physical education optimizing at the university. A total of 63 students took part in the study. The participants are divided into 2 groups: main (group 1) – 31 people and special medical group (SMG; group 2) – 32 people. The author’s questionnaire consists of 21 questions and three main blocks: socio-demographic, motivational and comparative-analytical are included in it. According to the assessment results of the involvement of students of the two groups in physical activity, no statistically significant differences have been found. 83,9 % of the students of the main group are always engaged in physical activity in the classroom. A small number of persons of the 2nd group, for objective and subjective reasons, are not motivated to attend physical education lessons. The important components of the students’ motivation increasing to engage in physical education are active use of table sports games in elective courses in physical education and sports, development of proposed forms of activity for persons with disabilities in the structure of classes; development of sports infrastructure of universities; individual approach to students; the professional competences in the field of inclusive education of teachers improving. This determines the problem of readiness formation for professional self-development, which is especially significant for vocational training teachers who are directly involved in the reproduction of the labor force and are capable of carrying out engineering and technical activities at enterprises and organizations in various sectors of the economy. The authors pointed to the insufficient degree of development of the problem of formation of readiness for professional self-development among future teachers of vocational training, taking into account the multifunctional nature of their work, which is due to the requirements of educational standards. This determined the purpose of the article to identify the essence of professional self-development of a teacher of vocational training and the features of its formation by means of a creative competition. Methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematization, study of pedagogical experience, conversations and observations, as well as leading positions of system and project methodological approaches were used to conduct the research. The author’s definition of professional self-development of the future teacher of vocational training is presented. The potential possibilities of creative competitions in solving the problem of forming the readiness of students of the direction of training “Professional training (by industry)” for professional self-development based on project planning, which underlies the content of creative competitions and corresponds to the nature of the activity of a teacher of vocational training, are indicated. The experience of preparing future teachers of vocational training at the Lugansk State Pedagogical University for participation in creative competitions is characterized. A systematized list of competencies formed by students at different stages of preparation and participation in creative competitions is presented. Ways of organically combining the possibilities of educational and extracurricular processes in the preparation of future teachers of vocational training for participation in creative competitions and the development of the content of such training, which in general will contribute to the formation of students’ readiness for professional self-development, are proposed. The aim of the study is to study anxiety in younger schoolchildren with different styles of educational activity according to the criterion of autonomy-dependence. The study has been conducted using the methods of expert survey and psychodiagnostic testing, in which appropriate reliable and valid psychodiagnostic techniques were used. The results of the study have been subjected to qualitative, substantive and quantitative analysis. The results’ analysis of an empirical study suggests the presence of certain features of manifestations of school anxiety, concerning the level of its severity and qualitative originality in younger schoolchildren with autonomous and dependent styles of educational activity. The results of the study indicate that in the presence of a high state of anxiety and a wide range of experiences in younger schoolchildren, there is a high probability of forming a dependent style of educational activity. This requires the need to develop and implement a competent psychological and pedagogical impact aimed at preventing and optimizing the anxiety of younger schoolchildren at the early stages of its development. Teachers need to take into account that their own personal and professional destructions can have a significant impact on the mental and psychological health of students. Thus, in the context of mastering educational activities, schoolchildren’s anxiety is an important factor in its adequate formation, effective regulation and productivity. Introduction. The interest of scientists and educators in the topic of interactivity was recorded at the end of the twentieth century, but at that time the authors considered such learning as a form of interaction between students and the educational environment. In the present period, the specificity of which is due to global digitalization, both interactive learning itself and its interpretation have been transformed. Today, interactive learning is comprehended through various definitions: method, technology, approach, form, means. This testifies to the heterogeneity of approaches to understanding the theoretical foundations, as well as the practice-oriented possibilities of the described phenomenon. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to determine the essential characteristics of interactive learning, to clarify the methodology that ensures productive implementation – both on the part of teachers and on the part of students. The target orientation of the material also determined its novelty. Materials and research methods. The study uses the semantic differential method for a comparative assessment of the characteristics of classes with students of a pedagogical university, conducted both in traditional and interactive forms. Specific results of the study. Analysis of the data showed that students prefer the interactive form of learning, highly appreciating its characteristics such as activity, collectivity, subjectivity, etc. In traditional classes, respondents noted such characteristics as passivity, monologue, regimentation, etc. Discussion of the research results. The data indicate the need to increase in the process of preparing students for classes in an interactive format. These changes are noted by scientists in various scientific fields, but the results of their studies are not sufficiently taken into account in teaching Russian. This article aims at identifying factors affecting the transformation of a modern student’s language personality and describing the nature of changes taking place in the language personality. Analysis and generalization of scientific literature on research problem made it possible to state a significant impact of electronic discourse and electronic hypertext on the language personality of a modern student. The author draws a conclusion that excessive involvement of students in virtual communication, as well as lack of training in working with electronic hypertext, on the one hand, leads to difficulties in non-virtual communication, and on the other, to the formation of clip thinking. The author also revealed changes that affected verbalsemantic, thesaurus and pragmatic levels of the language personality. The results obtained show that modern schoolchildren have assimilated lexical, word-forming, grammatical means, values, patterns of behavior of electronic discourse. The basic needs of the modern language personality include acceptance and recognition by the network community, communication in virtual space. Individual values formed under the influence of electronic discourse and electronic hypertext are democracy, freedom of expression, anonymity, unlimited access to information, tertiary socialization, inculturation, and self-presentation. The behavior models learned by a modern student in the context of society digitalization demonstrate a high degree of emotionality, polarity of behavior, familiarity and permissiveness. The author assumes that application of the research findings in the practice of teaching Russian to schoolchildren will specify the goals of education, as well as formation of students’ abilities to deal with information, to perform communicative activities in various fields and communication situations.
