Digitalization of education is a response to the need of the digital economy for competitive specialists. To ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of the digitalization strategy in the field of vocational education, providing the industry with labor personnel, a necessary condition is the presence of a high level of information competence of vocational training teachers. The professional activity of these specialists is of an integrative, practice-oriented nature, since it is aimed at preparing qualified workers and middle-level specialists for professional activity in various industries that are switching to the use of digital technologies today. The analysis of educational standards for the training of teachers of vocational training allowed the author of the article to establish the fragmentary and unclear requirements for the information competence of this specialist, which prevents its effective development in the process of studying at a university. Also, the analysis of educational standards in the areas corresponding to the profiles of training teachers of vocational training revealed higher industry requirements for the information competence of a teacher of vocational training. These contradictions make it necessary to develop the information competence of future teachers of vocational training in the process of specialized training and the development of appropriate technology. The solution of this problem has been started by the author with the substantiation of the methodological basis for the development of information competence of future teachers of vocational training. The article presents the author's definition of the information competence of a teacher of vocational training and its structural components. The filtration area is considered in the form of a vertical half-plane with a horizontal line of water courses. A weakly permeable film divides the filtration area into two quadrants with different constant permeability. By the convolution method of Fourier expansions, the solution of the problem is obtained explicitly. The influence of a weakly permeable film on the filtration process is investigated. {"title":"Influence of Liquid Inclusions to Explosive Instability of Ice","authors":"Bordonskiy Georgy S.","doi":"10.21209/2658-7114-2021-16-3-134-139","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21209/2658-7114-2021-16-3-134-139","url":null,"abstract":"The influence of the nuclei of the liquid phase arising during mechanical deformations of polycrystalline ice at temperatures below -40 ... -45 C on its explosive instability is considered. The nucleus of the liquid phase appear in ice when part of the hydrogen bonds are broken when high pressure is applied to ice crystals. The resulting clusters can have characteristics close to those of bulk metastable water. It is known that such water in the region of negative temperatures has anomalous thermodynamic characteristics. In particular, at a temperature of -60 C and a pressure of 100 MPa, there is a second critical point of water for the liquid-liquid transition. It was found that the transition occurs between the two types of water LDL (low density water) and HDL (high density water), with the Widom line coming out into the one-component region of the water phase diagram. This line is the locus of increased fluctuations in entropy and density. Near atmospheric pressure, the temperature on the Widom line is -45 C. If the pressure inside the ice and its temperature turn out to be close to the line of coexistence of LDL and HDL, then liquid inhomogeneities can become a source of mechanical instability of the medium due to the growth of fluctuations in the energy of molecules and destruction of the ice structure. High demands were placed on the level of IT competencies of the teacher, related to the provision of the educational process in the conditions of using distance technologies and e-learning. The teacher has faced with complex professional tasks. At this stage, network communities have become a key resource for supporting the teacher's professional activities. The review of scientific and pedagogical publications on the research topic determines the basis of the article. The paper attempts to clarify the concept of \"network professional community to identify the key capabilities of the \"network professional community to identify the levels of effective interaction and constructive work, as well as to determine the optimal conditions for professional development in the conditions of remote interaction of the subjects of the educational process. The generalization of the regional experience of the network community is aimed at the formation of strategic directions in the formation of a continuous system of professional development of mathematics teachers in the information society, to determine the effective conditions for the organization of professional interaction in the network structure. Based on the results of monitoring the work of the network community of mathematics teachers, the authors identified active forms of professional interaction and relevant topics for professional development. The solution of the problem is obtained in the final form for arbitrary functions '(x) and f(t). The direct, inverse and reflected from the end of the string wave components that make up the resulting waves are constructed. The influence of the function f(t) on the magnitude of the reflected waves is investigated. For an arbitrary initial perturbation of a string, the law of motion of its end is found, at which the reflected waves disappear. As part of a laboratory workshop in physics, students acquire professional skills in research and technological fields. In this paper, we consider the method of measuring the radiation spectra of various light sources, which the authors propose to use when setting up laboratory work in physics. The conditions of the experiment are described and the scheme of the working installation is given. Measurements of the radiation spectra are carried out using a monochromator and a photodetector pre-graded in terms of transmission and spectral sensitivity.Examples of the emission spectra of a green LED, a red semiconductor laser and a fluorescent lamp measured by the considered method are given. Recommendations of such experiments are given when conducting laboratory work and research work of students. The article shows that in the psychological-pedagogical literature cognitive activity is considered both as a personality trait and as a student's activity. The author's definitions of students' cognitive activity¿ and educational-cognitive activity of students¿ are formulated, their correlation is shown. The levels of formation of cognitive activity are highlighted: reproducing, interpreting, searching, and creative. A set of indicators of these levels has been formulated in accordance with the motivational, content-operational, value-volitional and evaluative components for didactic monitoring. The pedagogical conditions for the activation of students' cognitive activities in mathematical subjects have been established, which are the implementation of a differentiated approach and the application of pedagogical technologies, methods and techniques (the use of educational and technological maps, the technology of a portfolio of achievements, the propaedeutics of the professional competencies formation by means of mathematical problems, historical excursions, independent work of students), as well as didactic monitoring of cognitive activity. Experimental testing of pedagogical conditions has demonstrated a positive dynamics of changes in complex indicators of motivational, content-operational, value-volitional and evaluative components.
