The model for identifying the current task of the pressure of the processing fluid takes into account the relationship between the thickness of the processed defect, changes in the composition of the working fluid and, as a result, its abrasive properties. To form a given pressure in the corresponding jet, the following neural model estimates the duration and polarity of the voltage that controls the electric drive of the jet control valve in real time. \u0000The small-dimensional models’ conveyor is a promising solution for controlling waterjet processing of metals in such areas as rounding sharp edges; grinding and polishing complex surfaces; deburring and cleaning of welds; surface preparation for coating; removal of defects from the surface; high-precision waterjet cutting of metals. The solution will increase the speed of TP from 1.2 to 1.96 [m/s]. The needs of agro-producers should be embodied in multifunctional devices that give the opportunity to influence not only the aspect of disinfection, but also would allow to stimulate biological processes. This technique includes the use of ultrahigh-frequency (UHF) radiation. Installations used to solve decontamination issues have one main similar feature, namely the use of diodes in the generation system. Considering the main typical design of the microwave generator, it is possible to observe the main problem of the losses of the useful effect of the generation system - these are the losses in the diodes. For high-quality use and implementation, it is necessary to take into account the quality of processing of grain products, high indicators can be achieved due to the use of radio equipment. Modernization generally occurs by replacing the outdated generating part of the installation with a new one with better technical performance and greater variability of frequency and power ranges. First of all, what this tells us is that each crop has its own radio-physical characteristics, this factor is important for increasing processing efficiency. Studies show that the flexibility and controllability of the plant for agricultural processing is ensured by the use of modernized diodes. The paper examines the main types of diodes used in generating units, describes the main three loss zones, in general and directly in the avalanche diode (Reed diode). During the study of losses, the materials used in semiconductor technology were superficially considered in order to improve the conductivity of the diode. On the basis of the conducted research, reasonable conclusions were made in accordance with the topic of the research. The basic element of the installation is the use of pulse generators, but the use of outdated generators is irrational and pointless. It is clear that the success of this processing method depends on the development of radio technology. Continued efforts in this direction will help preserve and improve the effectiveness of this technology.

The maximum destruction of the refractory masonry of the walls of the melting basin is observed at the level of the mirror of the melted glass. There is uneven wear along the height and perimeter of the pool. The rate of destruction of the masonry is determined by the stability of the used refractories, the temperature regime of glass melting, and the design features of the units. \u0000The technical task of the article is: to increase the service life of the refractory masonry of the glass furnace regenerator roof; utilization of the heat of the outer masonry surface of the regenerator roof, as well as improvement of its cooling system by using water cooling of the outer surface of the regenerator roof; saving fuel consumed to heat the same amount of coolant in boiler equipment. \u0000The proposed cooling of the outer surface of the regenerator roof makes it possible to: reduce the temperature of the outer surface of the roof to the level of 30 °C and at the same time make the most of the heat of the outer surface of the regenerator roof, which has not been used before, for example, to obtain hot water from a heat supply system, and this makes it possible to save fuel costs, which are necessary for the operation of boiler equipment to heat the same amount of coolant; to ensure a more uniform distribution of temperature fields over the entire plane of the regenerator roof by using flat collectors of a special design, which, in turn, makes it possible to slow down the process of destruction of the refractory lining of the regenerator roof. The thermocouples installed in the pipelines make it possible to monitor the change in the temperature of the coolant in the collectors, and in the event of an increase in the surface temperature of the collectors, the automation increases the flow of the coolant in the pipelines. The collectors are equipped with pressure valves, when the temperature of the coolant in the collector is above 100 °C, it can boil in the collector and then the pressure valve equalizes the pressure in the collector.

It is shown that the boiler, as the main control object, operates under conditions of constant change in external heat load, which, due to their random nature, leads to a number of uncertainties. The expediency of the mathematical description of uncertainties using the stochastic method as the most tested in practical conditions is substantiated. According to the results of the passive experiment on the hot water gas boiler KVG6.5-150 of the district heating system of one of the districts of Kharkov, an array of hourly experimental data was obtained, reflecting the main performance indicators of the hot water boiler. As a result of data processing by the least squares method, a mathematical model of the boiler was obtained in the form of a linear regression equation, reflecting the relationship between the temperature of the coolant at the boiler outlet and the ambient air temperature, the temperature of the coolant at the inlet to the boiler and with the flow rates of natural gas and coolant to the boiler. The obtained regression equation was verified by Student's t-test, which confirmed the significance of all coefficients of the regression model. The practical significance of the multiple regression equation was assessed using the coefficient of determination. The quality of the multiple regression equation as a whole was assessed using Fisher's F-test. Since parallel surveys were not conducted, instead of checking the adequacy, the quality of the approximation of the experimental points by the accepted regression equation was assessed, that is, it was checked whether this equation makes sense. Such a test was carried out by comparing the residual variance and the variance relative to the mean. The calculation results showed that the value of the coefficient of determination significantly exceeds the allowable value, and the actual value of the Fisher criterion significantly exceeds the table value. The obtained indicators led to the conclusion that the relationship between the variables in the regression model is significant, and the proposed stochastic method and the multiple linear regression equation can be used to make decisions in the process of synthesizing the technical structure of a computer-integrated control system for objects of a district heating system. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000

It is shown that the current trend in the development of biologically active polymers and materials based on them is the technology of creating effective systems for the transdermal delivery of drugs and active substances to the human body. As part of the literature review, it has been proven that transdermal delivery systems based on biologically active polymeric materials are of increased interest in the administration of drugs through the skin, for local therapeutic effects on the affected skin during systemic local drug delivery, and they are also widely used in the direction biologically active materials in the form of various types of polymeric hydrogels. In the article, a study was conducted to determine the features of obtaining biologically active polymeric hydrogel materials for regulating the water-lipid balance. Food gelatin TM "Mriya" (Ukraine), glycerin, sodium alginate, humic acids and distilled water were used in the work. The development and research of biologically active polymeric hydrogel materials for the regulation of water-lipid balance has been carried out. It has been established that humic acids in polymer hydrogels based on gelatin and sodium alginate have a high antibacterial activity and completely stop the processes of mold formation in them. It has been proven that compositions based on gelatin and sodium alginate with a content of humic acids of 15 % are the most effective in terms of obtaining hydrogels with an antibacterial effect. Effective biologically active polymeric hydrogel materials based on gelatin and sodium alginate, modified with different content of humic acids, have been obtained and studied. Modification of biopolymer hydrogels based on gelatin and sodium alginate with humic acids makes it possible to obtain biologically active polymeric hydrogel materials with an increased degree of swelling and the ability to significantly improve the moisture-lipid balance of the skin: according to the initial indicators of moisture 34–36 % and fat content 8–10 % of the skin, it increases them up to 58–66 % and 52–60 % respectively. In fact, thanks to the use of biologically active polymeric hydrogel materials based on gelatin and sodium alginate modified with humic acids, it becomes possible to transform the state from weakly oily tough to highly moist oily elastic skin. The effect of improving the moisture-lipid balance of the skin is enhanced along with the content of humic substances.

The influence of the heat carrier temperature in the district distribution heating network on the heat transfer surface of the heat exchangers that are installed in the individual heat station schemes with independent connection between buildings heating systems and heat networks was analyzed. Estimates were made for a plate heat exchanger with a counterflow pattern of heat carriers that are widely used in heat supply systems. Formulas have been obtained for calculating the heat exchange surface of the district water heater comparing to the surface of the "basic" design case of the heat exchanger, taking into account the district water temperature excess over the building heating water temperature. When finding the heat transfer coefficients in the channels of heat exchangers, known criterion equations for plate heat exchangers were used. The proposed formulas take into account the influence of the ratio of heat equivalents of the carriers flow rate through the heat exchanger and the decrease in heat consumption for heating as a result of building insulation. Buildings that were designed and built in accordance with the requirements for thermal resistance of enclosing structures that were actual several decades ago, after thermal modernization, should meet modern requirements for the thermal resistance of building structures. All estimates of the reduction in the buildings heating load were made in accordance with this approach. An analysis of the obtained results made it possible to propose some recommendations for the selection of district water calculated temperature differences at which a decrease in the heat transfer surface of the plate heat exchanger of the insulated buildings individual heat station can be expected. The proposed recommendations can be useful in developing a heat supply quality control schedule for a district buildings heating systems in a district when buildings thermal insulation process being completed.

The genes currently used for resistance to leaf rust, stem rust, yellow rust and powdery mildew are all from wheatgrass, rye, heliops etc. The search for ecologically safe and effective means of preserving crops of valuable productive crops led to the formation of alternative protective methods.
