The features of the relational data model are considered, the main advantage of which is simplicity and accessibility for the user to understand and the availability of a fairly simple and at the same time powerful mathematical apparatus of set theory and relational algebra. The main educational elements of studying databases based on the relational data model are highlighted. \u0000The client-server architecture of modern DBMSs is described. The advantages of client-server technologies in the process of learning to work with databases are noted. \u0000The results of the study of the functionality of existing software products for working with databases have shown the expediency of choosing MySQL Community Edition as a training tool, which is free and in its functionality is not inferior to commercial systems by any criteria. The disadvantages of the system, which include some limitations when executing complex queries and creating analytical reports that require a high load and a large number of simultaneous queries, are not critical for training purposes. The MySQL server can be accessed both from a console client running any of the modern operating systems and from many GUI clients. The paper identifies major reasons for the need to regulate yeast culture metabolism, considers existing practice and proposes methods of changing its metabolic activity. The purpose of the research is to create the classification of the supplements / preparations from different origin to improve yeast vital activity by adjusting its culture medium composition with the use of complex hierarchical faceted method. \u0000The proliferative processes taking place in the yeast cell are quite easily regulated. Therefore, knowing the dependence between the specific conditions of the environment and certain aspects of the yeast culture's vital activity, it is possible to purposefully change its growth, development and metabolism. Creating and maintaining certain conditions for the cultivation of yeast allows you to control the course of the fermentation process. \u0000The influence of biologically active substances on the proliferative activity of S. cerevisiae cells was investigated. Concentrations were determined and the regulatory effect of succinic and folic acid preparations on the proliferative activity of yeast cells was proven. A comparative analysis of influence of different concentrations of exogenous substances on microorganisms culture growth was carried out. The most optimal concentrations of drugs for activation of yeast cell division were determined: succinic acid/ascorbic acid – 0.0015/0.0002 mg/ml; folic acid – 0.006 mg/ml. \u0000Specific growth rate of yeast during cultivation in 20 % sucrose solution with succinic/ascorbic and folic acid preparations was calculated. It was established that the highest specific rate of cell growth was observed in the complex preparation, which included three organic acids. It was established that the specific rate of yeast reproduction in the complex preparation increased by an average of 30–35 % relative to the control sample. Increase in specific growth rate by 20–25 % of yeast was also observed in the medium with folic acid, the addition of succinic/ascorbic acids did not significantly increase specific rate (by approximately 10 %) of the growth of the S. cerevisiae yeast culture. The work used petroleum road grade bitumen BND 60/90 with a flash point in an open crucible of 260 °C, a softening temperature (using the ring and ball method) of 48 °C, resin after lignite thermal destruction and rubber waste. and powder. Based on the fact that the most relevant technologies for the non-fuel use of brown coal concern areas aimed at obtaining wax, humane preparations, adsorbents, obtaining valuable derivatives in the form of resins, GR, etc., an assessment was made of the non-fuel use of brown coal derivatives for modification bitumen. Analysis of the experimental results showed that the studied quality indicators of the composition samples, which include waste rubber powder, have an increased complex of both thermophysical and physical-mechanical characteristics. This is obviously due to the fact that, as a result of thermal destruction of rubber powder, the swelling process occurs faster compared to crumb rubber with a size of 2.5–4.5 mm. However, the process of destruction and dispersion in both cases does not occur completely, of course, and the volume of edematous rubber particles contains resins and polyaromatic components that affect the value of both thermophysical and physical-mechanical characteristics. Thus, it has been established that the optimal composition for creating effective polymer-modified bitumens with an increased complex of thermo-physical and physical-mechanical characteristics is 40 % by weight of rubber powder and 5 % by weight. brown coal resins after thermal destruction. It is shown that the results of laboratory studies have proven the prospects of using brown coal tar after thermal destruction for the modification of road bitumen. Summarizing research into the direction of non-fuel use of brown coal derivatives in the form of liquid products – tar resins of brown coal after thermal destruction for the modification of bitumen materials, it should be noted that the results obtained are moderate in comparison with existing directions for the production of polymer-modified bitumens. Modification of bitumen with primary and secondary polymers makes it possible to significantly improve their adhesion and performance characteristics compared to brown coal resins after thermal destruction. DH is transforming the European energy sector, attracting efficient, local and renewable energy resources where this was not possible. However, due to the old material base of spare parts, insufficient level of investment and low level of management, Ukrainian DH systems are ineffective and do not meet the needs of consumers. The experience of European Union member states in central Europe shows that deep and sustained reforms can address the current challenges of the heating sector, including improving energy efficiency and economic competitiveness, strengthening environmental sustainability and enhancing energy security. The DH sector in Ukraine has not yet undergone the structural reform that other sectors of the economy have already gone through: over the past 30 years, the quality of services has decreased; subsidies have increased; the old material base is falling apart; The question arises whether it is worth continuing to support DH. As a result, Ukraine's DH sector is in dire straits, with financial, operational and technical problems compounding each other. Comprehensive and well-planned efforts must be made to create the conditions for exiting this state. Tokarieva","doi":"10.20998/2078-5364.2023.4.05","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.20998/2078-5364.2023.4.05","url":null,"abstract":"The article justifies the necessity of taking into account the transient electrical resistance of the welding contact between the titanium current lead and the resistive element of the heater made of carbon-carbon composite material (CCCM) during its manufacturing. \u0000Carbon-carbon composite material possesses a unique set of technical characteristics that make it suitable as a structural material for manufacturing resistive heaters operating in the temperature range from 400°C to 2500°C in a vacuum or protective atmosphere. The use of CCCM heaters in the thermal chambers of electrothermal engines to convert electrical energy into thermal energy allows them to be employed for temperature measurement inside the engine's thermal chamber. The utilization of an integrated temperature assessment of the CCCM heater, which relies on the resistance change of the heater with increasing temperature and essentially involves measuring the electrical current passing through the heater, requires ensuring accurate values of both the electrical resistance of the heater itself and the electrical resistance at the point of contact with the current lead. \u0000The design of the heater has a particular feature, which is the need to supply electrical current to two lamellas of the resistive element of the CCCM heater, located on one side of the heater. For welding the joints between the titanium wire and the resistive element of the heater, TIG welding with a surface arc in an argon environment was applied, with argon being supplied between the welding point and the non-consumable tungsten electrode. \u0000Laboratory tests revealed that detachable connections of the titanium wire to the resistive element of the CCCM heater and separable connections (such as bolts, screws, and wedges) cannot meet the requirements for contact resistance stability for various reasons. Among non-detachable connections, only welded joints demonstrated stable electrical contact resistance characteristics. \u0000The electrical resistance of the heater with current leads should be 3.8±0.2 Ohms. The tolerance value for resistance is determined by several factors, including the physical properties of CCCM, the technology of mechanical processing, the method of applying protective coatings, the resistance of the welding joint, and others. \u0000During mechanical tests of the welding joint between the titanium wire and the heater, it was observed that the wire detachment from the heater occurs with residues of CCCM and a transitional layer of titanium carbide, which forms during welding and can contribute to additional electrical resistance of the heater. The activivity of key enzymes of nitrogen metabolism, TBA-active products, NH3 concentration, and chlorophyll content under the experimental condition were determined. There is a tendency to increase the activity of AsAT, while the mixture of macronutrients on the enzymatic activity of another enzyme, on the contrary, on average, by 23 % under the influence of the macroelements complex on winter wheat crops. There was an increase in the activity of AsAT by 41 % on average, and AlAT by 36.3 % with Avatarm-2 in winter wheat leaves. A decrease in the activity of both key enzymes of nitrogen metabolism under the influence of Avatarm-2-m complex was found, on average, by 27.2 % and 32.5 %, respectively, which indicates the stabilization of the metabolic direction of products and substrates by trace elements in the metabolic state of winter wheat leaf cells. Under the influence of Avatarm-2-st, there is a decrease in AlAT activity, on average 26.6 %, while the effect of succinate on the activity of AlAT was more significant – on average 48.3 %, because the biotechnological preparation Avatarm-2-st contains succinate, while Avatarm-2-m contains malic acid. AlAT reactions produce pyruvate, a key substrate of glucogenesis, whose increase can help activate the synthesis of carbohydrates necessary for plant growth. The enzymes AsAT and AlAT play a key role in the metabolism of aspartate, alanine, and glutamate, and the first two enzymes are used to form amides such as asparagine and glumamine, so increasing their activity is a condition for the accumulation of these amides as a reserve of NH4+. The concentration of NH3 under the influence of Avatarm-2 increased by 42 %, while under Avatarm-2-m and Avatarm-2-st the concentration did not change, indicating the regulatory effect of malate and succinate on the activation and degree of use of this form of Nitrogen in alternative processes of amino acid conversion. The chlorophyll content under the influence of LCP-macro increases, on average, by 2.8 times, under the influence of Avatarm-2- by 2.8 times, while the effect of acids in the composition of Avatarm-2-m and Avatarm-2-st is manifested differently, but the direction of decrease in this indicator relative to Avatarm-2 decreases, however, compared to the control, it increases this criterion, on average, by 1.9 and 1.7 times, respectively. And for the survival of humanity, it is necessary to significantly reduce the amount of harmful wastewater that pollutes the environment. Wastewater polluted with organic substances, usually produced by the production of dyes and the food industry, causes great damage to the environment. \u0000The expediency of catalytic oxidation for the treatment of organic-containing effluents has been theoretically substantiated. As a catalyst, it is proposed to use new nanostructured composites of the «core-shell» type based on transition metal oxides (CoFe2O4/SiO2/CuO) for the Fenton system. The oxidizing agent in this system is H2O2, which is used in «green technologies». \u0000It was investigated that the degree of destruction of the dye methylene blue (MB) depends on the composition of the catalyst, the ratio of the concentrations of the catalyst and dye, and the presence of a preliminary stage of dye adsorption. \u0000The investigated catalyst was tested on simulated dairy wastewater (SDW). The research was carried out in a barbotage-type apparatus (Schott filter). For the system «dairy wastewater – CoFe2O4/SiO2/CuO – О2– Н2О2», the degree of dairy wastewater treatment is 63 %, and residual COD value is 39,52 mgO2/dm3. It was established that in the process of purification by the CoFe2O4/SiO2/CuO catalyst, active oxidizing compounds are formed, which significantly intensify the process. \u0000Thus, there are reasons to assert that the prospect of developing a highly efficient catalytic oxidation technology in the Fenton system for the treatment of wastewater containing organic pollutants. It is stated that a large amount of SO2 is emitted into the atmosphere in the production of sulfuric acid, during fuel combustion in thermal power plants, and in modern production of surface-active substances. \u0000It has been shown that sulfur dioxide is responsible for the formation of acid rain, which is one of the most common forms of pollution around the world. \u0000It is stated that all known methods of waste gas purification are divided into three main groups: ammonia methods, SO2 neutralization methods, catalytic methods. \u0000In general, absorption methods are divided into open and circulation cleaning schemes. \u0000It is shown that ammonia-acid methods are economical, but require consumption of a scarce product - ammonia. \u0000The ammonia-sulfuric-acid method consists in treating ammonium bisulfite with sulfuric acid. \u0000When using the ammonia-phosphoric-acid cleaning method, phosphoric fertilizers and SO2 are formed, which can be further processed into sulfuric acid. \u0000The sodium method is based on the absorption of sulfur dioxide by a CaO suspension. \u0000It is indicated that when using a solution of sodium hydroxide as an absorbent, both open and circulating cleaning schemes are used. \u0000It is shown that catalytic methods of waste gas purification do not require the use of an absorbent. However, it is necessary to use an expensive catalyst. Most often, this method is used at the first stage of cleaning, and at the second - the cleaning methods listed above. \u0000The table with comparative technical and economic indicators is presented, the choice of one or another cleaning method depends on specific production conditions. \u0000It is shown that for the production of surface-active substances it is better to use open cleaning schemes, which are distinguished by the simplicity of the equipment design, as well as the low consumption of energy for cleaning. \u0000It is stated that sodium hydroxide solution can be chosen as an absorbent. Modern scientific methods for identifying wines from different regions are considered. Modern studies by Chinese oenologists have shown that a number of trace elements in wine (Cu, Zn and Mn) can be an indicator of the region of origin of the wine. Scientists from Australia, New Zealand, the USA, France and Portugal have also obtained interesting results in the identification of wines of different vintages and terroirs. Scientists have shown that the originality of table wines of specific regions and subregions can be determined on the basis of modern highly sensitive methods of analysis (spectroscopic methods for studying compounds using the phenomenon of nuclear magnetic resonance; combined methods with the joint use of NMR and the study of the target differential sensor matrix; fluorescent methods for determining the content of amino acids and amines, methods of cluster analysis, etc.). When determining the terroir for red wines, many researchers in different regions of our planet paid special attention to the Pinot Noir variety. This is due to the fact that for this particular variety, terroir plays a huge role in shaping the style of the future wine. At the Vinoman winery, together with the Odessa National Technological University, a comparative analysis of red table wines Pinot Noir from three terroirs of the southern part of the Odessa region was carried out. In addition, as part of the master's qualification work, an innovative project for the reconstruction of an existing enterprise was proposed, which involves the implementation of the gravitational principle of winemaking. The project takes into account the features of the area, climatic conditions and the range of products. Particular attention was paid to the implementation of all of the above aspects in the technology for the production of high-quality red table wines Pinot Noir. As a result of the work carried out, physical and chemical indicators were studied and a sensory analysis of the wines of the Bolgrad, Izmail and Reni terroirs was carried out.
