This flip has two main meanings: one is the flipping of the content, that is, the content taught in the teacher's class and the content of the student's learning after class; the second is the flipping of the role, that is, the role of the student and the teacher in the classroom. This research introduces the teaching concept of flipped Classroom into the teaching practice of Marketing. After two academic years, an empirical study of 220 students in four majors (e-commerce, tourism management, Marketing, accounting) found that the new teaching method not only improved students' interest in the subject, but also improves the ability of students to learn independently. At the same time, this teaching method has also been recognized and loved by students. Research Background Flipped classroom is also called reversed classroom. Jonathan Bergmann and Aaron Sams, two chemistry teachers at Forest Park Middle School in Colorado, USA, first adopted the flipped teaching mode in class. [1] The core idea of the reversed classroom is to reverse the process of knowledge imparting and knowledge internalization. This mainly includes three aspects. First, the reversal of the role in class. In the traditional class, the teacher is the leading role and the students are the supporting role. Flipping the classroom is just the opposite. Teachers are supporting roles and students are leading roles. Second, the reversal of content. Traditional teaching, teachers lecture in class and students review and do assignment after class. Flipped classroom is exactly the opposite. Students do their homework and teachers answer questions in class, but teacher’s lectures can be completed after class by issuing courseware or videos in the student’s learning group. Third, the purpose of teaching is reversed. Traditional teaching focuses on imparting knowledge, aiming at students’ acquisition of knowledge. The purpose of flipped classroom is to stimulate students’ interest in learning and enhance students’ autonomous learning ability. [2] Regarding the contents of examination, researchers, especially those in the US, have focused mainly on applied research. The areas of research have been concentrated mostly in science and engineering disciplines.[3] Some of Chinese scholars have applied this teaching mode in their own classrooms. At college and university level, flipped classroom has been largely used some subjects such as information technology and college English courses. [4] In this study, we employ quantitative research methods to explore the effects of flipped classroom in a Marketing course. The resources were analyzed and evaluated, and the problems in the cultural tourism resources of the Maiji Mountain Grottoes were found and solutions were proposed to propose countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of the Maijishan Grottoes. Research Method and Data Collection Rooted Theory The article adopts the grounded theory, and carries out the open, principal and selective three-level coding and analysis of the collected data, and finally obtains the theoretical model of the tourists' perception evaluation of the cultural tourism resources of the Maiji Mountain Grottoes. Data Collection In order to explore the tourists' perception of the cultural tourism resources of the Maiji Mountain Grottoes, in the public comment network, the search was conducted on the theme of “Maiji Mountain Grottoes”, and 302 comments from tourists on the study tour of Maiji Mountain were obtained. Among them, there are statements that are actually related to Maijishan, and they are summarized. Construction of Evaluation System The generic and inductive statistics of the data tables obtained after the three-level coding are eliminated. After removing the elements and sentences that are not closely related to the research topic, 278 total elements/statements are obtained, and the elements/statements are summarized. The blended teaching based on ’Internet plus’ is a new teaching mode. It advocates the leading role of teachers, highlights students' dominant position in the learning process, and improves the teaching effect through the transformation of teaching process, teacher and student roles and so on. This mode focuses on the cultivation of students' ability, the practical ability, innovation ability of new engineering, the, teamwork, other engineering core competencies, and so on [2-3]. In order to further discuss the modes of ’Internet plus’ blended teaching in the implementation courses in Emerging Engineering Education, and put forward some valuable suggestions, this paper focuses on the teaching mode about course of university physics. This hotel caters for the elderly. Every old man is provided a sleeping girl who is taken with a special medicine and cannot wake up. The old man Eguchi met six sleeping beauties here. As such a special setting, the encounter between the old and young women forms two kinds of contrast beauty and ugliness, young and old. What does the author want to express through this novel? In order to solve this problem, this paper will try to discuss it by citing the original text. Generally, this paper is divided into eight parts, including the roles’ analyses, the characteristics and meanings of the beauty of sleeping beauties, the attitude of the elderly towards the beauty of sleeping beauties, the functions of sleeping beauties, and so on. Through these analyses, the two contrasts reflected in this novel, beauty and ugliness, life and death will be discussed. We will see the oppositions and connections between them in this novel. Analyses of the Characters in House of the Sleeping Beauties and Other Stories Before analyzing the content of this novel, it is necessary to give a brief introduction to the characters in this novel. In this novel, there are three main characters – the woman, Eguchi and sleeping beauties. The story happened in a hotel-style brothel, which has two floors and can only accommodate a few guests and sleeping beauties. What are the roles of the woman, Eguchi and beauties in this novel? There are several descriptions about the appearance of the woman, the owner of this hotel, “Her dark eyes not only had an air of relaxation of vigilance, but also an accustomed calmness, which makes people lose their guard against her” “The pattern on the back of her belt was a very big strange bird.
