Exploration on Improving Quality of the Proposal of NSFC’s Project Application by Meticulous Management

The National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) is the main channel to support basic research and applied basic research in China. As the support unit of the National Natural Science Foundation, as with the brotherhood, there is a contradiction between the good wishes of the applicant and the unbalanced and inadequate application of the supply of comprehensive elements.
