In this study, the tumor detection in a two dimensional breast model with dispersive characteristic properties of the breast organisms is carried out numerically by the finite difference time domain method (FDTD). The Perfect matched layer absorption boundary condition (PML ABC) is adopted in the computation. The influences from the skin, breast gland and the chest wall to the breast cancer detection by UWB imaging are investigated. The detection for an assumed 6 mm early stage tumor which located behind the gland is performed. And then the main impact factors of urban transportation efficiency of each city are summarized. Based on fuzzy mathematics theory, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied in the transportation efficiency evaluation, combining the actual situation list to evaluate the general level of transportation efficiency by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. By setting up the factor sets, the evaluation sets, subjection functions and the weighting set. The evaluation of the weighting sets are made by Information Entropy. However, noises or intensity inhomogeneity in practical application often make 3D medical images segmentation become formidable. To effectively alleviate these problems, this paper presents a novel variational level set framework using neighbors statistical analysis. Firstly, a basic 3D level set model is constructed based on Bayesian inference for the segmentation of objects from 3D volumetric image data. Then neighbors statistical analysis is introduced into above model in order to overcome disturbances caused by noise and intensity inhomogeneity. Accordingly, to analyze the biomedical information, many algorithms and computer programs have been developed. Since these programs are developed by commercial companies or academic institutes independently, the lack of common standard makes the talks between them difficult. In one integrative analysis, when several of them are needed, researchers are usually exhausted by the program switching and data transformation. In this paper, based on workflow, we developed an integrative software system for biomedical data analysis, namely System of Biomedical Workflow (SOBW). The system is a java-based software, which provides 1) a general application development interface to incorporate or bridge other programs and 2) a workflow mechanism to operate them and make them talk easily. At the moment, many programs to analyze the data from multiple electrodes are integrated. Because the interface developed is very general and flexible, new analysis tools can be incorporated easily as required. SDS-PAGE analysis indicated ZmPP2C2 was great expressed at 37°C for 4 h with 1mM IPTG. Ultrasonic extraction experiment showed this recombinant protein was little in lysis buffer solution, but most in inclusion body. Inclusion body was collected and dissolved by lysis buffer solution with carbamide. Dwarf is a highly compressed structure for computing and storing data cubes which can be materialized completely. During the constructing process, each closed node is stored in disk. While the computation of aggregation units needs to access the closed nodes in the disk frequently. For avoid accessing the unnecessary closed nodes in disk, in this paper, we propose an optimized algorithm named Q-Dwarf. The property of this algorithm guarantees that once the closed nodes are written to disk, they will not be read out again, and query algorithm and update algorithm are both based on files.
