It is increasingly becoming a strategic issue for companies in supply chains and it is usually made by multiple decision makers according to multiple criteria. Vendor selection has an important impact on the competitiveness of firms. Considering to its complexity, the work will focus especially on the final selection stage with the method of fuzzy-ANP. We use ANP when considering the feedback and the relations between those factors. Due to complexity in assessing supplier selection performance, it is difficult for decision-makers to provide exact numerical values for the factors. Therefore, a fuzzy ANP method was taken to calculate the weights of each factor of the model, which can solve problems in an uncertain condition effectively.","PeriodicalId":333255,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Conference on Future BioMedical Information Engineering (FBIE)","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123514580","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Firstly, on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the effects factors of residential building's performance, considering of the advantages of dealing with non-linear object of neural network, the neural network is trained by the sample data. While training neural network, the BP algorithm has good local performance but it is easy to fall into local Minimum, and the ant colony algorithm has good global performance, so the following combinatorial method is put forward. Then, the neural network is trained based on ant colony algorithm (ACBP algorithm) in global space, the parameters of neural network is trained using BP algorithm in local space. At 1ast, a case study carried out on the performance assessment of sample residential buildings using the model shows that the ACBP neura1 network outperforms BP neural network and AC neural network in the aspect of dynamic error forecast is verified by computer emulation example, and related conclusions are given.","PeriodicalId":333255,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Conference on Future BioMedical Information Engineering (FBIE)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128602960","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The results indicate that on strength 225mT and 450mT for 10sand 20s the magnetic field can stimulate the body to stimulate the ultra-weak luminescence, the inhibition of the magnetic field is obviously and decaying in the exponential decay curve. Magnetic field induced luminescence is stronger than magnetic field restrained luminescence and exponential decay of photon number is obvious on 450mT for 20s; On magnetic field strength 225mT and 450mT for 30s magnetic field induced luminescence getting weaker and weaker with the extension of processing time. This short peptide was characteristic with the isoelectric point of 10.88 and could be positively charged under physiological condition. The “DNEYFYV” motif in the <sup>p</sup>SP is the substrate of Jak2 kinase which was verified of being constantly expressed in mammalian cells. Meanwhile another kind of nonphosphorylatable <sup>np</sup>SP of “LLLRRRDNEEFGVRRLL” was also synthesized as control. Either <sup>p</sup>SP or <sup>np</sup>SP was made into complex with plasmid DNA containing luciferase reporter gene. In vitro phosphorylation and DNA releasing assays demonstrated that cell lysate could phosphorylated the <sup>p</sup>SP and hence facilitated DNA unpacking from the complex. A novel CUDA-based method for joint histogram computation is introduced in this paper, which is also valuable for 2D image registration and other general graphics applications. Additionally, an algorithm refinement is proposed to improve the widely used FMRIB's Linear Image Registration Tool (FLIRT). Although extra time is taken by applying that algorithm refinement, our implementation showed the ability to perform a full 12 DOF (Degrees of Freedom) registration of two brain volume images in nearly 35 seconds, which is about 10 times faster than the native FLIRT implementation.","PeriodicalId":333255,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Conference on Future BioMedical Information Engineering (FBIE)","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132554192","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
