Evaluation of knowledge management performance based on ANP

Abstract

As the “third resource”, knowledge has become an important source of competitive advantage because of the rapid development of information technology and economic globalization, which plays an increasingly important role in the process of economic growth. Knowledge management performance evaluation is an important way to know the knowledge management level of an enterprise. With the usage of Super-decision and based on the knowledge of Analytic Network Process (ANP), the paper evaluated the criteria and alternatives in a feedback system and intended to give suggestions to decision makes.
