If the number of equipment participating in the task is large and the review time is limited, the review personnel need to carry out the review work with focus and purpose according to the actual situation of the task. According to the actual needs of reexamination work of reexamination staff, this paper puts forward the comprehensive evaluation index system of equipment quality before task, defines the specific meaning and calculation method of each index, constructs the index weight calculation model based on analytic hierarchy process, calculates the index weight, and gives an application example. Therefore, this paper makes an empirical study by establishing the theoretical model of differential leadership, role load and employee innovation behavior. Using SPSS22.0 and AMOS24.0 software, the correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis of variables were carried out to verify whether the hypothesis and model were valid. The results show that the differential leadership has a negative influence on the employee's innovation behavior, and the employees in the circle will have a large role load and then affect the innovation behavior. However, the large amount of review information increases the cognitive cost of consumers, making it impossible to distinguish between useful information. In this research, we start from the new perspective of “peer-to-peer review” to explore the factors that affect the usefulness of reviews. We use the ELM model as the research framework, using 1359 film reviews on Douban to conduct empirical research. The results of the study show that central and peripheral cue of reviews are significantly correlated with the perceived usefulness of reviews. Furthermore, this study finds peer review is an important screening mechanism. In particular, when there are both central and peripheral clues in the reviews, they will enhance the information decision-making ability. At last, the paper studies the classification basis of construction contract prevention and claim, the management of construction contract, and analyzes three types of actual engineering claim cases. It is concluded that the preparation for risk prevention should be strengthened in the construction contract, the relevant laws and regulations should be followed in the process of formulating the contract, and the contract management should be conscientious and responsible. It find and solve problems in time, and it seems to assign project responsibilities to specific personnel. In this paper, we use the provincial panel data of China from 2014 to 2018, take the market integration index of radio and television industry as the explained variable, and market demand, technical factors and government regulation as the explanatory variables to construct the Pooled OLS model to explore the restrictive factors of the integration and development of new media industry. It is found that the scale of Internet users in market demand and the proportion of engineers and technicians in technical factors have significant negative effects. In other words, as the scale of Internet users increases, or the proportion of engineers and technicians increases, the degree of market integration increases. To explore the key influencing factors of digital transformation, in-depth interviews were conducted with 43 employees of typical discrete manufacturing enterprises in China, and qualitative analysis of the interview raw data was conducted. Firstly, the original data were open coded to identify the initial categories of digital transformation behaviors. Secondly, based on the open coding, the connections that exist at the conceptual level between different initial categories are summarized and inducted. Finally, the relationships between the core categories and other categories are analyzed, and the typical relationships between each category are summarized. Based on the analysis of the raw data statements, the dimensions of the direct and indirect roles of discrete manufacturing enterprises in realizing digital transformation are summarized, and the role model of the influencing elements of digital transformation in discrete manufacturing enterprises is constructed to analyze the behavior of digital transformation in discrete manufacturing enterprises. The research results show that there are five main influencing factors for digital transformation. Then, taking Hefei as an example, the local transportation facilities in Hefei were investigated on the spot, and the survey results were analyzed and demonstrated by taking photos, recording data, consulting relevant departments and searching information on the Internet. This paper finds out the problems existing in the original traffic safety facilities, such as random location of safety facilities, uncoordinated planning and design of facilities and roads, and poor construction quality.
