Therefore, this paper makes an empirical study by establishing the theoretical model of differential leadership, role load and employee innovation behavior. Using SPSS22.0 and AMOS24.0 software, the correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis of variables were carried out to verify whether the hypothesis and model were valid. The results show that the differential leadership has a negative influence on the employee's innovation behavior, and the employees in the circle will have a large role load and then affect the innovation behavior.
