Therefore, this paper makes an empirical study by establishing the theoretical model of differential leadership, role load and employee innovation behavior. Using SPSS22.0 and AMOS24.0 software, the correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis of variables were carried out to verify whether the hypothesis and model were valid. The results show that the differential leadership has a negative influence on the employee's innovation behavior, and the employees in the circle will have a large role load and then affect the innovation behavior. 摘要

工程技术人员是人力资源的核心,如何提高工程技术人员的创新能力已成为迫切需要解决的问题,而组织外部环境的复杂性使得企业必须通过创新来获得和保持竞争优势。因此,本文通过建立差别化领导、角色负荷与员工创新行为的理论模型进行实证研究。采用SPSS22.0和AMOS24.0软件对变量进行相关分析和层次回归分析,验证假设和模型是否有效。结果表明,差别化领导对员工的创新行为有负向影响,圈子内的员工会承担较大的角色负荷,进而影响创新行为。综合以上研究结果可以看出,领导方式对工程技术核心人员的创新行为有很大的影响,企业管理者可以根据领导方式对角色负荷和员工创新行为的影响关系,制定一系列提升员工创新的对策和建议。
