Due to the high death rate from the pandemic, global economic growth has significantly decreased. This had a huge impact on almost all types of businesses, including e-commerce and business worldwide. E-commerce has shown sharp growth since the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, as many companies have until recently developed and established their online stores and make most of their sales through the Internet channel. The study emphasizes identifying and overcoming Covid-19 challenges by creating a plan and using conceptual models. An effective plan should include adequate staff measures, including maintaining health and conducting training and directing the focus to the virtual space, due to the increased activity of users in conditions of a pandemic. Decomposition of the noisy speech vector space into a signal-and noise subspace is usually performed using singular value (or eigenvalue) decomposition (SVD or EVD). Rank-revealing ULV decomposition is used in the paper as computationally attractive alternative to the SVD. Minimum variance (MV) estimator of the signal matrix using ULV decomposition is considered. In comparison with the original technique the noise estimation approach is improved and the refinement step is renewed. Investigations conducted to detect gastrointestinal tract motility disorders are difficult to analyze invasively. In this regard, simple non-invasive methods of functional diagnostics such as peripheral electrogastroenterography are of particular importance. Thus, recording the electrical potential of the gastrointestinal tract allows to evaluate its motor-evacuation function. Numerous studies have shown that there is a close interaction between the electrical and collecting activities of the gastrointestinal tract. Electrogastroenterography is a noninvasive method, has no contraindications and is well tolerated by patients. This allows even very serious patients to be examined both during surgery and in the first hours after surgery. Considering the simplicity and accuracy of this methodology, it is possible to conduct a large number of repeated studies in the assessment of the dynamics of parameters during the treatment process. The indicators obtained because of electrogastroenterography do not contradict each other and in many cases precede the results of radiological and endoscopic examination, which indicates that the considered method is superior in diagnosing the motility-evacuation function of the gastrointestinal tract. Chaotic signals with OFDM-modulation satisfy these requirements. However, the effectiveness of their functioning has investigated only during impact of the \"white\" noise. Nonetheless, in real radio communication channels there are other types of noise, which called color noise. Such noises occur due to interference in the environment of propagation of radio signals and in the signal generation tools. In the work, the effect on chaotic signals with OFDM-modulation of colored noises has analyzed. It has shown that the presence of an additive mixture of desired signal, \"white\" and colored noises significantly reduces the quality of recovery of transmitted information. In addition, due to the use of unique properties of quantum methods, it becomes possible to achieve an unprecedented level of security with the possibility of detecting the violator during the operation of some protocols in online mode. However, although many questions and problems in quantum cryptography have already been solved, there are still many unresolved ones. The use of ternary pseudorandom sequences raised the question of the statistical reliability of these sequences. And although today there are a large number of different methods for evaluating the randomness of a sequence, however, they are mostly aimed at evaluating standard binary sequences. The model of building a functional network, which describes the interaction of a human-operator and computer, was chosen as the main concept. A method for the analytical evaluation of the reliability and time indicators of the control process based on the construction of a system of typical models for activity is proposed. A system for imitation modeling of man-computer interaction (when the creation of an analytical model is very difficult, or for correctness analysis of an analytical model) has been developed. The computer technology for the reliability analysis of man-computer system has been suggested. Examples of mathematical models and results of modeling a human-machine system in Matlab are given.
