Due to the high death rate from the pandemic, global economic growth has significantly decreased. This had a huge impact on almost all types of businesses, including e-commerce and business worldwide. E-commerce has shown sharp growth since the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, as many companies have until recently developed and established their online stores and make most of their sales through the Internet channel. The study emphasizes identifying and overcoming Covid-19 challenges by creating a plan and using conceptual models. An effective plan should include adequate staff measures, including maintaining health and conducting training and directing the focus to the virtual space, due to the increased activity of users in conditions of a pandemic.
