It is shown that the determination of the aggregated risk caused by compatible random events is a relevant task when determining the probability of cumulative losses for a given time that may arise as a result of the set of these events, and the problem of risk aggregation is also relevant and is being investigated for critical infrastructure objects. Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine launched on February 24, 2022, brought killings and injuries to Ukrainians and affected the spread of infectious diseases. The escalation of the war led to a migration crisis. Slovakia became one of the countries that accepted a large number of refugees. The study uses machine learning to assess the impact of refugees from Ukraine on the dynamics of the COVID-19 epidemic process in Slovakia. To do this, a simulation model was built to predict new cases and deaths from COVID-19 a month before the escalation of the war and in the first month after. The fundamental basis for this is scientific progress and cheaper technology. Systems analysis and engineering, decision-making systems are based on data completeness and their validation. The study conducted by the authors aims to provide the following grounds for a systematic comparison of economic and environmental performance of vehicles with different fuel drives. The issue of logistical attractiveness and compatibility for Ukraine is especially relevant today. Thus, specific fuel consumption is calculated by determining the cost of electricity that goes to charge the traction battery from the mains and is equivalently converted into the cost of fuel. The paper presents a method of calculating the equivalent fuel consumption for electric vehicles according to European (l/100 km) and American standards (miles/1 gallon). The experimental research of the algorithm was performed on three face image databases with the use of program software created in Python. Experiments were divided into three sets: the original set of the methods without preprocessing, set with the method of anisotropic diffusion, set with the method of image histogram equalization, and set with both these methods. These users often face difficulties when trying to use regular publications, and the wide variety of vision impairments means the issue of adapting printed publications for this category of readers is far from solved. In this study, we develop a formalized model of adapting textbooks with the help of a semantic network. We then create two multi-level models of factors that influence the quality of adapted textbooks – one with the help of hierarchical modelling, and the other by ranking and determining predicate weights. This led to the inconsistency of management secrecy requirements, the capabilities of existing methods of hidden data transmission in ITCN and prompted the development of a new method. In order to be remotely accessed the internet of things links and controls heterogeneous devices wirelessly. The majority of the devices use licensed wireless spectrum bands. Spectrum insufficiency will soon be a concern, as there will be also much interference between users, resulting in an insufficiency of bandwidth for all of them. It is imperative that the spectrum utilized correctly and efficiently in order to allow the widespread deployment of internet of things systems. Because of this, a new form of radio technology known as Cognitive Radio has emerged. Dynamic Spectrum Utilization techniques such as Cognitive Radio employ the transceiver's intelligence to determine which channels are now in use and which are not currently in service. The method developed makes it possible to inform queue subscribers with an accuracy of at least 90% about the approximate waiting time. This allows the subscriber to plan his or her time more effectively and be more satisfied with the quality of service provided by the call centre. The proposed method is based on the collection and analysis of call-center operators' work statistics of previous periods. The electrical and magnetic parameters of the subsurface medium mainly coincide with the parameters of liquids and materials of pipelines, which does not allow to detect them using conventional metal detectors. It is proposed to detect not the pipeline material itself, but rather its content. A parametric method of detecting hidden subsurface nonmetallic pipelines based on the parametric properties of liquids in pipelines, which are manifested during forced polarization of the liquid by turning the magnetic axes of the protons of the liquid to a certain angle relative to the Earth’s magnetic field. Once the polarization pulse impact is over, there is a precession of the axes of the liquid protons in the direction of the Earth’s magnetic field. This leads to the appearance of a magnetic field of free nuclear precession with the Larmor frequency, which indicates the discovery of a hidden subsurface pipeline with liquid. The time of proton precession depends on the type of liquid and serves as a sign for recognizing the type of liquid in the pipeline. The purpose of the study is to develop a new method of detecting hidden subsurface non-metallic pipelines, based on specifics of the parametric properties of the liquids transported by them.
