In paper considered classical methods for estimating the values of the channel frequency response. Feed forward neural network designed and trained on channels that parameters change in time and maximum signal delay value is 10 us. Designed neural network processes OFDM symbol by parts with further combining of the results. The comparison of results of estimation channel parameters by designed neural network and by classical methods was performed. Unlike classical methods of estimating the values of the frequency characteristic, the neural network does not require further interpolation on subcarriers with data, as it is performed directly by the neural network. At the same time, the computational costs for estimating the values of the frequency characteristic by designed feed forward neural network are low. However, a significant computing resource is spent on neural network training.","PeriodicalId":330544,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 9th International Conference on Problems of Infocommunications, Science and Technology (PIC S&T)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115257676","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Nowadays, the infocommunication sphere became strategic in every country’s development. COVID-19 has significantly increased the appliance of infocommunication resources and gave an impact on the development of this area around the world. Nevertheless, only slightly more than 50 percent of households are connected to the Internet. The Internet penetration rate in Europe, for example, is almost 90%, while in Africa is 49% only. We can safely say, that universal access to infocommunication technologies became one of the main goals of the World Development Roadmap, but at the same time, its universal implementation requires significant investments. Despite the fact that the state invests in infrastructure facilities significantly, it is not able to provide the required level of financing. The financial conjuncture got worse during the COVID-19 crisis because most countries’ economies shrank, also the public debt and budget deficits rose significantly. In these challenging circumstances, the optimal solution for further development of the infocommunication sphere is to unite the efforts of private and public sectors, by engaging the private sector in long-term strategic infocommunication projects. Additionally, international project financing allows to bring larger amounts of investments and gives the opportunity to engage large international companies’ experience and recourses. The information communications sphere has significant growth prospects, so we can definitely say that each of the investors will be able to achieve their interests.","PeriodicalId":330544,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 9th International Conference on Problems of Infocommunications, Science and Technology (PIC S&T)","volume":"67 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126030954","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In addition, due to the lack of a position sensor of the object of measurement and the electronic control circuit, the functionality of such accelerometers is limited, due to the lack of an integrator for integrating acceleration, the measurement of the speed of moving objects is not provided, due to the rigid fastening of piezoelectric sensitive elements through their bases, in the process measurements, they create interference signals, the amplitude of which in many cases exceeds the amplitude of the useful signal, which does not ensure the reliability of the measured acceleration or speed, and due to the presence of sensitive piezoelectric elements that are more rigid and require relatively large mechanical forces to generate signals when the object of measurement is moving acceleration and speed in automatic mode, which reduces the sensitivity of piezoelectric accelerometers. In this regard, a new design and control circuit of a three-dimensional piezoelectric accelerometer and an analytical method have been developed that allow determining the magnitude of mechanical vibrations of a three-dimensional piezoelectric accelerometer to measure the dynamic parameters of moving objects in automatic mode and in real time.","PeriodicalId":330544,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 9th International Conference on Problems of Infocommunications, Science and Technology (PIC S&T)","volume":"91 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128660854","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main advantages and disadvantages of both approaches were considered, and a mathematical model describing the operation of the search method was highlighted. Experiments to test the effectiveness of the developed model were also described, their progress, output and resulting metrics necessary for evaluating the results of the work were determined. To analyze the practical work of the proposed scheme, experiments were carried out on scientific documentation from different fields (mathematics, technology, biology, medicine, social sciences, etc.). The work of the system was studied both in the conditions of semantic proximity of the collection of documents, and in the case of a random distribution of the semantic meaning of the works. The resonator is excited by a slotted coupling element located on the periphery of the spherical mirror. The measurements were carried out in the four-millimeter wavelength range. It is shown that the oscillation spectrum of such a resonant system is dense. The presence of a segment of a round oversized waveguide at the center of one of the mirrors leads to a significant rarefaction of the spectrum. At the resonant length of the waveguide segment, the axially asymmetric TEM3012 and TEM3011 modes are converted into axially symmetric ${text{TEM}}_{1112}^{ast}$ and ${text{TEM}}_{1111}^{ast}$. It has been established that with this method of powering, axially symmetric modes are excited in the resonator, which do not fit into the known oscillation classification system. They are characterized by a large area in the center of the mirrors with zero electric field strength. Therefore, the presence of a circular waveguide segment does not affect the structure of the field of such modes.","PeriodicalId":330544,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 9th International Conference on Problems of Infocommunications, Science and Technology (PIC S&T)","volume":"114 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124376942","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
