The model of building a functional network, which describes the interaction of a human-operator and computer, was chosen as the main concept. A method for the analytical evaluation of the reliability and time indicators of the control process based on the construction of a system of typical models for activity is proposed. A system for imitation modeling of man-computer interaction (when the creation of an analytical model is very difficult, or for correctness analysis of an analytical model) has been developed. The computer technology for the reliability analysis of man-computer system has been suggested. Examples of mathematical models and results of modeling a human-machine system in Matlab are given. Abstract

The paper deals with the task of modeling the processes of occurrence and elimination of errors in control systems and assessment of indicators of reliability. The model of building a functional network, which describes the interaction of a human-operator and computer, was chosen as the main concept. A method for the analytical evaluation of the reliability and time indicators of the control process based on the construction of a system of typical models for activity is proposed.
