Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penentuan subjek menggunakan purposive sampling, yang terdiri dari seluruh pengurus PIK R di SMPN 9 dan SMPN 20 Pekanbaru dan Guru Bimbingan Konseling di SMPN 9 dan SMPN 20 Pekanbaru. Untuk mengumpulkan data digunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data wawancara dianalisa dengan cara mendeskripsikan dalam bentuk narasi untuk memperoleh kesimpulan. Subhan","doi":"10.24014/japkp.v1i1.9450","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24014/japkp.v1i1.9450","url":null,"abstract":"This research aimed at knowing how effective group counseling service with behavioral approach to relaxation technique in overcoming student learning saturation.  Pre-experimental research method was used in this research with Pretest Posttest One Group design.  The subjects were the students experiencing highlearning saturation, and the object was group counseling service with behavioral approach to relaxation technique in overcoming student learning saturation.  Questionnaire, observation, and documentation were the techniques of collecting the data.  Pearson product moment was used for questionnaire validity test and Alpha Cronbach was used for reliability test.  The data analysis that was Wilcoxon test was used to know whether group counseling service with behavioral approach to relaxation technique could be implemented in overcoming student learning saturation.  The research findings showed the mean score of student learning saturation before being given treatment group counseling service with behavioral approach to relaxation technique 68.4, and the mean score was 48.4. Berarti lebih dari masih banyak guru yang belum memahami tentang administrasi pembelajaran yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam proses belajar mengajar dan kemajuan siswa dalam pembelajaran dan (2) sedangkan pada hasil penelitian Siklus II guru yang berkategori baik dalam mengelola administrasi pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan yaitu 78 %  dan yang berkategori kurang adalah 22%. It aimed at knowing  student sel-confidence before and  after giving individual counseling service with Rational Emotive Therapy approach. The approach of this research using quantitative with pre-experimental and the one group pre-test and post-test design. 275 students of  Telecommunication of Vocational High School Pekanbaru was the population in this research. 7 students’s  having low self- confidence were the samples through Purposive Sampling technique. Questionnaire and documentation were the instruments of collecting the data. The data analysis, the researcher uses Wilcoxon’s test. The research findings showed that student self-confidence  before giving individual counseling service with Rational Emotive Therapy approach was on very low category  with the percentage 48.04% and after giving individual counseling service with Rational Emotive Therapy approach, it increase to 73.58%, so, it could be said that there was a difference pre-test and post-test. Based on the data result, it could be concluded that Rational Emotive Therapy approach in Individual Counseling effective to increase student self-confidence that could be seen from the asyimp. It aimed at knowing student career planning ability, the implementation of Mind Mapping technique on Group Guidance service, and the effectiveness of Mind Mapping technique on Group Guidance service in increasing student career planning ability at State Senior High School 1 Kubu Rokan Hilir.  Quantitative approach was used in this research, and it was an experimental research with one-group pretest-posttest design.  Questionnaire, observation, and documentation were the instruments of collecting the data.  Wilcoxon test was used to analyze the data.  The research findings showed that student career planning ability before being given Mind Mapping technique on Group Guidance service was on low category and the mean was 51.  After being given Mind Mapping technique on Group Guidance service, it increased to high category and the mean was 81.  So, it could be known that there was a difference between pretest and posttest.  It could be concluded that Mind Mapping technique on Group Guidance service was effective in increasing student career planning ability, it could be seen from the probability score of Sig. {"title":"Efektivitas Teknik Sosiodrama Dalam Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok Untuk Meningkatkan Penyesuaian Diri Siswa","authors":"Dina Maulina, Suhertina Suhertina","doi":"10.24014/japkp.v1i2.9272","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24014/japkp.v1i2.9272","url":null,"abstract":"This research aimed at knowing the effectiveness of Sociodrama technique on group guidance service in increasing student self-adjustment at State Senior High School 2 Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency.  It was a pre-experimental research with one group pretest and posttest design.  The subjects of this research were the tenth-grade students, and the object was Sociodrama technique on group guidance service in increasing student self-adjustment.  All the tenth-grade students of MIPA 1 that were 30 students were the population of this research.  Purposive sampling technique was used in this research, and 10 students having low self-adjustment were selected as the samples.  Questionnaire, documentation, and observation were the techniques of collecting the data.  The technique of analyzing the data was signed-rank test or Wilcoxon test. The data that were collected by questioner to 75 persons of samples were analyzed by using simple linear regression analysis technique, it was done by using SPSS 21.0 for Windows application program. Based on the analysis, it could be known that the correlation score (rxy) was 0.607 and Fhit (Fchange) was 42.489 with the significant level (p-value) 0.000 that was lower than 0.05.  It was compared to rtable 0.227 at 5% significant level (n=75), so Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected. It showed that effective communication variable (X) influenced teacher loyalty variable (Y) significantly.  The coefficient of determination (R square) based on the regression test result was 0.368, and it meant that 36.8% of teacher loyalty variable could be influenced by effective communication variable, and the rest 63.2% was influenced by other variables such as: compensation, working satisfaction, working participation, the health implementation, motivation, and others.
