Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penentuan subjek menggunakan purposive sampling, yang terdiri atas 10 orang siswa gifted dari kelas XII dan Guru Bimbingan Konseling. Untuk mengumpulkan data digunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data wawancara dianalisa dengan cara mendeskripsikan dalam bentuk narasi untuk memperoleh kesimpulan. Techniques used in collecting data were interview, observation, and documentation. Then, data was analyzed by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusion.The research finding revealed that organizing actives and dynamic archives in Senior High School Datuk Batu Hampar PekanbaruThe head of administration dan staff implemented the maintenance in managing active and dynamic archives,  implemented the archives storage,  instructed the staffs to always take note for every activities, assigned the staffs to do checking for all archieves and destroyed archieves. The object of this research was the effectiveness of using Role Playing technique on Group Counseling service in increasing student interpersonal communication The subjects of this research were students having low interpersonal communication and they were 10 students. Technique was used in this research.The techniques of collecting the data were questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The population was all of the students of eleventh grade state  that were 320 students. While, The sample of this research was 80 students. Questionnaire and documentation were the techniques of collecting the data. The data was analyzed statistically by using Product Moment correlation technique. The method used is survey method by applying Grounded Research. The population in this study is all JFU in the environment of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Padang City with the number of 200 JFUs comprising JFU in Madarasah Aliyah in Padang City, Madrasah Tsanawiyah, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and Office of Religious Affairs of Padang City. Sample in this research is counted 50 people with random sampling technique. Data Collection Technique uses questionnaire. The variables measured are independent variables, namely: Professionalism (X), while the dependent variable is Work Achievement (Y). The results of this study show that professionals affect job performance of General Functional Position (JFU). This is seen in the value of tcount> ttable (2.53 > 2). Furthermore, professionalism also affects the effectiveness of ASN work with tcount> ttable (3.79 > 2,002). By parsila influence of JFU professionalism to performance achievement of JFU with result of analysis that is Fcount > Ftsbel (14,15 > 3,15). The population of this research was all of the students of Vocational High School of Darel Hikmah Pekanbaru that were 81 students. and the tenth-grade students that were 51 students were the samples. Questionnaire, interview, and documentation were the techniques of collecting the data. The data was analyzed by descriptive Qualitative percentage. The subjects of the research were 1 guiding and counseling teacher, and 3 students often violating disciplines.  The object of the research was the individual counseling by giving advices technique in solving student discipline problems. Tohirin","doi":"10.24014/japkp.v1i1.9238","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24014/japkp.v1i1.9238","url":null,"abstract":"This research aimed at knowing the effectiveness of Rational Emotive Therapy approach on group counseling service in overcoming student emotional disturbance.  Quantitative pre-experimental research method was used in this research with pretest posttest one group design.  The subjects of this research were the students experiencing high emotional disturbance, and the object was Rational Emotive Therapy approach on group counseling service in overcoming student emotional disturbance.  Questionnaire, observation, and documentation were the techniques of collecting the data.  Pearson product moment was used to test the questionnaire validity and Alpha Cronbach was for testing the reliability.  The data were analyzed by using Wilcoxon test to know whether Rational Emotive Therapy approach on group counseling service in overcoming student emotional disturbance could be implemented.  The research findings showed the mean score of student emotional disturbance before the treatment (pretest) was 112.9, and the mean score after the treatment (posttest) was 76.5.  Based on the hypothesis test using Wilcoxon test, it was obtained that the probability score of Asymp. Sig. In career decision-making should also be adapted to the capabilities of the students themselves. This research aimed at knowing the influence of utilization of Super theory on Placement and Distribution service toward student career decision-making at Vocational High School of Multi Mekanik Masmur Pekanbaru students.  Quantitative method was used in this research with simple linear regression data analysis technique. The eleventh-grade students were the population of this research. Simple random sampling technique was used in this research.  Questionnaire and documentation were the techniques of collecting the data.  The requirements to use simple linear regression analysis were implemented. The results of this study there is the influence of variable X on variable Y can be seen by looking at the value of R Squere which is 0.157 which means that the variable X to the variable Y is 15.7%.
