摘要

本研究旨在了解社会戏剧技术在团体辅导服务中对提高关丹新新新区第二中学学生自我适应能力的效果。这是一项实验前研究,有一组前测和后测设计。本研究以十年级学生为研究对象,研究对象为社会戏剧技术在团体辅导服务中对学生自我适应的促进作用。本研究以mipa1十年级30名学生为研究对象。本研究采用目的性抽样方法,选取10名自我适应能力较低的学生作为样本。问卷调查、文献记录和观察是收集数据的技术。数据分析技术采用秩号检验或Wilcoxon检验。研究结果表明:学生在动作前(前测)的自我适应处于中等水平,平均总分为46.1分。在团体辅导服务中采用社会戏剧技术治疗(后测)后得分有所提高,提高了15.7分,平均总分为61.8分,属于高类别。根据Wilcoxon检验的假设检验结果,得到的概率得分为0.005,低于0.05。这意味着拒绝零假设(H0),接受备择假设(Ha)。社会戏剧技术在团体辅导服务中对提高学生的自我适应能力是有效的。
