On the other hand, the lack of utilization is a problem for some educational institutions, especially at Madrasah Tsanawiyah. Mastery of technology for educators is not optimal and gives impact on student learning outcomes and less attractive. Students tend to learn with conventional methods and less motivated. To anticipate these problems, using technology-based learning resources is very appropriate at this time. The application of video editing-based technology can increase student motivation and educate students with creative characters. There are some video editing applications such as TikTok, Filmora, Kinemaster, CapCut and viva video as an alternative choice for students and educators to interact in the learning space. This study, was conducted to seven grade students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kota Serang. It used qualitative methods and data obtained from the results of questionnaires, interview and observations. The results showed that the application of learning media through video editing applications was able to shape the character of students creative and innovated. Students in Al Farhan High School's 12th grade participated in this study. An example of action research can be found here. FCM is used as a framework for teaching English. Students' English speaking abilities will be honed through the use of digital storytelling. Digital fiction's moral message is the topic of this investigation. Students use internet-sourced content in the digital narrative activity to build fictional scenarios. The researcher then received the document over Telegram. After acquiring data, the screenplay material was memorized and then turned into a digital video story. ' Students are introduced to fictional texts and grammatical ideas prior to partaking in digital storytelling activities. Then, a hypothetical situation is provided to reinforce the newly learned information. FCM's use of digital storytelling to educate and learn English as a second language ultimately improves students' speaking abilities.Keywords: Flipped Classroom Model, Digital Storytelling, Speaking Skills. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa Inggris siswa kelas 12 melalui kegiatan digital storytelling berbasis Flipped Classroom Model. Siswa kelas 12 SMA Al Farhan berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Contoh penelitian tindakan dapat ditemukan di sini. FCM digunakan sebagai kerangka kerja untuk mengajar bahasa Inggris. Kemampuan berbicara bahasa Inggris siswa akan diasah melalui penggunaan digital storytelling. Pesan moral fiksi digital menjadi topik investigasi ini. Siswa menggunakan konten yang bersumber dari internet dalam aktivitas naratif digital untuk membangun skenario fiksi. Peneliti kemudian menerima dokumen tersebut melalui Telegram. Setelah memperoleh data, materi skenario dihafal dan kemudian diubah menjadi cerita video digital. ' Siswa diperkenalkan dengan teks fiksi dan ide-ide tata bahasa sebelum mengambil bagian dalam kegiatan mendongeng digital. Kemudian, situasi hipotetis disediakan untuk memperkuat informasi yang baru dipelajari. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach, while the type of research is phenomenology, located in Sambas Regency, with research informants involving 8 people who are the Sambas Malay tribe. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews. The data analysis process was carried out with three stages of activities carried out simultaneously, namely reducing data, presenting data, and establishing conclusions. The findings of the study indicate: (1) marriage gathering, which is better known as a union or jimpitan, is a form of mutual cooperation and togetherness in the Sambas Malay community; & (2) the Sambas Malay community often involves their children in marriage arisan, which is intended to teach their children the value of mutual cooperation, about how to ease the burden of the high cost of marriage, which is borne jointly with the same mechanism. can be accounted for. Keywords: values, mutual assistance, marriage gathering. AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis tradisi arisan pernikahan dan proses pembelajaran nilai gotong-royong dalam arisan pernikahan dalam adat Melayu Sambas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, adapun jenis penelitiannya adalah fenomenologi, berlokasi di Kabupaten Sambas, dengan informan penelitian yang melibatkan 8 orang masyarakat yang merupakan suku Melayu Sambas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan indepth interview. Proses analisis data dilakukan dengan tiga tahap kegiatan yang dilaksanakan secara bersamaan yakni me-reduksi data, menyaji data, dan menetapkan simpulan. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi tentang pelaksanaan Supervisi Pendidikan melalui formatif-sumatif evaluation model. Dengan menggunakan model evaluasi ini, peneliti akan mengetahui seberapa jauh program supervisi yang dirancang dapat berlangsung, sekaligus mengidentifikasi hambatan. Dengan mengetahui hambatan dan mengetahui hal-hal yang menyebabkan program tidak lancar, pengambilan keputusan secara dini dapat mengadakan perbaikan yang mendukung pencapaian tujuan program supervisi di sekolah. Selanjutnya untuk memperoleh data tersebut peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan panduan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen-dokumen yang mendukung data penelitian. Setelah data terkumpul akan dianalisis dengan mengacu kepada pendapat Milles Hubermen sebagai berikut: 1. Reduksi Data, 2. Penyajian Data, dan 3. Penarikan Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di SDN No. 29 Pontianak Kota setelah dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan formatif-sumatif evaluasi model, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepala sekolah telah melaksanakan supervisi akademik dengan baik pada waktu semester ganjil, ketika akan melaksanakan supervisi pada semester genap, sekolah mendapat kendala dengan adanya wabah COVID-19, sehingga supervisi tidak dapat dilaksanakan secara maksimal. As is known, the covid 19 pandemic has changed the learning process from conventional to online learning. This ultimately requires students to be able to learn more independently, which means students understand more problems, search for literature and solve problems independently. State Boredome, self Compassion and gender are thought to affect self directed learning students. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 198 students on SMA IT in South Kalimantan. Research data was collected through google form using self directed learning scale, sstate boredome scale and self compassion scale. Data analysis using multiple regression with the results that there are effect of state boredom, self compassion and gender on self directed learning students. The research method used is descriptive method in the form of qualitative research. Sources of data in this study were the community, PAUD teachers and children aged 4-6 years in Desa Beringin, Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: 1. Gotah traditional games in developing the potential of early childhood morals contained the ability to behave well, self-development of good behavior, sportsmanship, respect and honesty, 2. The problem that needs to be studied is How is the PAK Conceptual Model for Developing Integrity of Teacher Education Students of PAUD FKIP Untan Pontianak? This study aims to understand students understanding of the concept of corruption and corruption eradication strategies, which emerge about the importance of anti-corruption education and to find a conceptual model for anti-corruption education in tertiary institutions.This research uses a combination / mixed approach method, namely a combination of qualitative and quantitative.The results showed that students understand Anti-Corruption Education leads to efforts to fortify themselves individually from crimes that harm state finances. Anti-corruption education values that need to be instilled in students are the values of honesty, care, independence, discipline, responsibility, self-confidence, hard work, simplicity, courage and justice. The PAK conceptual model develops the integrity of PG-PAUD FKIP Untan students by applying various learning methods such as the inquiry method which invites students to analyze the impact of corruption, gather facts about the portrait of society in Indonesia as a result of corruption.
