This study aims to determine the activities and learning outcomes of students using multimedia. The type of this research is action classroom research and subjects are 33 students of eighth-grade Junior High School 5 Kendari. The results of the analysis show that the direct instruction model using multimedia in physics learning is very suitable for use in the learning process. This can be seen of the learning process among cycle 1 and cycle 2 averaging standards with good categories. It means that the learning outcomes could be improved by using multimedia. This is indicated by the score of students who have increase from cycle I to cycle II. The average score of learning outcomes in the first cycle is 63.73 with a percentage of 54.54%. One of the things that attracts attention is bullying with the theme of form and weight. Physical differences in the body, especially in obese people, are followed by stigma and negative justification. Internalization of stigma and justification leads to cases of oppression, in some cases, even suicide decisions. The author tries to find a network of theoretical and conceptual relationships between body image, diet, bullying, the role of the media, depression, to the decision to commit suicide from various sources and the results of previous studies. In the end, it seems that the habit of mocking and humiliating someone who is overweight, which we often face every day and is considered normal, can be a more serious problem. To improve spiritual intelligence, it should start as early as possible even since the child is still in the womb, this intelligence has begun to be planted. In this case, of course, the roles and skills of parents determine the process of improving children's spiritual intelligence. Because parents are the first educators for children. This study uses the library research method. The purpose of this study was to find out how the roles and steps of parents in improving children's spiritual intelligence and what factors are supporting in increasing children's spiritual intelligence. The results of this study indicate that in an effort to improve children's spiritual intelligence, parents are the main role. Both his role as an educator, as a role model, as a motivator and as a giver of love. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis eksperiment. Desain penelitian menggunakan pretest –posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 75 siswa dengan mengambil sampel 28 orang siswa. Teknik penarikan sampel adalah simple random sampling. Instrument yang digunakan adalah bahan perlakuan berupa scenario assertive training dan angket pergaulan bebas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan teknik   assertive  training yang dilaksanakan selama  delapan kali pertemuan menunjukkan kecenderungan pergaulan bebas pada siswa cenderung menurun dan ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara siswa yang diberikan Assertive Training dengan siswa yang diberikan layanan BK oleh konselor sekolah lainnya untuk mencegah kecenderungan pergaulan bebas. Kesimpulan setelah pelaksanaan teknik assertive training, yaitu kecenderungan pergaulan bebas pada siswa yang diberikan pelatihan assertive cenderung menurun dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diberikan layanan BK oleh konselor sekolah lainnya, artinya semakin diberi Assertive Training  maka kecenderungan pergaulan bebas juga menurun. This study involved 26 students of class X MIPA 4, which were conducted in two cycles and each cycle consisted of 3 meetings. In Cycle I, each group was a large group consisting of 6-7 members and in Cycle II, each group was a small group consisting of 3-4 members. In cycle I, the one who has medium capability in Mathematics was selected as a leader to present the material, while in cycle II, the one who possess the best capability in Mathematics was selected as a leader to present the material. In each cycle there were four stages; planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data regarding on learning interest was taken from the observation sheet filled in by students. Then, learning outcome data was taken through daily tests at the end of each cycle. Data were analyzed by using comparative descriptive and qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of the study showed that there was a significant increase in learning interest and student learning outcomes after applying Reciprocal Teaching Model. The improved learning outcomes were indicated by daily test scores increase in the initial conditions, cycle I and cycle II. The percentage of students with high interest categories in the initial condition was 7.69%, increasing to 30.77% in cycle II. The percentage of students with interest was very high, that was 0% in the initial condition increase to 57.69% in cycle II. The improved learning outcome was indicated by daily test scores increase in the initial conditions, cycle I and cycle II.  In the initial condition, the average score of 41 students increased to 86 in cycle II. The classical learning completeness also experienced a significant increase, from 26.92% in the initial conditions to 96.15% in the final condition. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan </em><em>pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan sudah memenuhi standar nasional pendidikan serta para siswa sudah terfasilitasi dengan baik untuk mengembangkan keterampilan dan kemampuan</em><em>nya masing – masing.</em><em> </em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong><em>Kata kunci:</em></strong><em> Pengelolaan, Sarana, prasarana, Sekolah Dasar</em></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p align=\"center\"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The research conducted at Pasir Penyu District Elementary School is aimed at obtaining objective, factual, accurate and systematic data on the management of facilities and infrastructure of Elementary School in Pasir Penyu Subdistrict. Education becomes very urgent at this time and in the era of ASEAN Economic Community students are required to compete competitively and qualified, so the need of facilities and infrastructure as a support facility in the learning process. This research is a qualitative research case study type with naturalistic approach which research study and describe case study related to management of facilities and infrastructure of Elementary School in Pasir Penyu Subdistrict with nonparticipant observation, in-depth interview and documentation as data collection technique. The informants are the principal, deputy head of facilities and infrastructure, deputy head of the curriculum, deputy head of student affairs, and teachers and students. This research is planned to be carried out for six months. Specifically, this study aims to find out how the implementation of certified and non-certified teacher's pedagogic competence in State 1 and 2 Senior High Schools in Magelang city includes the ability to design learning, implement learning, evaluate learning.This research is a case study using a qualitative approach. Subjects were principals and deputy principals in the curriculum area of State 1 and 2 Senior High Schools in Magelang city, three certified teachers, three non-certified teachers and five students in State 1 and 2 Senior High Schools in Magelang. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation as well as field logbooks. The analysis used in this study uses Milles Huberman data analysis technique which consists of three steps, namely data reduction, data display, and reflection drawing / verification. The targeted results of this study are descriptions of the implementation of certified and non-certified pedagogic teachers in SMA 1 and 2 in the city of Magelang; 2) scientific publications in scientific journals or national seminars.The results of the analysis show that teachers who have been certified with non-certification in State 1 and 2 Senior High Schools in Magelang City have the same level of pedagogical competence. This can be seen from the ability to design learning, implement learning, and evaluate learning. In both schools, both non-certified certification teachers have used interactive and innovative learning media, not yet fully utilizing technology in the learning process. The subject of this research is the grade V SD Tingkir Tengah 02 Salatiga a number of 30 persons. The variable in this study is of interest as a free variable, and read the results of the study as a bound variable. Data collection is done using the now as well as documentation of student learning outcomes. Technique of data analysis is a test using SPSS correlations.Based on the correlation of the test has been performed, the obtained value of 0.36 significance which means that value greater than 0.05 meaning not correlated. Interest in reading and learning results also had a negative correlation with the value of the degrees of correlation -385, * which declared negative. Many factors that influence in the formation of characters and academics success of the students one of them is the ability of self-regulation or Self-Regulated Learning in learning activities in elementary school. Self-Regulated Learning has an important role in the implementation of teaching and learning process, especially in determining the success of teaching and learning process, because students who have this ability can manage and self-directed, able to adjust, and self-control, especially when facing difficulties in the learning process. This research is limited to a preliminary study covering three steps: (a) initial data and information collection; (b) planning; and (c) initial product development.
