This research was a type of development research using the ADDIE (Analysis-Design-Development-Implementation-Evaluation) model. The research instrument consisted of a material expert validator questionnaire, learning media expert, and small group limited test. The test subjects used in this study were expert validation (material experts, learning media experts) and ten 2nd graders of Cipta Dharma Denpasar Elementary School. The data analysis technique used was quantitative and qualitative five-scale descriptive statistics. The study result indicated that: 1) the results of the material expertise got the media suitability with the Standard Competency/Basic Competency of 94.29% in the very appropriate, very feasible, very valid category. In terms of content indicators and material clarity, it was 85.71% with appropriate, feasible, and valid categories. Meanwhile, based on the indicators of conformity with the level of cognitive and moral development, it was 88.57% in the appropriate, feasible, and valid category. 2) Validation test by learning media experts on layout indicators, cover attractiveness, background selection was 91.43% in the very appropriate, very feasible, and very valid categories. While the ease of use indicator was 88, 57% appropriate, feasible, and valid category. 3) The small group trial obtained an average percentage of 92% with very appropriate and very appropriate categories. The government moves the Non-School Education program to provide skills for citizens of productive age. The research method used is a qualitative research approach and descriptive research type, the data collection techniques used are literature / literature review, articles. Human resource development is influenced by education, one of which is out-of-school education. Outside school education that is designed to teach citizens to learn to have the types of skills and / or knowledge and experience that are carried out outside the formal education pathway. Efforts to improve human resources require cooperation from parties, especially the provision of education and expertise in accordance with standards set by the government. Making humans as human beings. Educating forms humans to have real character. Many studies on the application of character education begin when a human is in the bench of study. Not only about science, but also about the science of life. So it takes a character to make humans better. Kuntowijoyo in his social theory explains that human character should be brought to the values of humanization, liberation, and transcendence. Where the three of them are related and support each other to present a better human figure. The planting of prophetic values proclaimed by Kuntowijoyo will truly be felt by the community where during their education they are able to continue to be evaluated. So that a student is able to continue to develop and get character development. Therefore we need an initial study to see whether the development of an instrument to measure the prophetic value of Kuntowijoyo in students is needed or not. In order to see this, a study was conducted to see the need for assessment in several senior high schools in Central Java Province. There are 6 SMA schools representing 6 different districts or cities in Central Java. Data obtained by using simple interviews to 6 respondents who represent the 6 existing SMA. School selection was carried out by looking at the majority population in Central Java who were Muslim, therefore 6 Islamic-style high schools were taken with a populist reputation regarding the cultivation of good character values. Based on the data obtained, it is necessary to have an instrument that can be used and standardized to support character education. The instrument that will show the evaluation value of character education is seen from the prophetic value of Kuntowijoyo. Sampai saat ini, belum ada tanda-tanda adanya penurunan, bahkan cenderung terjadi kenaikan. Pemerintah Indonesia sudah mengambil tindakan, salah satunya berupa social distancing (pembatasan sosial) ataupun physical distancing (menjaga jarak fisik), agar penyebaran virus dapat ditekan. Terkait dengan masalah-masalah yang diakibatkan oleh pandemi Covid-19, semua lembaga pendidikan diminta untuk menyelenggarakan proses pembelajaran dalam bentuk belajar dari rumah (BDR). Kegiatan pembelajaran yang biasanya dilakukan secara konvensional, kini semuanya dialihkan menjadi model pembelajaran berbasis daring. Pembelajaran daring pada dasarnya merupakan model pembelajaran yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan jaringan (internet) jarak jauh, dengan bantuan alat perantara seperti gadget, laptop, smartphone dengan aplikasi seperti google classroom, zoom, skype, whatsapp, hangout, web conference.  Pada dasarnya pembelajaran daring pada era pandemi Covid-19 untuk melaksanakan program sosial atau physical distancing, namun ternyata pelaksanaan program ini menemui banyak kendala, terutama ketidaksiapan pengajar dan pembelajar. Tulisan ini membahas salah satu upaya inovatif berupa strategi pembelajaran 4C, yaitu critical thinking, creativity thinking, collaboration, dan communication. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara virtual dan dokumentasi. Kata kunci: inovasi pembelajaran, pandemi covid-19, strategi 4C  AbstractIn Indonesia, the era of Covid-19 pandemy has been occurring since 16 March 2020. Until recently, there have been no signals of a decrease, even though it tends to  increase. The Indonesian Government has been carrying out social or physical distancing in order that the virus spread can be limited. In relation to the pandemic problems, all the educational institutions are expected to carry out the studying from home (SFH) program. This means that all the conventional teaching-learning processes should be changed into online learning. Basically, online learning is a learning model using an internet network, taking the advantages of instruments like gadget, laptop, or smartphone with the applications such as google classroom, zoom, skype, whatsapp, hangout, or web conference. The main purpose of online learning is to implement the social or physical distancing program. However, the implementation of this program faces many problems. especially the readiness of the teachers or lecturers and the students. This article describes an innovative solution by using 4Cs learning strategy, they are critical thinking, creativity thinking, collaboration, and communication. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini bertujuan untuk mengaplikasikan metode SQ3R dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman teks nonfiksi peserta didik Kelas XI IIS-2 SMA Negeri 3 Boyolali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan angket untuk mengumpulkan data dengan teknik tes dan nontes. Analisis datanya menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, yaitu Siklus I dan Siklus II. Masing-masing siklus terdiri atas tiga komponen utama yang mencakup perencanaan, tindakan dan pengamatan, serta refleksi. Dalam proses pembelajaran, penelitian ini menerapkan lima tahapan metode SQ3R, yaitu Survey, Question, Read, Recite, dan Review. Salah satu solusi pembelajaran jarak jauh adalah menggunakan Google Classroom sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis e-learning yang memudahkan guru dan peserta didik melakukan proses belajar mengajar di rumah untuk menunjang pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Pemanfaatan Google Classroom saat ini sangat efektif dan efisien yang tidak terbatas oleh ruang dan waktu. Guru dapat memberikan materi secara online, baik berupa teks, gambar, audio, maupun video kepada peserta didik. Selain itu guru dapat membuat daftar hadir peserta didik engan menggunakan link dari google form yang dikirimkan dalam Google Classroom. This research is a qualitative research which aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of distance learning in General Administration subjects as an effort to suppress the spread of covid-19 in the school environment. One distance learning solution is to use Google Classroom as an e-learning-based interactive learning media that makes it easier for teachers and students to carry out the teaching and learning process at home to support learning based on information and communication technology. The use of Google Classroom today is very effective and efficient, which is not limited by time and space. Teachers can provide material online, in the form of text, images, audio, and video to students. This study is an experimental research with descriptive analysis. The population of this study was 128 students and there are 25 students as respondents in the cluster class. Pre-test and Post-test were used as techniques in collecting data. To analyze the data, the researcehrs used SPSS 16. Bersinergi dengan kebutuhan tersebut Program BIPA dituntut untuk dapat melayani kebutuhan pembelajar. Ketersediaan buku ajar BIPA yang masih terbatas menjadi kendala utama dalam pembelajaran. Seiring dengan tuntutan pembelajar maka perlu adanya pembaharuan buku ajar yang lebih praktis dan komunikatif. Membicarakan pembelajaran bahasa, lingkungan merupakan sesuatu yang sangat penting dalam kaitan dengan keberhasilan pembelajaran bahasa itu. Sehingga sehingga perlu adanya refleksi dari pola pembelajaran sebelumnya dengan konteks yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pembelajar serta berinteraksi langsung dengan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan pengalaman nyata sehingga maksimal dalam pembelajarannya. Kondisi yang terlihat secara natural ini diharapkan mampu menjawab kebutuhan para pembelajar yang menuntut untuk mampu berkomunikasi dengan bahasa Indonesia secara aktif dan lancar. Langkah-langkah dalam penelitian ini dibagi tiga yaitu metode pengumpulan data, metode analisis data dan pembuatan buku ajar.Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu: observasi, wawancara, angket, dan melakukan studi pustaka. Subjek penelitian ini dibedakan menjadi dua macam, yakni (1) subjek  yang digunakan untuk penjaringan data dalam analisis kebutuhan belajar dan (2) subjek yang digunakan untuk triangulasi dan uji coba produk. Analisis dalam penelitian ini dimulai setelah data dari instrument dikodekan dan ditafsirkan berdasarkan checklist dan skala. Data verbal dan pemetaan domain pembelajaran BIPA digunakan untuk mengembangkan rancangan buku ajar. Data hasil triangulasi dan uji coba tersebut selanjutnya dianalisis kembali menggunakan teknik analisis domain untuk revisi produk.
