The research procedure used in this study is library research, and uses qualitative methods. The data collection techniques in this study use documentation techniques. Meanwhile, in analyzing the data, the author uses content analysis techniques. This study found that the concept of Intellectual Education in the PAI curriculum is an idea or idea that is structured in a curriculum document as a guide for educators in guiding, training and forming critical, logical, systematic and rational thinking skills, so that students develop into human beings who believe, are pious. , and have good character. The purpose of this study was to determine the natural setting of the Al-Quran Al-Furqon Islamic Boarding School, the planning of the yellow book learning, the implementation of the yellow book learning, and the evaluation of the yellow book learning. The theory used in this research is learning management according to Davis in Haerana namely, learning management in four functions, namely planning, organizing, leading and controlling. The teacher's role in carrying out the learning management function is very basic, so that the teacher in the learning process is a manager because the teacher is in charge of preparing, organizing, implementing and conducting learning assessments. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out by categorizing data and interpreting data. The validity test of the data was carried out by extending participation, persistence of observation, triangulation, peer checks, negative case analysis, adequacy of references, detailed descriptions and auditing. The results of this study concluded that, Management of the Yellow Book Learning To Develop Al-Qur'an Recitation Ability in Al-Qur'an Al-Furqon Islamic Boarding Schools can be described from planning, implementation and evaluation. Learning planning at the Al-Furqon Islamic boarding school is rooted in the ability of the students themselves, if the students are still unfamiliar with the knowledge of their pesantren in learning books, they are adjusted to be oriented to study the books from the basic to the highest. The implementation of the yellow book learning at the Al-furqon Islamic boarding school is divided into two classical systems, namely ibtida/tsanawi. It is through this tarekat that the dervishes take the salik starling with the help of a teacher (mursyid) in order to gain a balance of soul and heart. Based on this, this study is intended to find out how the concept offered by the Qodiriyyah Naqshabandiyyan Tarekat Pondok Pesantren Suryalaya, as spiritual khalaqoh in providing counseling guidance to a salik in particular and society in general. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The purpose of the study in general is to obtain an overview and describe the strengthening of environmental love character education in early childhood which is directly proportional to Lickona's character theory (1991:23), specifically analyzing planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating, according to the management theory of Gorge R Terry ( Athoillah 2010:16). The research procedure uses a qualitative approach with case study methods at PAUD Alam Pelopor and PAUD Ceria Bandung Regency. The results of the study (1) Planning for strengthening the character of love for the environment is prepared for curriculum programs, objectives, processes and learning materials referring to the 2013 PAUD curriculum which was developed into the education unit level curriculum (KTSP) but the planning, infrastructure and budget have not been adjusted to the Covid-19 Pandemic period. 19.(2) Organizing the strengthening of character education for the love environment of school principals, structuring the parties involved according to their duties and responsibilities, and aligning core competencies (KI), basic competencies (KD), and STTPA with six aspects of early childhood development in learning according to characteristics, principles, methods , and the type of learning, has been implemented well. (3) Implementation of planning for organizing and implementing learning to strengthen character education for environmental love based on PROMES, RPPM, and RPPH with themes and sub-themes carried out through planting, growing, developing, and strengthening the opening, core, and closing activities, but implementing learning during the pandemic Covid-19 lacks parental support and networks, so it is not carried out properly. (4) Evaluation of strengthening character education for the love of the environment is seen from the constraints and solutions of teacher competence and the learning process, internal and external evaluations of character achievement assessments for students and assessments from peers, supervisors and the government. The purpose of the evaluation is to measure programs that have been achieved and have not been achieved, which are reflected in the next character planning. In an effort to socialize, humans or humans enter a group or organization, then when something emerges, recognizes the advantages and influences and drives joint efforts in achieving a predetermined goal, then he is called a leader. This research uses an organization that is a school educational institution. Educational leaders must have a commitment to quality improvement in their main functions. Therefore, the functions of educational leadership must be directed at the quality or quality of learning. The quality of education is a direct consequence of a change and development of various aspects of life. There are various styles of heads in implementing and developing leadership activities, namely authoritarian leadership style, Laissez Faire leadership style, democratic leadership style. On that basis, this research is focused on the limitations of the problem in this study, there are two, namely: 1) How is the Quality of Islamic Religious Education at SMA Negeri 1 Ciwidey?; and 2) How is the principal's leadership style in improving the quality of Islamic religious education in educational institutions. Furthermore, this study uses qualitative research methods using a case study plan on the leadership style of school principals in improving the quality of Islamic religious education. The results of this study indicate that (1) the quality of Islamic education in SMA Negeri 1 Ciwidey can be said to be quite good, this can be seen in terms of input, process and output. In terms of input, the students of SMA Negeri 1 Ciwidey have the motivation to always improve themselves in achieving according to their talents and abilities, teachers, staff, TU, counselors and administrators who have expertise in their fields and are also supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure. In terms of process, Islamic religion teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Ciwidey have used various teaching methods so that it is easy for students to understand PAI material. In terms of output, most of the graduate students are accepted in top universities, are diligent in praying and can read the Qur'an. (2) The Leadership Style of the Principal of SMA Negeri 1 Ciwidey in improving the quality of Islamic religious education is more likely to use a (participatory) leadership style. In this case, the principal prioritizes deliberation and consensus in solving a problem. The purpose of this study is to analyze the planning, implementation, evaluation, and to find out the constraints and solutions, MGMP management for improving the professional competence of Al Qur'an Hadith teachers in making scientific papers at State MTs in Majalengka Regency. The theological basis of this research is the concept of management which states that the essence of management is al-tadbir (regulation) which is a derivation of the word dabbara (manage), as contained in the Qur'an letter As-Sajdah verse 5, the philosophical basis taken is the flow of utilitarianism, which holds the view that the principle of benefit or utility is the most basic moral principle. This research relies on a management theory which explains that management is the accomplishing of a predetermined objectives through the efforts of other people. The approach used in this study is a qualitative naturalistic approach and the method deemed relevant in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis method, while the data collection technique is triangulation, which uses various combined/simultaneous data collection techniques. The data sources for this study were the head of the MGMP, the head of the madrasa, the teacher of the Qur'an Hadith, and the madrasa supervisor. The conclusion of the study states that MGMP management for improving the professional competence of Al Qur'an Hadith teachers in making scientific papers at State MTs in Majalengka Regency includes planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. MGMP management to improve the professional competence of Al Qur'an Hadith teachers in making scientific writings, is absolutely necessary to be carried out in a focused and focused and sustainable manner so that the competence of Al Qur'an Hadith teachers is more qualified. Moral education plays a role in realizing the nation's generation. In line with that, the era of digitalization has colored the work and learning faced by children, especially the pandemic situation that requires children to carry out online learning. Parents are required to be extra accompanying children in every action to avoid the use of gadgets that are not wise. The purpose of this study was to identify, analyze and explain the concept of Islamic education about moral education in the Fatayat NU family, Kec. Pacet Kab. Bandung. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method by conducting observations, interviews and analyzing data and combining it with several sources obtained. The results of the discussion of this study explain that the perspective of parents regarding obligations to children is only limited to providing education in schools, it is known that there is a lack of application of concepts in educating children's morals, and the main problem of child delinquency is the influence of the development of electronic technology. The degradation of ethics, morals, attitudes and behavior is increasingly felt in various circles of society. This problem also afflicts educators. Therefore, it is necessary for educational actors to know and practice learning ethics. Because of this, many ideas have emerged regarding the concept of learning ethics, including the concept of learning ethics by KH. Hasyim Asy'ari written in his book Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'allim. The theological foundation in this research is the Word of Allah SWT QS. Al-Kahf verse (18: 65-70). The philosophical foundation in this research is based on the philosophy of behaviorism. This research uses a qualitative research approach with the type of literature research (Library Research). The data in this study, researchers took data from primary sources, namely the book Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'allim by   KH Hasyim Asy'ari printed Maktabah Tsurots Islami PP. Tebuireng Jombang. Collecting data from this research is done by reviewing and reviewing the literature that contains verbal data in the form of words not in the form of numbers. Thus, the discussion in this research is applied by editing, reducing, presenting which then analyzes as well as identifies and grouping according to each chapter. This study aims to: (1) To find out and analyze the concept of ethics in learning from the perspective of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari in the book Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'allim. (2) To find out and analyze the ethical relevance of  perspective learning. KH. Hasyim Asy'ari in the book Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'allim to the Z-generation. To be able to find out the results of this study, the author uses several steps, namely: (1) Content Analysis (Content Analysis) (2) Interpretation. This study resulted in (1) the concept of learning ethics from the perspective of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari in the book Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'allim. The contents are student ethics and educator ethics. (2) The relevance of KH's perspective learning concept. Ash'ari in the book Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'allim against Generation-Z. The concept of learning ethics from the perspective of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari has a fairly strong relevance to the context of education today or in the Z-generation era. Especially if it is associated with the ideal teacher profile as formulated in the PP. The number of deviant behavior of students and adolescents in general that is not in accordance with religious norms has recently prompted various parties to question the effectiveness of the implementation of religious education in schools. Seeing these problems, it is necessary to have several breakthroughs, one of which can be done through the cultivation of religious characters from an early age which is applied in schools both through classroom learning and other activities such as religious extracurricular activities. Religious extracurricular which is now called Rohis has an important role in the process of forming religious character for students. This research was conducted at SMPN 1 Baleendah which aims to find out (1) the planning of the Rohis extracurricular program at school, (2) the implementation of the Rohis extracurricular in an effort to form the religious character of students at school, (3) Evaluation of the implementation of the Rohis extracurricular on the formation of the religious character of the students. at school. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The study used 3 data collection techniques, namely: observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis in this study uses interactive data analysis from Miles and Huberman with the stages of data collection, data collection, data presentation, drawing conclusions and checking the validity of the data. The results of the research show (1) The planning of the Rohis extracurricular program aims to shape the religious character of students. The spiritual extracurricular program planning includes the making of Competency Standards, Activity Programs, Activity Schedules, and Program implementation strategies (2) The Spiritual extracurricular implementation is carried out with four types of activities, namely daily, weekly, annual and incidental. Efforts are made by providing tausiah, exemplary attitudes, and habituation in activities at school. (3) Evaluation of the implementation of extracurricular Rohis can be seen from the extent of religious knowledge and behavior of participants listed in the student learning outcomes book.
