Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis target capaian mata kuliah dengan keluaran publikasi artikel di jurnal ilmiah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi lapangan dengan menerapkan metode deskriptif-analitis. Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keluaran mata kuliah berupa publikasi artikel di jurnal ilmiah telah menghasilkan pencapaian yang signifikan, meskipun dijumpai berbagai kendala, seperti mahasiswa tidak semua mempunyai fasilitas laptop, beban tugas-tugas mata kuliah yang menumpuk hingga memalingkan konsentrasi, dan terkendala kesulitan menentukan jurnal bagi pengiriman artikel ilmiah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sungguh pun capaian mata kuliah dengan keluaran penulisan artikel dinilai cukup efektif bagi akselerasi publikasi ilmiah pendidikan tinggi, namun tetap diperlukan dispensasi beban tugas-tugas mata kuliah, pembentukan jurnal ilmiah khusus mahasiswa, dan termasuk reward publikasi ilmiah mahsiswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengelolaan publikasi ilmiah mahasiswa secara memadai khususya di pendidikan tinggi keagamaan. For example, the younger generation prefers to use foreign products compared to local products or domestic products. But in reality, efforts to foster students do not always run smoothly. There are many twists and turns of student problems that often arise, such as the lack of discipline, low learning motivation, and student attitudes and behavior that include low self-regulated learning. In overcoming these problems, muḥāsabah is the right method that every student needs to do. At SMA Plus Al-Ghifari, muḥāsabah has been used as a method as well as an activity in improving the personality quality of students. The purpose of this study is to find out more about the background of muḥāsabah activities at Al-Ghifari Plus High School, to know how the process of implementing muḥāsabah activities and to find out what are the roles of muḥāsabah in improving student self-regulated learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and uses three data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and copying documents. From this research, it is found that muḥāsabah has an important role in three aspects of life, namely spiritual aspects, social aspects, and educational aspects. KPR Faedah is a type of service provided by banks to customers running in the housing sector, banks are expected to provide financing to customers to purchase houses or renovate houses, apartments, shop houses, shop houses, kiosks, or transferring KPR Faedah take-over from other banks. . KPR Faedah BRI Syariah KCP Kopo uses the Murabahah (sale and purchase) contract or the Ijārah Muntahiya Bit Tamlik contract (lease-purchase). However, Bit Tamlik's Ijarah Muntahiya contract was not very enthusiastic. This study aims to compare the Murabahah contract and the Ijarah Muntahiya Bit Tamlik contract on KPR Faedah BRI Syariah KCP Kopo financing so that we can know the similarities and differences as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the two contracts. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data, qualitative data is data obtained directly from the field in the form of characteristics, characteristics, explanations, and information in the form of knowledge, thoughts, and theories. The research method used is the comparative method, namely stating the comparison between one sample or variable with another sample or variable. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. The results showed a comparison of the Murabahah contract and the Ijarah Muntahiya Bit Tamlik contract on KPR Faedah BRI Syariah KCP Kopo financing seen from several aspects, namely the similarities and differences, advantages and disadvantages, so it can be concluded that the Murabahah contract cannot adjust the price when the market price rises because of the selling price. and the margin is set at the beginning, in contrast to Ijarah Muntahiya Bit Tamlik, with the review of umrah, the rental price can follow the market price at that time. This research is then analyzed using descriptive analytical techniques.
