Через пандемію закладам вищої освіти довелося змінити способи представлення себе на міжнародній арені. Проаналізувавши дослідження та праці провідних польських науковців, автори статті висвітлили динаміку інтернаціоналізації та підходи, які застосовую-ться для опису інтернаціоналізації систем вищої освіти. У статті представ-лено аналіз стану інтернаціоналізації вищої освіти у Польщі у світовому контексті. Автори висвітлили методологію та показники, які були викорис-тані в Польщі для оцінки інтернаціоналізації, щоб знайти певні позитивні практики. У статті висвітлені деякі кроки, зроблені польськими закладами вищої освіти, для сприяння інтернаціоналізації та зайняття вищих позицій у міжнародних рейтингах. Серед основних можна виокремити створення відділів обслуговування або офісів для іноземних студентів у структурах університетів, що спеціалізуються на обслуговуванні студентів за межами ЄС, а також механізмів підтримки для реалізації міжнародних проектів, забезпечення успішної міжнародної акредитації окремих програм та факультетів, звернення уваги на залучення студентів з-за кордону на навчання, прозорість процесів визнання попередньої освіти, створення можли-востей для обміну студентами, які в подальшому потребуватимуть досвіду на ринку праці за кордоном, створення систем мотивації, включаючи фонди оплати праці, заохочення викладачів проводити заняття іноземними мовами тощо. It turned out that at the initial stage, the top Russian government had no definite plans for the occupied territories. Most likely, at that moment, it was not about the full integration of Kherson region into the Russian Federation but only about military-civilian control over the territory. \u0000At the time of the illegal annexation of Kherson region and its inclusion in the Russian Federation (30 September, 2022), the failure of the occupation administration's policy in creating a quasi-educational policy is demonstrated. An analysis of relevant modern foreign and domestic studies has shown that researchers consider feedback in the learning process as one of the central concepts in education, paying considerable attention to the characteristics of feedback forms, including the formative one, but the ways of its implementation in the process of synchronous distance learning have not been sufficiently studied. The authors' study proves that in synchronous distance learning of ESP on the ZOOM platform, formative feedback is possible under certain technical and didactic conditions. Formative feedback is possible and should occur at all stages of the ESP session. The article describes the practices of organizing effective formative feedback used by the authors of the study while teaching all types of speech activity: listening, speaking, reading and writing. Compared to offline learning, synchronous distance learning significantly increases the share of formative peer feedback, which contributes not only to the activation of the educational process, but also to the socialization of students. The study focuses on the fact that feedback is a two-way process that affects the performance of both the recipient of feedback and the one who gives it. Пред-ставлено моделі навчання та різновиди курсів викладання іноземних мов, що використовуються в сучасному освітньому середовищі Польщі. Виокремлено три основні компоненти моделі викладання іноземних мов, яка використовує-ться в сучасному польському вищому навчальному середовищі, а саме: навчання в аудиторії, самостійна робота студента та спільне вивчення мови студента з викладачем за допомогою дистанційних засобів навчання. \u0000Результати досліджень показали, що вищі навчальні заклади Польщі мають організаційну та технічну підтримку мовних курсів, що супроводжує-ться використанням відповідних методів та засобів дистанційного навчання. Викладачі, які навчають студентів іноземним мовам, повинні бути ознайом-лені з віртуальним середовищем навчання та новітніми можливостями роботи зі студентами на базових електронних освітніх платформах. \u0000Розкрито, що для забезпечення якості викладання іноземних мов викла-дачі вищих навчальних закладів Польщі здійснюють комплексний підхід до орга-нізації навчального матеріалу та послідовності роботи з ним. Крім цього, виконується поєднання навчальної та розвиваючої функцій навчання, а також забезпечується доступність мовної бази рівню знань студентів, активності та самостійності їх навчально-пізнавальної діяльності. \u0000З’ясовано, що ефективність якості викладання іноземних мов студен-там істотно залежить від можливостей комбінованого вивчення програмного забезпечення. При виборі засобів створення дистанційних курсів та організації мережевих електронних навчальних засобів у вищих навчальних закладах Польщі викладачі дотримуються таких критеріїв: функціональність, надій-ність, стабільність, наявність засобів розробки навчальних матеріалів, наяв-ність можливості оцінити знання студентів в он-лайн режимі (засоби для створення тестів, завдань та контролю діяльності студентів). На основі аналізу наукових джерел та особистого досвіду роботи у сфері фізичного виховання автор визначає такі тенденції: орієнтованість на студента (визнання потреб учнів як пріоритетних), важливість як процесу, так і  результатів навчання (увага приділяється як процесу набуття компетенцій з фізичного виховання, так і продукту навчальної діяльності учнів), регулярність (регулярна фізична активність у закладах формальної та неформальної освіти), збільшення кількості обов’язкових уроків фізичної культури у школі, динамізм (врахуван-ня думки суб’єктів фізичного виховання при визначенні його змісту та форм), орієнтація на набуття компетентностей, необхідних для учнів протягом усього життя, та інноваційність (постійний пошук нових шляхів підвищення ефективності фізичного виховання). Проаналізовані тенденції відповідають потребам розвитку сучасної системи освіти в школі, однак, запровадження деяких із них може викликати супротив шкільної влади та вчителів інших предметів. Крім того, пандемія з її гіподинамією та постійними стресами, які вплинули на фізичне та психічне здоров’я людей, стала викликом для розвитку системи фізичного виховання у європейських школах. Є очевидним, що шкільні дисципліни орієнтовані на вивчення матеріалу, пропагуючи «фізичну підготов-ку», а не фізичний розвиток дитини. Shykhnenko","doi":"10.31499/2306-5532.2.2022.270957","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31499/2306-5532.2.2022.270957","url":null,"abstract":"The study sought to identify how the doctoral (Ph.D.) programmes in US universities cover the research administration aspect, and how compatible the equivalent programmes delivered in universities in Ukraine with the above programmes are. It used the qualitative data collection methods used for empirical or explorative studies, specifically, for a systematized review. The study found categorisations of Ph.D. programmes in the USA. These programmes differ in structure, length, admission prerequisites, and other features. The programmes under study seem to be mostly elective and of specific/professional type. Importantly, almost all the programmes included or offered courses that fostered students’ transferable skills, which are indispensable for research management and administration. These courses were dedicated to writing, speaking, research ethics, networking, social entrepreneurship, project management, law, and leadership. The study discovered that Ph.D. programmes of specific/professional type are also dominant in universities in Ukraine. However, these programmes mostly focus on theoretical subjects related to the student’s area of research and writing a thesis. That’s why the courses that address issues related to research ethics, grant proposal writing, project management, research-related law, finance, and strategic planning, leadership could be added to the curriculum to add the international value of these programmes. Thus, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine developed a number of educational projects to meet the key priorities of educational policy for the period of martial law. To achieve the set research objectives, the sociological method has been used. The first stage of the study was to analyze the features of distance learning in terms of quarantine associated with the COVID-19 pandemic (excluding the spring semester of 2022), compared to the period without distance learning (traditional face-to-face learning). By and large, it concerns a motley tapestry of immensely transformed world politics, economy and environment, communication, employment, psychological and emotional wellbeing, safety and security, societal structures, and social culture and values integrated into the global landscape. Importantly, education has always been a core pillar of strength, since EDUCATION involves every aspect of human life: culture, power, ideology and authorities’ impact. Respectively, education and culture are the powerful forces that drive youth as stakeholders in education to reveal their potential and change their future as well as the future of the globe.  In this respect, my strong conviction is that English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classroom (EFL) can considerably contribute to a culturally versatile development of global citizenship education. Recently foreign language professors/teachers have become a pull and push factor in the sustainable development of both a global society and its citizens. Delving into the problem of harnessing cultural diplomacy through teaching/learning English as EFL, the study presented an in-depth scientific analysis based on conceptual framework of cultural diplomacy as soft power and synthesis which aimed at actual and multifaceted practices and, accordingly, provided the students with opportunities to consider their own experiences and yield their own fruits of soft skills. The present study was designed to determine the effect of cultural diplomacy as soft power that considerably contributes to effective EFL teaching/learning. Ці граматики служили для вивчення зазначених мов з ціллю євангелізації корінних народів. Результати дослідження були отримані шляхом документально-бібліографічного дослідження та за підтримки постулатів місіонерської лінгвістики. Автори виявили, що всебічний аналіз американських мов починається з прибуттям іспанців у Новий Світ. Наприкінці XVI ст. вже існували граматики всіх загальних мов колонії, включаючи кілька граматик мови нагуатль. Процес створення перших словни-ків, граматик та інших текстів на американських мовах, а також їх детальне вивчення розпочинається в обставинах наукової обробки європейських діалек-тів (так званих «вульгарних» мов). Народження посібників з нагуатля, отомі, сапотека тощо збігається з появою граматик тосканської, іспанської, арагон-ської, французької мов, а також мови санскриту, турецької, китайської, япон-ської, арабської та багатьох інших мов.
