Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi, dan teknik analisis datanya menggunakan model analisis data model interaktif yang dikembangkan oleh Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana dengan tahapan antara lain kondensasi data, kajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Pemahaman dan kompetensi konselor terkait konseling lintas budaya tentu akan berpengaruh terhadap keefektifan proses konseling yang berlangsung. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kajian terkait kode etik dalam praktik konseling lintas budaya dan penyimpangan budaya yang dapat terjadi dalam pelaksanaan konseling lintas budaya. They used two cycles for 16 weeks in Odd Semester. The results of 2 rounds of research obtained the following: 1. Reading Skills Students' comprehension improves by using the SQ3R method. A mean of 65 was obtained during the first ability test, with a final classical percent of 45%. And in the second ability test, a mean result of 85 was obtained with a final class percentage of 87%, and 31% progress was obtained. The result was an increase, and a minimum requirement of the Indonesian language was achieved. 2. The term internet refers to any type of online activity. Internet is used to refer to all the contacts an individual has with web-based services, including websites, internet-based games, social media, and online entertainment. The type of research used is quantitative and descriptive. The sample in this study was 207 students. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Respondent data collection was carried out using questionnaires. The results showed that 9% of students had severe dependence on the internet. And from the aspect of internet addiction developed by Kimberly S. Young, there are as many as three aspects that have the highest percentage according to the respondents' circumstances: salience (7.17%), excessive use (7.17%), and lack of control (6.67%). Keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal bagi anak cerdas dan berbakat berguna dalam membina hubungan pertemanan dan terampil dalam komunikasi supaya terhindar dari konflik yang cenderung menghambat kemampuan sosial. Program pelatihan diperlukan untuk mendukung keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal anak cerdas dan berbakat untuk mengembangkan bakat verbal yang dimiliki. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui permasalahan yang dialami anak cerdas dan berbakat, tahapan proses pelaksanaan pelatihan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal, serta hasil pelaksanaan pelatihan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal untuk pengembangan bakat verbal anak cerdas dan berbakat. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh anak cerdas dan berbakat terdiri dari permasalahan diri, permasalahan akademik, dan permasalahan sosial. Tahapan proses pelaksanaan pelatihan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal bagi anak cerdas dan berbakat terdiri dari lima tahapan komponen pelatihan yaitu tahap komponen keterbukaan, tahap komponen empati, tahap komponen sikap mendukung, tahap komponen sikap positif, dan tahap komponen kesetaraan. The two class were initially given a pretest, furthermore, only class experimental received treatment reality model group counseling, the control class it funcition as a comparison. The provision of reality group counseling to the experimental group was carried in 6 meetings after which student with experimental and control were given a post test, to know the effectiveness of reality counseling. This study involved 5 experts in the field of Counseling Guidance, who evaluated the counseling manual theoretically, and involved 33 students as respondents to the counseling guidance books effectiveness trial. Data analysis related to the validity and effectiveness of the guidebook was carried out using the calculation of the Content Validity Ratio, Content Validity Index, and t-test. The results of the CVR analysis showed that all questionnaire item statements were accepted and the CVI calculation results were 0.94 in the very good category. The data analysis method used is the t-test and effect size with the help of the SPSS for Windows program. The data collection instrument used observation and questionnaires regarding aggressive behavior. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, the value of Sig. 0.000 &lt;0.05 which means H0 is rejected.
